The staff was extremely accommodating. We were visiting with other family members who were in a room in the opposite end of the building, and when we asked to be moved closer they took care of it and were very pleasant about it. We used the shuttle to go to the baseball game and Brian the driver couldn’t have been nicer.

The room was clean. Couldn't get a breakfast to go for an early flight out, but was able to get a rid to the airport. Didn't use the bar, so much noise in the room above me and in the hallway, that I had a headache.

Perfectly simple! Welcoming to families (and dogs.) the room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 5.

I made a mistake in booking and between xpedia and the hotel, they made everything seamless. Thank you!

This will be our go to for nights before using ATW, we have a year old that absolutely loved the small slide and pool. The tile is crazy slippery though. Bar was a nice feature and the bartender was very kind.

We stayed one night to catch an early flight at ATW. We didn't get in early enough to take advantage of the hot tub or complimentary drink at the bar, but we appreciated the clean room with plenty of pillows to choose from. The hotel shuttle was easy to arrange and left right on time. We would stay here again!

We booked a room for an airport transfer through Expedia! Beforehand I called the hotel and asked how we book the transfer and the lady at the desk said that I just let them know at check in that I need to book the transfer and the first bus leaves at 4am! Perfect! Show up to check in and ask her how to arrange the transport to the airport and she said they were full and had no openings. I said that I called and asked last week and told her what they said, she said, “you didn’t call this hotel you called Expedia!” I said no I called here and she argued with me until I pulled up my call log to show her the number. She was a jerk and so was the manager! We stay here all the time and this was so disappointing!

A decent place for the money, we would stay here again. We wanted a highly rated hotel for a low rate (who doesn't) with free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and fitness room. It's clean, but not in new condition anymore hence the lower price, but still fine. Nice hot tub, pool, small waterslide great for kids maybe 8-12 yr range. Can use some maintenance and updating but not bad. Included a typical continental breakfast including waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, simple bakery like small muffins, danishes or donuts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, milk, juice, bananas, oranges, etc. And hot coffee and tea all day/night, a plus for me :). Also a nice little bar with 2 complementary alcohol beverages. Small fitness room with 1 weight machine, 1 bike, 1 treadmill. My daughter used the treadmill to run, I used the bike, I would have preferred a second treadmill but it's fine. Over 3 days we were never in there with anyone else, so not in high demand. Nice sitting area in the lobby with books and board games. Our room was on the first floor and had lots of foot traffic throughout the night above us, apparently the floors are wood and not spancrete type like I've seen in other places. Maybe a second floor room would have been quieter, but it wasn't terrible, didn't need to move or even complain. The staff is friendly. All that said, still not a bad place, would stay here next time if in the area again.

The hotel was fine but I believe the receptionist gave my keys to somebody else. I was parked outside of my hotel room so I could see the curtains inside moving , but my entire family was down at the pool which made me go inside , and then the receptionist knock on the door and asked me to verify who I was And told me that there is a problem with room , but that I was in the correct room..

Saturday night was also chaos in a pool area. There were no rules I got hit in the face with football's while holding my two year old son, parents were drunk and not supervising their children who were holding up the slide , so other kids couldn't go down..

Sunday was perfect. The hotel cleared out and we had a pool area to ourselves.Hotel staff was great.

Good hotel and breakfast. Staff was a bit grumpy. We were in Appleton visiting family and had our kids with us. We came to this hotel for the pool and not quite sure why our cousin (lives locally) could not join us to swim. I get that you don't want huge parties, but others should be able to join us. There is a huge pool that was 90% empty???? The staff and all the signs to this point were rude. Signs were posted EVERYWHERE. We were willing to pay for a day pass. Because of this, I don't think we would stay again.

The rooms were great, as was the complimentary breakfast and staff friendliness.

The Comfort Suites Appleton Airport offered a great stay before a flight, with a clean, spacious room, great amenities like the large pool/hot tub/game area, a good breakfast and welcoming public areas with lots of seating. The staff members were helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property.

There was so much more friendliness that could have happened, but the hotel seemed to cater to Packer fans, over others. Rather snooty, horible breakfast, but free

I stayed at another location the week before about 10-15 minute drive away which was disappointing. This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is perfect for business. There is a work space separated from the sleeping area. I should have booked a handicap accessible room. I parked in a handicap spot but after walking in, I lugged my bags up two flights of stairs. I am sure there are elevators somewhere but it was late and I didn’t want to walk anymore to find them. This is on me and I will make sure to book an easily accessible room next time. If highway noise bothers you, make sure to bring ear plugs. The room felt very clean and I appreciated the wipe provider next to the remote. For some reason it surprised me and it was a thoughtful touch. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner ha g in the shower and a light citrus smelling lotion bottle hangs next to the sink. I will book here again. I have told my coworkers to book here and not go to the place I stayed at the week before which was the same price.

Great place. I've stayed here many times. Wery welcoming, close to the airport, shuttle service, breakfast, free drink. The list just goes on and on.

This stay was AMAZING. The pool/hot tub area was fantastic and the room couldn't have been better. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed at for this price range.

They upgraded our room at. I charge due to the hot tub being out which was very much appreciated. They have a fabulous breakfast bar!
