This hotel has become my home in Madrid. I will never stay anywhere else. The service is excellent, the rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable.

Location! The hotel is clean, just some minor details (that if you are not too picky, it's a no brainer. beds were confortable. Heater is automatic, so in winter the ac doesn't work, but we turned off and opened teh windows for a bit and it cooled off very quickly. I was afraid this property would be noisy because of the location, which is also its advantage. I requested away from elevators and upon arrival found I was right beside one. No option as they said they were fully booked. also requested a late check out since I booked. also the night before and they said they could not do it. No real reason to stay here. Absolutely not worth it.

Best hotel in Madrid

The hotel is fantastic!! It is a boutique hotel with an unbeatable location! The service is outstanding! The breakfast is served at Quintin which is an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The best restaurants are all within walking distance. It can be a little loud at night bc our view was the street but it didn’t bother us. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom clean and nice size, we will definitely be back!! :)

There are a few restaurants on the opposite side of the street, all have outside eating areas on the pavement. The issue is, they don’t close until the early hours and it’s very noisy. Some people may well appreciate this if that suits their lifestyle, however for us it meant a struggle to sleep every night. We were offered a different room but I was told it was next to the hotels ancient lift and so would probably be noisy in a different way.
Please don’t think I’m being miserable with this review. The hotel was good in every other aspect, it just didn’t really suit us.

Love this gem in Madrid

This is a hidden gem in Madrid. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. I was traveling with my dog and they went out of their way to make us both welcome. Great neighborhood.

Excellent top quality property: staff very accommodating and friendly with multiple requests, breakfast fantastic in beautiful restaurant, room extremely comfortable and fitted with quality bed, pillows and linens, oversized bathroom with high quality towels, toiletries and fixtures.

Most of the times I’m in Madrid I stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is great and breakfast is really good.

When I had been there before I was either traveling by myself or with my wife. This time I was traveling with my two sons (11 & 9). We had booked a quadruple room but at time of check-in it was not available and were given a triple room (one King & one single bed). The room was dark and only had a small window to an inside patio.

Given that we only had two beds I had to share the king bed with one of my sons, and I was not able to sleep well.

a wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect area in Madrid. cafe's and top restaurants are around the corner, great shopping as well. Check in was super easy and my room was ready early which was a plus as I had an overnight flight. Very friendly hotel staff, the bar and lobby looking beautiful and very well priced. Also near the Retiro and metro station. Top class, would stay again.
