It was ok...the rooms was seemed small, and having to pay for parking seems unnecessary.

To find a boutique hotel in the middle of downtown was a treat. The staff were over the top helpful. Restaurant service and food were excellent. The serene, old world ambiance is a special treat amid the hustle and bustle of the city.
Jason
Everything was perfect.
Michael
The place was old , dirty , musty and very outdated. The carpet was disgusting. I had no Kleenex and no water pressure at all. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at
Charles
Fantastic hot tub in room.
Lisa
Beautiful property and excellent amenities.
Kari
It was a wonderful stay, we were only there for a brief night. The only drawback is the parking.
Jennifer
The spa is no longer there, despite being advertised. The restaurant has a very limited menu and does not offer room service, rather room delivery (think to-go containers). The lobby is drenched in an awful, headache-inducing perfume that makes it intolerable. The rooms are wonderful, as is the location, which is why we enjoyed staying there for many years before the recent changes listed above.
sieg
Best location in town. Great bar and adjacent restaurant Our favorite hotel in the city
Frederika
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and pleasant. Great restaurant.
Vickik
Staff was very helpful. The room was wonderful.
james
Great hotel really clean
Rachel
We didn't try the breakfast as it was just a breakfast box and we also didn't use the jacuzzi. Place was great, however there was construction going on right by our room and we weren't made aware of it until we got there. Our hotel room smelled like wet dog and the shower would randomly start running. The level of the shower was way off so water would run out of the shower and flood the bathroom. There was also somekind of leak and the walls were taking on water...you could see the space between the wall and the covering fill up. The in house restaurant was cute but very tight quarters and the food was okay. It is not a quiet room by any means, its nice to be downtown but you will be listening to motorcycles zoom by at all hours of the night.
Yuko
Very clean, organized, friendly stuff.
Jennifer
We were just there for a night but it was a restful sleep!
Becky
Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Although rooms are small, they were exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Jon
After booking I was told there was no longer a spa. When we checked in we were told they were updating the cable system so there would be no TV. There was a guy in our room when we got there that said he was just checking on something but never told us what, he apologized and left, wasn't sure if he worked there. There was loud construction that woke us up in the morning.
Shari
We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Rye, located in Copperleaf. All the staff were very friendly, and our room was very clean and cozy with a fireplace. Great location and walkable to all the boutiques and restaurants/brewery.
Karen
Beautiful rooms & bathroom. Very quiet downtown location.
Rachel
The stay was great! Room was clean and comfy. Staff very nice and helpful.
Keith
The room was clean and everything was new/well maintained. The bed was super comfortable. Any of the staff that I spoke to was very accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again.
Skyler
Rooms feel like mini apartments, everything was clean, and the options for snacks and drinks was nice! Located right in downtown with a parking garage directly next door.
Rhianan
I love this place. Central location, comfy beds and great shower pressure.
David
Clean room, great size.
Malinda
The amt that Expedia confirmed via email upon reserving the room is not the amt that I was charged. This was likely some glitch or issue between Expedia and the hotel and rather then either party making it right, they make the customer carry the brunt of their incompetency.
Karen
Room was nice but the bathroom
rabecca
Room was clean. Staff was wonderful and pleaseant. Check in and was was smooth
Margaret
Great location for spending time downtown. Room was clean and staff was very nice.
Elizabeth

Karissa
We had an amazing experience at CopperLeaf Boutique!
Scott Andrew
Another great stay at CopperLeaf. The room was spotless, front desk team is very polite, friendly and helpful and the water in the jacuzzi in the lower level is a perfect temperature to relax in.
Jennifer
Clean and comfortable space to spend a night!
Albert
Clean and great staff
Dario
No breakfast and room had some socks left from previous guest.
Mark Anthony

Heather
Just pretty frustrated with the lack of customer service.
A lot of hidden fees.
We were already vulnerable due to having to stay for a funeral. The circumstances weren’t the best situation.

Rooms were a little dated and beds weren’t super comfy but staff was nice and bar was cool!
James
Awesome location
Brett
Very clean and the 24/7 hot tub was great to unwind in after our long day. Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in while staying at a hotel.
Christopher
Parking at the hotel is a parking garage just behind the hotel. The area was well lit and appeared safe. Check in at the hotel was quick and the receptionist was friendly. The room we stayed in was clean was very comfortable. Large tile shower with great water pressure (which sadly is becoming harder to find). Overall, I will stay here again on my next visit to Appleton.
Renee
Nice staff
Victoria
Room wouldn’t cool down!

