We returned to this property for two additional nights after spending five days here just a couple of weeks ago. The staff is excellent, the accommodations are located in an amazing center of so many things to do and see, the breakfast options were excellent. We loved our time at the Petit Palace Lealtad. Great location, close to almost everything but in a quiet street. The staff were amazing and the hotel looked very good. Next time we are in Madrid, this will definitely be our choice.

A combination of elements made for an amazing five-night stay at Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza. Great staff, fantastic location, spacious and clean rooms, and a great breakfast buffet. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and will be returning for two additional nights a bit later in our time in Spain, and for good reason!

The staff were really friendly and helped with every question. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The listing states it has a restaurant but this is actually not true, there is an area for breakfast but they don't serve lunch or dinner. However a great little tapas restaurant is around the corner

An excellent hotel in a brilliant location next to Retiro park. The hotel staff are polite and attentive. The breakfast has a great buffet with several options including asking the staff for cooked options. The room was extremely clean and was always made up well by the staff with fresh coffee and water. The only downside was sometimes it was noisy, but this was mainly due to building work in the area which was not the fault of the hotel.

Carlos was extremely helpful and nice at check-in. The room was great. We had a family suite on the 5th floor that has a rooftop patio. Didn't even know that when I booked it, but it was awesome. We ordered room service. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was delicious! The breakfast was even better. Highly recommend this place. It was a great way to end our trip to Spain.

Nos hospedamos en Petit Palace Lealtad durante un viaje familiar y no podríamos estar más satisfechos con la experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, a pasos del Parque del Retiro, el Museo del Prado y varias opciones gastronómicas. Ideal para familias que buscan disfrutar Madrid a pie y con tranquilidad.

Desde el primer momento, fuimos recibidos con una hospitalidad genuina. Todo el equipo se esmeró en hacer nuestra estadía lo más cómoda posible, pero queremos destacar de manera muy especial al personal del concierge, y en particular a Rey, Cris y Nico.

Rey fue simplemente extraordinario. Su amabilidad y profesionalismo se notaron desde que cruzamos la puerta. Siempre atento, con una sonrisa cálida, dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier pregunta o necesidad, por más pequeña que fuera. Nos ofreció recomendaciones personalizadas, nos facilitó indicaciones con paciencia y se aseguró de que cada detalle estuviera cubierto. Su trato cercano y respetuoso marcó una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Se notaba su compromiso auténtico con el bienestar de los huéspedes, algo que no siempre se encuentra y que valoramos muchísimo.

Cris y Nico, también en el concierge, fueron igual de amables. Siempre disponibles, cordiales y dispuestos a asistirnos con reservas, rutas o sugerencias locales. Nos hicieron sentir cuidados y bienvenidos durante toda la estadía.

Rey and staff were outstanding. We always felt welcomed by all. Would definitely return to stay here. The room is perfect for a couple and two young kids, my 17yo would have benefited from a bigger bed than the bunkbed but it was only 2 nights so it wasn't too bad. The Retiro park is less than two blocks away. A pharmacy is an around the corner; they were very helpful when we needed medicine for my kid who got sick.

Great location!

Quaint hotel. We really liked the space. It was a great location--very quiet but close to the park and the Prado Museum. Our room had bunk beds which made it perfect for our family of four. The only drawback of the room was that the bathroom had a really off-putting musty smell. It made me question the cleanliness. It might have just been the room we were in. Overall it was a good stay.

We love this hotel

It's located in an unbeatable area of ​​Madrid. Very accessible yet quiet. One block from the Prado Museum. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. We've stayed at other hotels in Madrid, but this one is definitely our favorite.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room were a great option for us. The place could be spruced up a bit and the bunk bed we had squeaked a lot. Also, the underside of the main bed does not look like it has seen a vacuum in quite a while. The location and cost we perfect for us!

Overall this is a good hotel and the staff is friendly. We chose a room with a bunk bed but It was impossible to climb the top bed. The ladder had very thin metal steps and that hurts your feet too much if you are an adult. We had to move the mattress to the floor. So if you rent one of these rooms, be aware it only works for kids

The breakfast staff of Virginia and Laura were incredibly accommodating and so nice. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The area is safe and quiet. It closes to the famous museums. However, the comforter has dirty spots and makes me feel uneasy during sleeping. The floor has squeaky noise when someone walks across, so it wakes us up early.
