We stayed there in the winter… When we got there, the room was already heated, which is never a guarantee with any place that you stay. It was easy to access the room, there was an elevator, and the door code was same for the outside door and the apartment. The AI concierge was able to answer most questions.
I had difficulty with the stovetop and they responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to anyone that’s going to Chueca.

I would recommend this place and if I come to Madrid, I will definitely consider staying in one of the sweets. The complementary cleaning was amazing. They cleaned the whole place. Family of 4, with young adult kids. Location, location, location. Was walking distance to so much, including museums and main shopping street. We loved the neighbourhood and often went for tapas in Plaza de Chueca. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities needed for short stay. Management help centre were very responsive but the last minute access code made us anxious. Plus the pre registering for every guest took some effort.
We all would recommend this as a great place to stay in Madrid.

Briefly,
Check in to receive entry code was a nightmare.
Air conditioning was not turned on the first night had to sleep with windows opened in an area where partying on the streets goes all night. Not my crowd either.
The entry hallway looks and feels like abandonment.
The apartment is spacious but that’s about it and although not my type of area it is close to the city center.

Long live the great City of Madrid

This was a generously sized well designed and comfortable apartment. We lucked out with some great perspective and lots of light. There are many windows in the beds are also updated and comfortable. Apple, hot water and decently designed. It’s nice sometimes travel with a kitchen, and this was one of those times. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are two hotels with the same name, and we unfortunately went to the wrong one the first time. But other than that, the state was flawless.

we stayed al the apartment 4C. IT was very small for 4 adults, the bathroom was a miniature. and the furniter was too big for the place. The AC of the Bedroom, was faulty, it didnt blow cold, only fan. It was a a very hot apartment, because it is the apartement on the top of the buildin. It was not worth what they charged us.

Apartment was more than adequate to accommodate our family of 4. Gran via was only 8/9 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of choice for restaurants, most within 4/5 minutes away. Only thing I would recommend is maybe hace an additional mirror, other than the one in the bathroom.

Small apartment in a good location yo metro buses or you can walk. There are many restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets just outside locally. It has a small kitchen, plenty of storage and comfortable. It was clean with a few basic stocks, dishwasher and washing powder were provided. The entrance is not great but lift works, entrance system was good. It’s a great little place, the sofa turns into another bed.

Good location

My husband and I and our adult son stayed here for 3 nights in April. The location is central and there are several grocery stores within an easy walk. The kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy a quick breakfast before setting out for the day. Would definitely stay here again.

The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy.
Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max.
All the basics were available.
I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of…

The apartment was perfect for our bugdet friendly girls trip. Four of us stayed comfortably in this place with two in the bedroom and two on the pull out couch. The apartment had a washer / dryer, dishwasher, and a small kitchen. Although it was a small apartment, it was well worth the pricepoint based on location and safety. Walkable to everything you might need, bakeries, restaurants, shops, groceries. Overall we had a great stay.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish!

Communication was great from helpful staff both before and after the stay. No staff on site, but door codes sent well prior to check-in time and all easy to use so no stress at all there.

The apartment was centrally located and easy to find but not on a main road. My brother is a light sleeper and said he heard no noise at all in his room (I didn't hear any in mine either, but I can sleep through anything.) Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we'd need and even a few extras - there was (lovely!) toiletries left to use and even bin bags and dishwasher liquid - a really nice touch (especially for a longer stay) as it's often stuff you'd have to buy.

Will definitely use this chain again and I'd recommend these apartments to anyone.

I arrived on a cold afternoon, opened the radiators to warm the place and when I came back after dinner it was very cold. In the morning, after a cold night I found out there was no hot water. I had to rush for work and sent a message in the afternoon to report it. As I could not risk another night in those conditions I had to find a different place to stay. The day after I received a sorry message saying …if you would have reported it we could have tried to fix the problem. Never again

We stayed in this apartment for a few days with our family. Very clean. Highly accessible with elevator. Most importantly we felt safe around the neighborhood and inside. Uber can do pick up and drop off in front of the door. Some places in Europe are not accessible by car. Overall we would come back to this place. Note: we had trouble with the digital keys but luckily a maintenance worker was in the building. He was able to get help. We were very satisfied with the place. Everything was walkable.

The Condominium was great condition. Checking was a little too lengthy and cumbersome. I did enjoy the technology used to be able to check in but for last minute booking it needs to be simplify. Overall we as family enjoy the stay and comfort. Will use it again and highly recommended for more than a day. It’s central and walking distance to many places within Grand via.

Great apartments in a prime spot of Madrid - great restaurants, cakes, shopping, sightseeing.
The two bed apartment was very spacious and had almost everything. Lift access makes it easy with bags to reach each floor, as well as stairs for daily use.
The electronic or code opening was easy to use (if you’re digitally savvy).
Was handy to have a washing machine, however a dryer would have been handy for socks etc, to ensure they dried in time.
Would also benefit from sheets that were larger so they didn’t come off every night, and a guide to the aircon panel as we could seem to work this.