A really nice stay, regret not having time to dine at the onsite restaurant. The menu looked awesome, I guess I will dine there at my next visit.
Phillip James
This place is perfect for me.
Noel
Great hotel, 2nd time we have stayed here.
Lacey
Fantastic downtown Appleton venue.
David
Always great!!!
Douglas A
Everything was great. Has a late check in after a Packer game. Clean, well lit, quiet and excellent service from Martin at the front desk. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Robyn
Great Location
Staff was great! Our room was on the street side where there was construction. Other than that noise our stay was great.
Lisa
Very comfortable bed. Quiet, despite construction outside.

Relaxing and clean
Nice room with a jetted tub for long work days. The restaurant food is delicious and they had Prosecco on tap. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cindy
Wonerful!
Everything was wonderful. The gentlemen at the front desk were both outstanding!
David
Our go to place to stay when in Appleton. Friendly staff and conveniently located to a variety of dining options.
Megan
Nice hotel, but there was a lot of road noise outside our hotel - drag racing/loud mufflers at night. We got the handicap accessible room which had a very odd/small shower

Nancy
The Copper Leaf is one of our favorite places to stay when in Appleton. The accommodations are always superb! There is an excellent restaurant within the building (The Rye) I would highly recommend
Jill
Bed was extremely comfy!! Seemed to be alot of outside noise but overall was worth it
JENNIFER
Great stay.
Kristen
Convenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast.
Veronica
We had a very good stay.
Paula
Property was nice. Rye Restaurant is great. Staff at both were very helpful. I was suprised Rye was not open for breakfast. The Spa is still closed. Also part of the reason I booked this hotel was for the fireplace in the room but the way the room is situated, you could not see/enjoy it (at the very foot of the bed).
Brett
Great place to stay , only let down is not having a breakfast but first world problem and plenty of options near the hotel and they have a free cup of Joe to get you going
Maria
Overall the hotel was very nice. The spa on the property is not operating. I received an email during my stay that the spa has ceased operations and they’re trying to find a new tenant. Also the 24h hot tub is broken due to a pipe breaking.
Dean
good local
John S
We love this place! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly.
Gary
Excellent restaurant (RYE) as well as a comfortable, well appointed hotel
Julie
This is a nice hotel and I've stayed there over 15 times over the course of the year. It's not fancy but it gets the job done. The staff is always kind and if you're looking to stay in downtown Appleton this is the route to go!
Lisa
Great night at the Copper Leaf. Cozy room with great beds and we enjoyed a drink and sharable at Rye…the restaurant attached to the hotel.
Elizabeth
Absolutely the best beds and bedding at any place I have ever stayed-hands down!!!! So comfortable!!!!!
Brian
Has dinner at the Rye. Food and drinks were very good. Sat at the bar. Bartender was excellent.

It was great the room we stayed in had the jet tub worth it after longs day of work. Everyone there was supper friendly and if you needed anything they were super helpful and kind. My husband and I would stay here again in the future

The room size was very small for what we paid. The spa close permanently one day before we arrived so they were unable to do a massage. My husband and I have been coming here for years and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere with the spa but now its going to be hard to decide which hotel we go to because the Hilton across the street still has the same conveniences as the Copper leaf but has a pool, Starbucks and a cheaper restaurant on site. The robes in the rooms did add to the relaxation aspect of the hotel.

Pleasant surprise!
Charming older hotel that was updated & well appointed. Weren’t able to use the whirlpool & fitness center but they have both. Clean, comfortable king room (on the small side) had everything we needed for a short stay.

No amenities on Sunday
This would have been a 5 Star but for one thing: none of the amenities advertised, and for which we chose this hotel over a national chain, were open on Sunday. We couldn’t even order room service. There was no gift shop or vending. No restaurant. No spa services. The hotel was clean and well kept, but if you are needing amenities on a Sunday choose another hotel.

Always like this place. Clean and comfortable. Great restaurant and bar area never disappoints.
Rochelle
Parking lot and lack of signage a problem. Otherwise the experience was great
