It’s obvious the tenants staying there are doing things that I wouldn’t want to be around. I decided not to stay there due to safety concerns.

room is a lie it was not two beds. it’s only one bed. has a sove but nothing to use with it. carpet disgusting. hotel staff is a waist of breath did not for us wasted money. do you self a favor stay anywhere else.

The room was nasty- dirt and grime everywhere (floors, walls, counters), sheets dingy, no remote for the TV, 'desk chair' was stained with nasty white stains all over and the back was broken, the bottoms of the entry door and bathroom door were rotted, the water smelled nasty. Not a dish or utensil in the 'kitchenette' so that was useless. Exterior was just as bad- Police creeping through running everyone's license plate each night. I got zero sleep. The pictures in the advertisement are NOT of this property

I am handicapped and when I arrived I was told the room on the first floor wasn't ready yet and it would be a bit, so I waited. I went to check in and the next person put me upstairs and the neighbors next door were so loud! I even called the front desk for a noise complaint, but it didn't phase them. I'm pretty certain they're dealing drugs out of that room. People would knock and be in there for 2-4 minutes and leave. I found fleas and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Housekeeping keeping never came by in the 3 days I was here. The floor is super dirty and the night tables haven't been scrubbed. Spilled drippings on it to the floor. Laundry room was messy in the main lobby. This room doesn't have a dresser in it yet it's an efficiency, and no pots and pans either. Some of it doesn't make sense. Also, the walkway up here is super slick as it's coated with some kind of slick coating. This area gets heavy snow and ice, so that will be interesting. And, the edge to the staircase has a ridge where you can easily fall - especially if you're handicapped. The smoke detector in this room needs replaced. The batteries are dead. No fire extinguisher in here with a stove on the second floor. It's very noisy in general in this area as well as it's in an industrial area, and smells awful on certain days. The breakfast juice machine doesn't work other than lemonade. In general, things need to be way clearer than they are. Walls and shower curtains shouldn't have bodily fluids on them.

For the price and type of Property, this was as about as good as it gets. Exterior hallways and stairs, no elevator. Crowded room, dated furniture, no hair dryer, odd stains, dust bunnies... but comfortable beds, nice pillows, decent tv , shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Full size fridge and cooktop was nice and even thoughit was Saturday night, it was super quiet.

This is such a great value for the price! It's exactly what I was looking for, and I treated myself and extended my stay for the whole weekend!

Staff at front desk were rude.

We instantly felt uncomfortable at this property. People were loud, doors were open to other rooms, there were people constantly walking past our room and we could hear everything they said. After 15 minutes we made the choice to leave. I notified the front desk clerk that we weren’t staying. I was advised to contact hotels.com because she couldn’t refund.
I spent more time trying to resolve the issue than I was at the property.
I am extremely upset that I will not be refunded.
This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. It is more of a low budget apartment complex. No privacy.

You get what you pay for.
After day one of 4days all ready paid for, we asked to be released from our 4 more days reservations previously made prior to our arrival. They said, No. Number 1.
Number 2: once a week maid service. #3: No coffee maker. #4: Electric and USB outlets in lamps didn't work and wall sockets were filled. #5: TV service provider was substandard.
The positive things were: Refrigerator and electric stove were modern and worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and the linen was clean and soft. Unit was clean when we arrived. Parking was convenient and lighted at night.
