The rooms were dingy and in need of repair. If I could have gotten my money back, I would have canceled the reservation and stayed gone somewhere else.

Complaints to Wyndham concerning the facility got a few extra points, but I will not stay at a Wyndham facility again, so this is a useless bribe not to report the facility conditions.

The following is just a sample of what was wrong with my stay.

Telephone faceplate was broken leaving interior wiring exposed.
Desk chair worn through the faux leather and thread bare.
Curtains had holes.
Nightstand lamp doesn't work.
Fridge freezer frosted up and unusable.
Door on dresser won't close and is a hazard to walking.
Desk with peeling veneer on the front.
Ceiling gouged and marked with what looked like toothpaste as a filler.
Bathroom towel bar broken.
Bathroom outlets do not work.
Bathroom walls scuffed and marked.
Tub bottom stained and needed scrubbing.
Room carpet stained.
Breakfast (I checked this on several days):
Only one cereal (raisin bran, the other container was empty all during my five day stay).
no milk.
jam, butter, toaster, but no bread.
no coffee in either carafe.
No juice or other beverage.
Pool half full of green slime water (it had clearly never been available for use).
Trash bin overflowing in the corridor all week.
Manager would not answer at front desk or on the phone.

Staff could be a little more friendly and a little less grouchy. When you walked into the lobby to check in, it smelled like a fish tank. The lobby is where the breakfast is served. Not the greatest thing to smell when you are getting food.
Parking was good.
Checked out 15 minutes before 7 and had no breakfast out. Unless the two tubes of cereal was the breakfast? Make sure to check dates of the pictures that are being posted. Some of these places are not looking the same as the pictures.

At 11 am when we were grabbing our bags a very rude man banged on the door. I thought it was the maid and opened the door to tell her we were leaving. This very angry and loud man yelled at me to GET OUT
.... twice. Mind you we left the room incredibly tidy, made zero noise and were there only long enough to get a few hours of sleep. We were not rude obnoxious or demanding. We certainly did not deserve that especially for what we paid for one night in what appeared to be a flop house. We pulled out of their lot at 11:03 a.m. we will never stay at another Wyndham / suoer 8 hotel ever again!!!!!

Check in know was at the desk. Called and nothing had to go outside and find someone. After 10 mins he appears and wanted me to wait while answered a call. No number on our door. The vending machines were ether broken or nothing in them. Cob webs inside the bathroom door. The shower couldn’t be changed from bath to shower. TV didn’t work it wasn’t set up. Black stains in the tub. Bathroom hook was broken off and a dollar store hook on the wall instead of fixing the hook. Breakfast was horrible. Didn’t eat it.

Quite possibly the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is rude and lazy. The room looked fine upon entering but the more you looked around you realized quickly how filthy it was. Stains on multiple walls especially in the bathroom area. Everything in the room is run down or broken. Our room key stopped working multiple times during our 1 night stay. The pool was cloudy and looked ran down. The aquarium in the lobby is green and nasty. That should’ve been my first sign to run not walk away from this place.

Not as the pictures depict! Very run down on both the inside and outside. Dirty bathroom floors, carpet was dirty. Microwave and telephone didn't work. Tile fell off the bottom of the wall and there was a dead cricket in a spider web in the entry way. Very unfortunate! I can't believe this is a Super 8 by Wyndham! Will never stay there again. Property was moldy smelling. Our door to our room was very stuck and was not properly hung, and so it got stuck on our first mooning and we could not get out of the room, which is a fire hazard. Management moved us to a different room eventually. Breakfast was stale Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran but they ran out of milk. Many people just “hanging out” in the parking lot, very rundown property with broken chairs strewn outside of rooms.

