Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout. Will not be returning. If you see a hold on your card from them, be sure that you know what it's for. Like ai said, my reservation was fully paid for prior to arrival.

The room seemed clean - until we found two cockroaches. The bathroom did not seem clean - a long coarse black hair on the floor and the shower curtain was mildewed. Property smelled of pesticide. Beds were crisp and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited and the coffee was terribly weak & watery with only powdered creamer and 2% milk available.

Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone

TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked this hotel for a company event with 7 employees. When our first employee arrived, the female Uber driver told her that she could stay at her house rather than this dump. The room smelled of urine, the door and window lock didn't work, fire alarm was damaged, blood stains on the comforter, and people fighting in the hallways. Homeless people all around the building, and what looked like a drugged up guy in the lobby. We quickly booked a different place and took her out of the room. They even tried to double charged us an extra $1600 and when confronted, they said to file a dispute. You've been warned.

I knew I wouldn’t get my money back since I booked it on Expedia which is why I do not like to using reservation apps. Totally not what I was expecting. I went to my event that day and returning to the hotel that evening around 9:00, I didn’t feel safe just sitting in my car looking at the lobby entrance. Thankfully I still had my luggage in the car so I left and stayed elsewhere. Just wished I could’ve cancelled the reservation when I pulled into the parking lot. Was not a 6.4

We ended up not staying. Room was dirty. There was a guest that was evicted and threatened the guys behind the desk that he would return, they would regret it and he was going to “get” them. Said guest went outside and continued to rant and pace and verbally continue to talk about making them pay!!! We had our two young grandchildren with us and we didn’t want to expose them to any further danger, so we asked for a refund and they said no. We were out our money, but we were safe.

The building was quiet and roomhad proper curtains for room darkening. But the room and hallway had stale old smell. The king bed sheets were clean, but so old the elastic on fitted sheet didn’t keep the sheet in place and were yellowed and scratchy. Also lotion bottle I was opened and half used!

The clerk at the front desk was friendly. I wish they had more hot food at breakfast. All they had for breakfast was a waffle maker, milk, Sunny D, coffee, white bread and toaster, and Raisin Bran and Froot Loops and coffee.

The hairdryer in my room (217) didn't work, but I brought my own so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was clean and I liked that they had a laundry room. The pool is closed. There is no workout room. Overall, it was a good value and I'd stay here again.

There was a bad smell in the hallways. No one around to assist and the continental breakfast consisted of a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread and some waffle mix. Just disappointed. I guess one gets what one pays for. We were there to attend a funeral, so we weren't around much.

I pre-registered—took a picture of my ID, entered my license plate, entered credit card info—it took a good 10 minutes. When we got there, they had no info and we had to do it all again. We’d reserved a handicap accessible room, and were placed in a room on the second floor. The seat on the toilet was up and there was an old wrapper in the ice bucket. Breakfast was a waffle maker, Sunny D and a loaf of white bread. The waffle batter came out like water and then a big clump. When the waffle was “done”, it split open and was gooey inside. Staff was nice, but we won’t be back.

Good if you just need a place to lay your head... Some of the accent bedding wasn't clean, the shower drain wasn't draining properly, the bathroom fan (same switch as the light) sounded like a wood chipper when it was on. Some very sketch people staying in this hotel and walking the halls.

Room 106 smelled of cat urine. Behind the toilet was granules of liter. Left side of toilet had black hairs stuck to the toilet base. Obvious a deep clean has not happened in some time. Shears were torn. Lamp had no light bulb. Wash clothes held up to light were browned. Bleach sanitation needed. Pool is a listed amenity but drained with signage...'closed due to covid'. Won't return ever. Not worth the 275$ we paid.