The one bedroom for four people apartment was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is super nice, too. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sofa bed for the other two guests was unbearable, you can feel the bars and structure in general. To give you an idea, no adult could sleep there. Only my 5 years old was able to sleep there because she is super skinny, my 6 years old sleep with me, he wouldn’t tolerate the bars. I would definitely come back if they upgraded the sofa bed.

This place is unbearably hot and inhabitable for humans. My children cried all night, because they could not sleep and it was difficult to breath. Reached out to customer service via whatsapp chat and the only solution they offered was to provide some fans, which would circulate heat and refund money or move to another hotel - at 1 a.m. - we went there just to spend a night and rest prior to our long flight to the US. No one from management contacted us or apologized. This property is inhabitable for humans and whoever lists it anywhere should be held accountable for criminal negligence and recklessness! They claimed that the AC was not properly working because of the power outage in the area, which was a nonsense. They control the AC from somewhere and there is no way for guests to control it from apartment. Reached out to local electrical company and was advised that there was no outage... Do not go to this place unless you would like to experience what I had experienced with my family. Btw, no one refunded any money. Expedia and all other pertinent sources where this property is listed must remove it from their sources in order not to expose their liability insurance for knowingly listing this property as habitable, whereas it is inhabitable for humans...

Great Apt in great location!

The 2BR interior apt was clean, had excellent AC, comfortable beds, and plenty of closets. Great location to both metro and renef trains and tons of delicious restaurants and wine bars. Shopping near GrandVia was 10 minute walk, Grocery store across the street. Royal palace 20 minute walk and Retiro park 10 minute walk.
We arrived by 11am and called to check in early or use lockers. This was a bumpy and required several phone calls as i was not receiving emails until i called back, and then i received both emails. All in all we would stay here again

The unit we were given was not the same one we had seen in the picture. It didn't even appear in a photo.
The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. And the shower drain was clogged. We tried to let someone know but there was no answer. Communication is very poor.

All check in and out process are do it by myself. All the communication with the property staffs are by email. Location is not close to the city, but you can find the metro station by walking 5 minutes. A little bit confuse when I get the key but I don't have any guide to find my room. Room is clean, large and well equipped.

This apartment is well located and the check in process went pretty well. We had some issues with the door key and there is no manual for using appliances etc. the team was very responsive to questions however. Some things to note: the living and kitchen were nice size but both the bathroom and bedroom were tight, typical in Europe. There was also cigarette smoke smell on and off, either from neighbors or hotel guests next door. I’d consider staying here again as price and amenities were better than most comparable hotels.

Comfortable contemporary clean apartment located in the city centre. Check-in was a breeze using technology (passcodes and password protected mailbox). The mattress was firm and supportive. Kitchen supplies were well stocked. Washer and dryer was a bonus for those of us that travel light. The mattress was firm and supportive. Sofa pull-out bed and rug in the living room could need replacing. Mercado Saint Anton literally across the street - 3-level food hall with produce, meat & seafood, plus diverse eateries. Also part of the Mercado is SuperCOR Supermarket (part of El Corte Inglés). Surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. One caveat depending on which suite you get is the restaurant in the courtyard and the sound of patrons having a good time can be heard till about 11pm. otherwise a quite place. 5-minute walk to Chueca Metro (line 5) and Banco de España (line 6). 5-minutes to Gran Via. Prado/Thyssen Bornemisza Museums (10 minutes). 10-minutes to the Airport Express Bus stop (€5 35 minute ride) The Slow Suites Augusto served us well. Highly recommended.

Good but...

The apartment had a good size and was well located.
But I found it dirty (especially the sofa bed where the kids had to sleep) and the rug underneath, that was stained. Walls had stained on them, a small paint job would go a long way. Otherwise, if the rug, walls and couch had been clean, we would have absolutely loved it.
Enjoyed having bath soap from “Rituals”.

We loved the location & size of the apartment but all the rooms need repainting. It needs more warmth. We had no lamps, which were displayed in the pictures. Only one mirror. No instructions how to use the heating etc.

Location to the Palace Royal, metro, restaurants and shopping was perfect. The grocery (market) a few steps away was unbelievable. A kitchen made cooking dinner enjoyable. Elevator helped our tired feet the first day, but we used the stairs the other times.

Really Poor Customer Experience

We stayed here for one night and the apartment is in a really nice location. There is no reception area and checkin process is very cumbersome with unprofessional forms. Rooms are quite nice but the bedrooms in lofts are claustrophobic. The wifi did not work and hence the advertised Netflix & Amazon Prime tv channels did not work. I emailed Customer Service about the lack of internet but they did not care and said it was tough luck. They did claim to send a repair person 45 mins before check out by I doubt that happened. We ended up extending the checkout to 1pm at a cost of 30 euro but customer service failed to tell me that guests must stay in room as entrance door no longer will work after 11am due to poor systems. We unfortunately left the room and found out the hard way nearly missing our flight. I complained to Customer Service but again, they did not care. My sincere advice is to avoid at all costs until Slow Suites sort out their processes, facilities (wifi & TV) and systems.