Reserved a room for five. Two adults and three children. It said I was getting two queen beds plus roll away. When I checked in he said that isn’t was I reserved. I showed him the reservation. He spoke broken English and looked down when he spoke so I never did understand his excuse. He then acted like he’d get me a room that would accommodate us. Of course we never heard from him again. No roll away was brought and we only had two beds. We reserved for five and had two towels in the room. There were no pool towels to be had unless you wanted a used one laying on the sidewalk. The exact same towels were still there the next morning. While I don’t expect luxury I should get the number of beds I reserved.

It is ok for overnight when you drove all day and must crash somewhere, but beyond that it needs maintenance, sink is broken, room curtain is dirty, cheapest breakfast i have ever seen anywhere in US, asked for an extra towel and soap never got it. The entry lobby and room for breakfast smells armpit, take your coffee and run somewhere before you become upset like me. This should be a $60/night for the level of motel it really is, but you will be pay $100 more for the area. Bedding and room size are decent, the AC is working, so with TLC and a better management it could be much better

This is not a review of Expedia. Expedia has been absolutely wonder ful through this whole process. The pictures of the rooms are not accurate. The pictures imply that all the rooms are clean and modern, when in reality, the carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced since 1972, and the paint is chipping off the walls. I booked a stay in their Superior King Suite with a jetted tub. When I got to the property, I was informed the room was not available and was put in a standard Queen Room. I made the decision not to cancel my reservation and re-book, because I did not want to pay the cancellation fee, with the thought process that I would be able to get a partial refund for the upgraded room. (Expedia was great, btw with this process) Both Expedia and I have made multiple attempts (I have called three times a day since my stay) to reach the front desk to confirm the refund and no one EVER answers the phone. At this point, my case with Expedia has been closed and they have offered me compensation in OneKey Cash since they are unable to process my refund. Please do not be fooled by the photos of this hotel, and if you have an issue, suck it up, take the cancellation fee, and move on. And if you do choose to stay here, please know that there will not be anyone at the front desk if you have an issue.

A Rundown Hotel

I booked this hotel because of its overall rating; however, it was NOT what you expect for a 4 Star review. This a very run down hotel. Things were obviously broke in the hotel, such as a ceiling fire sprinkler, the toilet, phone etc. I wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes and it was obviously not cleaned. When speaking to some locals, they were surprised I was staying there because of its poor reputation. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Well apparently these chains aren’t kept at the the highest standards. The toilet kept running every time you flushed. Not sure if the toilet was really cleaned because when you put the lid up and down, there was crud behind it. The cover was off the air conditioner when I came in and when I went to put it back on, it was extremely dusty and dirty. Was actually waiting for roaches to come out. Not a very clean place, lots of broken windows, needs some severe help.

Most unfriendly staff I have ever met. We tried to check in after a long drive from Illinois and the employee took forever to come to the front desk, and when he did so, he tried to speak to me without lifting the curtain separating us. Neither one of us could see each other and it was very uncomfortable. He eventually lifted the curtain, took my card and ID, and then informed me that he could not give me the room as I \"was not old enough\", even though the website specifically states 18 and older, (I am 20). He told me that this was a state-wide law, which is also incorrect, as I have booked hotels several times previously with no issues. Afterward, my friend and I left and were forced to drive four more hours home throughout the entirety of the night and part of the morning. Would absolutely not recommend.

Horrible. Front doors don't shut. No breakfast unless you call dry cereal breakfast. No coffee. No working pool. (It's milky white). Broken windows everywhere. Everything was broken. No shampoo/soap/toilet paper. (You must ask for toilet paper if you want it). No towels. No blankets. You must ask for it. We never did get the towels. 4 people using a wet towel? You'll need to bring your own. The front lobby staff was rude. Floors dirty. Don't stay here. You'll regret it. People live in this hotel and leave their trash in the hallway. No one cleans your room. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my 20 years of travel.

The smell in the building was terrible! The rooms were disgusting the floor was so filthy we didn’t want anything to touch it. The pool was so full of ick and algae that the teenage boys were afraid to go in and the temp was mid nineties after playing lacrosse all day! Housekeeping or whatever they were came barging in to our room at 7 pm without even knocking! They surely weren’t coming in to clean! There was nothing appealing about this property. This place got over $700 for the two rooms and two nights we stayed you would have thought the rooms could have been clean at least!

