Pro and Con. Con -Many many rooms had windows covered by a white milky substance on the exterior, possibly from the above cooling units poorly vented. It was like milk poured over the windows, and you couldn't see clearly outside - at all. (I have photos) Plus my window screen a had a huge rip so it flapped in the wind. Also bathtub drain plug was disconnected, came out, and drained slowly. Pro: The bed seemed newer, and was clean and comfortable. The place was relatively clean. And the breakfast was good.

I was dissatisfied with the service. I was booked for five days but didn't need all the days. I understand I booked through a third party expidia. I still feel like the hotel is not returning communication from expidia when they reach out. The young lady athe front desk wouldn't even give me any kid of documentation that I checked out. We had a fire evacuation in the middle of the night we waited outside for two hours, the next morning I asked if I could check out late the same young lady told me that they don't allow late check out. I didn't feel like they had good customer service in general.

We stayed here with our high school basketball team. At about 11:30 a fire alarm went off and was immediately silenced. It went off again and silenced again. We called down to the lobby and they said it was a false alarm. Look in the hallway and it’s all smoke. Decide to pack up and go outside and come to find out the staff don’t call 911, a guest did. Ended up finding out that there was a Freon leak. Super scary and ended up staying at the hotel next door. We better get refunded as it was not safe to stay there.

The location was perfect for our needs, customer service was okay and although the hotel sent communication through the Expedia app they never responded to my request for a crib or shared details about breakfast- which was the exact same thing both days or the pool hours. I realize they are posted but typically places still share and point out when doors lock etc. I had to run to my car and couldn’t get back in with my key card after 11pm so I had to walk around the building.

In town with my spouse and teen for soccer tourney. If you are just looking for an ok bed for a night, this is adequate. However, for the price, we were disappointed by the breakfast quality and options, the room lighting, and hot water access (good for one shower, and only at a time not popular for showering). The hot tub seems to be consistently down, there are no screens in the windows, and there was an ongoing background noise we could hear in our room that took some getting used to (like a motor/loud hum of some sort running all the time). The lighting at the sink was poor, and as mentioned in other reviews, there’s only 1 bar of soap in the room so you have to move it from the shower to the sink. (I probably could have requested another but why not leave 2 in the room?) I would stay elsewhere next tournament - they were close to the fields, but higher priced with lower amenities and farther from everything else.

The property was fairly clean. However, the makeup wipes in the room had not been replaced because the wrapper was open when we arrived.
A second bar of soap or a complimentary shower gel would be nice. The bar of soap was used at the sink to wash our hands leaving nothing fresh to be used for showering.
Breakfast was not up to the normal Americinn standards. It was a Sat., & we went to eat just before 9:30am. There was no hot breakfast at all. No staff was in attendance in the breakfast room. Choices were extremely limited. Very disappointing experience.

There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it!
First off the man being disgustingly nasty in the hot tub should have been escorted out and they didn’t care about the safety of their guest! They did not care that a group of kids were being so rude! So unless you want to deal with these unsafe situations and’s problems that are never handled stay here! But warning this is a very unsafe hotel! What has to happen for them to really protect their guests!

Hot tub didn’t work. The whole place was being renovated so a mess is understandable but there was trash and debris everywhere left to be blown around by weather. Tracked all inside, seemed to be a lot of folks sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Did NOT feel like a safe environment.
Just found out today (and the only reason I’m writing this review because now I’m pissed off)
That my deposit was charged? I never got a notification or receipt or anything? I called and they send me 3 screenshots of a door and started yelling at me on the phone when I told them it was just screen shots, like what am I supposed to do about that??? And let’s not speak English. Ok. I will never ever be coming back to this disaster.

However the lobby was loaded with what looked to be used furniture, construction materials, through out the place including hallways. I wish I could post pictures. Then the first night hot tub worked, the Pool area was very disgusting!!’, second night hot tub was cold. Third night the whole area was closed. Unfortunately I had pre booked the place for 3 nights for work. I had brought my concerns to the manager they said they would compensate me some money which I was fine with. However they never did. When I called a few days later to find out where my compensation was. The manager said they don’t give out any type of refunds. I will hopefully never ever stay at another American hotel

My son's room had great hot water and water pressure. The bathroom had a lot of paint or grout splatter. I don't understand why you would allow anyone to use that room. Makes you wonder if they clean these rooms that well?