This place was AWFUL! I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but this place STUNK so bad of smoke when you enter lobby & it just got worse in the hallways. There was some type of useless small air purifier I guess they were using to try to help with the weed smells. The doors didn’t have a deadbolt lock on top. Housekeeping doesn’t exist here. Found a long hair on a pillowcase & they never came to change the sheets or clean the room during my multi day stay. When I requested clean towels & trash pick up they told me to put my dirty towels & trash out in the hallway & then they’d get the trash & give me clean towels. I read the reviews before I booked my reservation & they were decent, but apparently Hotels.com “reserves the right” to post the reviews they want, which is dishonest. So this review probably won’t get posted so I will no longer be booking hotels through them.

The staff was excellent - extremely kind, helpful and friendly. My only problems were with hotels.com itself. The fact that I had a split stay may have been confusing to the site. Regardless, the non-user friendly booking charged me double what I was anticipating for the final 2 days. The \"refund insurance\" should have been a red flag that this probably happens all the time. A virtual assistant should not be the only resort to address the situation. Enjoyed my stay, but the last 2 nights would have cost me $192 regardless if I stayed there or not. It was NOT worth the money I paid.

I would not recommend ever coming here. I stated that I needed a first floor room due to a broken ankle and I was put upstairs anyways. The guy was not very nice about it and also charged me an additional $50 for \"incidentals\" which was not mentioned at all on the website... I was too tired to argue and figured I'd take it up with the manager in the morning so we go to door 3 which is where our room is and walk inside to go up the stairs... The smell was absolutely horrible and the carpet looked like it never seen a vacuum ever. Upon entering our room it didn't smell much better. It had a strange funk to it. However, it was sort of clean. There was hair in the shower and the tub doesn't look like it gets properly washed. Bed was also old and uncomfortable and the \"headboard\" was scratched up. The property supposedly offers Continental breakfast.... However their Continental breakfast consisted of only a vending machine and a microwave. We were down at 7 am for breakfast so it isn't like it was 11 am and the food was gone... Id never stay here again and don't recommend anyone else does either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The rooms there were very Elegant and comfortable. What they lacked in cable or a decent TV they made up for with the hot tub in the room. Yeah, you heard me right hot tub in the room! Not to mention the waterpark accessible to all guests. Amenities or plentiful the cleanliness was impeccable the staff… They were present at least. Not much can be said about them because they were only at the front desk if I were to call. Outside of that, my whole experience overall was extremely pleasant would definitely visit them again.

I have NEVER been treated badly by a hotel as I was here for which I am requesting full credit of my charges. I will never recommend this property.I was in town for a family funeral, check in the first day went well. On the second day, upon my return from a funeral I found the lobby dark, no one at the front desk, later learned there was a power outage.I called the desk from the room phone but there was no power, then from my cell phone but no one answered despite several calls.Going to the front desk, follwing a large black man who was upset about the poiwer outage as he lost internet connection. Not knowing if he used the front desk phone to call the attendant as noted by a sign at the front desk, so I called out IS ANYONE HERE? With no response,I slapped my palm on the counter twice, finally a man followed by a woman came from the office behind the front desk asking what we needed.We responded that we wanted to know about the power and were told it was out for Appleton. I said I just drove through Appleton and there was power.Likewise nearby businesses had power.I then said that my room had not been cleaned or linens changed and was told they dont provde housekeeping services.I asked why, but was told they dont.The man then began to berate me for slapping on the counter, telling me not to do that, to use the phone; we both said the phones dont work! He then told me to get out, that I cant act as I did towards him!I was outraged and stated that.Please contact me directly.

The bathroom was dirty and unswept, the backsplash under the mirror was dirty with toothpaste stains. The room was not vacuumed and a tire pressure gauge was left under the bed. There was a drink stain on the wall next to the window.

I asked for the room to be cleaned and was told that the rooms are cleaned every 3rd day, but they could move us. They came to the room while I was away to “clean” the room. The other guest was in the room but they did not clean the room.

Very good place to stay for a budget. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Only 2 complaints is the pool was closed and this app does not update to let you know. Was looking forward to going swimming. Second, there are No towel racks whatsoever in the bathroom to hang towels. At least in the room we stayed in. Never got up early enough to see if there was any breakfast. Said you get a “breakfast item”, but again, never checked it out. Would I stay there again? Probably.