Room was given to us before it was cleaned. We then waited for the room to be cleaned. When we went back to the room, there was a water drip from the bathtub taps. After using the toilet, it wouldn't stop running and the tank wouldn't fill up. There was no waste basket in the main room. Also found hair on the sink counter that belonged neither of the occupants. In the morning, ice cream from a previous occupant was discovered in the freezer section of the refrigerator. We were not pleased with our visit at all.

Tub faucet hot water would not turn off - not a drip or a trickle but running at 1gal every 3 minutes for our whole stay. Don't Do it!

Not greatest curb appeal but not a big deal.But it only got worse when we got to our room. We walked in and the room just felt really dirty overall. We made our way to check out the bathroom and the tub faucet was leaking and not a drip but a constant stream of water. You could tell it leaked for a long time. Because it had wore the finish off the tub from the leak. We stayed in the room anyway because we were there for an event in town and really didn't have a choice. When we came back to the room the next day our keys didn't work anymore and found out we weren't the only ones with that problem. That evening an average rain storm went through at about 1:00 in the morning and I woke to running water or dripping water sound so I got up to investigate what was going on. Well the ceiling was leaking so bad that there was a nice stream of water coming from the area where the sink was and the clothes rack. I moved a garbage can to catch the water as the floor was already really wet. When we left our room in the morning part of the ceiling had crumbled and fallen on the floor and you could see a rather large hole. Apparently it was leaking for sometime. We went to the front desk and told him, he did nothing about it but tell me he would tell his manager. I believe he was probably the owner seeing he was the only person ever there. Breakfast was mini cupcakes from meijer and thawed frozen waffles staked where muffins usual are.

Not greatest curb appeal but not a big deal.But it only got worse when we got to our room. We walked in and the room just felt really dirty overall. We made our way to check out the bathroom and the tub faucet was leaking and not a drip but a constant stream of water. You could tell it leaked for a long time. Because it had wore the finish off the tub from the leak. We stayed in the room anyway because we were there for an event in town and really didn't have a choice. When we came back to the room the next day our keys didn't work anymore and found out we weren't the only ones with that problem. That evening an average rain storm went through at about 1:00 in the morning and I woke to running water or dripping water sound so I got up to investigate what was going on. Well the ceiling was leaking so bad that there was a nice stream of water coming from the area where the sink was and the clothes rack. I moved a garbage can to catch the water as the floor was already really wet. When we left our room in the morning part of the ceiling had crumbled and fallen on the floor and you could see a rather large hole. Apparently it was leaking for sometime. We went to the front desk and told him, he did nothing about it but tell me he would tell his manager. I believe he was probably the owner seeing he was the only person ever there. He didn't offer any compensation or anything and breakfast was mini cupcakes from meijer and thawed frozen waffles staked where muffins usual are.

Sadly, we looked at the property and lobby and decided to cancel our reservation without even seeing the room. The use of the name Wyndham in the Expedia advertising was clearly not what we found in this Super 8. I would not recommend this facility until the hotel gets refurbished and the grounds and surrounding building next to it are also upgraded.

Most decrepit facility. Reception poor, food worse or non-existent. Thin towels, no soap. Prices high. Very surprised that Wyndham continues to attach its name to this property. Would certainly never stay here again.

My stay at Super8 hotel

We stayed for 2 nights, our room included AC, fridge, microwave, t.v (cable only), hair dryer, coffee maker, and a full bath. The walls were a little thin but there wasn’t much commotion around us anyways. Mattresses are very comfortable,rooms are clean.We had a very nice stay.

I showed up at 11:30 PM.
After a very long day, the sign in the lobby said to call “0” for service.
45 minutes later I gave up.
I walked around the property to try to see if anyone was there. Could not find anyone and ended up sleeping in my pickup.
