Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We also liked the pool, but we didn’t eat breakfast here so not sure how that was. The hotel was quiet and we got a good nights rest. We’ll be back! Also try Sammys pizza. 6 minute walk. Super good.
Wendy
We absolutely love the location of this hotel. Nice place and peaceful. 1 block from downtown Neenah and just a couple of blocks in the other direction, old mansions, a beautiful walk and park along Lake Winnebago! Great peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Quiet, nice rooms, great staff! Our favorite little get away!
Shari
Very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were very clean and the bar/restaurant was very was good. You can walk to many restaurants the waterfront and nice parks. Enjoyed our stay!
Matthew
The place was clean and all the staff from the front desk to hospitality were very helpful, cordial and inviting. The location of the hotel (on the waterfront) was beautiful.
Toni

Our family members were staying doors down from us and did not have air and the room was not exactly clean when they arrived and were assigned to that room. It was very hot in their room and the staff member. All they said was that they could bring him a fan so the kids did come to our room not real happy about that. The least they could’ve done is given him a different room or gave him money back on their stay otherwise our room was fine.
Karen
Excellent staff.
Wendy
We had a great stay here! Location is great! As we like old downtown areas, old home districts and parks and water. Hotel very clean overall. A shout out to Beth, who was over the top friendly and helpful! Wonderful place to stay.
Traci
Clean & comfortable room, nice location. Would stay again!
wesley
Great hotel, very nice location, walking distance to downtown.
Shana

Ricardo
Great staff at this property. They were very welcoming and awesome location.
Katrina
Customer service exceeded expectations!
Sandra
Beautiful area and hotel!
Zina
Pool and hot tub were super clean! Bed was comfortable too. I would pass on breakfast as it was not the greatest (think standard buffet but costs $15). Had a great time at Greene’s Pour House nearby, food there was delicious 😁
Cathy S
Friendly front desk staff, clean hotel, comfy beds, great location, and warm chocolate chip cookies. Great stay for a night.
Devin
Staff was extremely friendly. Room was nice, however the tub was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain. The bathroom door looked like it had be scratched by a dog since the hotel is pet friendly. One of the elevators was broken so long wait times since there were youth teams there. Overall it was alright
Karen
Staff was wonderful. Rooms were good. Good location
Suleman
Staff are awesome, bathroom is outdated, chair inside the room is not clean. Swimming pool is not the best, people get in the pool with clothes on.
Marla
Great service
RONALD
The onsite restaurany went fownhill..peime rib was hirrible this time fomoared to the last time we stayed...setver was very unattententive..i had to ask 4 times for sweetener for my iced tea
Cheryl
Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and fitness area and the bar in the evenings. Room was clean but bathroom door needed replacing or at least a wiping down from dust on the panels.
Michelle
The fresh hot cookies and complimentary water was a treat. Staff was friendly and the hotel was right downtown close to everything.
Mark
The hotel is in a great location, but after that it goes down hill. The pool was too cold to go into, the hot tub had foam in it, the bathroom was so small that you could not sit on the toilet and closed the door. The one think that we always look forward to was the fresh hot cookies when you check in, not here, they are stale and pre packaged. Love the chain just not this hote
Julie
Bar needs desperate help.
Julianne
Staff was very friendly and made me feel like I was home and part of a family.
Simon
Comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff and a 24-hour gym - useful when your body clock has woken you up in the early hours due to the time difference from a long-haul trip. I always stay here when I’m in the area.
Crystal
Friendly helpful staff.
KRISTIN
Great location - easy to walk to downtown shops and restaurants.

The staff made me feel like family while I worked at the hospital through Blizzard Elsa. The parking lot was safe, plowed, and easy to park in.
Brooke
This place is a gem! The best hotel stay I've ever had! They made me feel like family through Blizzard Elsa while I worked at the hospital and am exhausted!
james
Stayed here 2 nights while in town to see Brian Callen stand up in Appleton. Super close to the airport to pick up and drop off friend from out of town that flew in for the show.
Dain
Nice town. Good food at bar. Friendly staff and the patrons are mostly from wisconsin so its fun.
Cindy
Pool was cold, run down and room was not overly clean
Laureen

Dominick
Booked based off reviews about how clean the hotel was and unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. Upon check in the rugs in the hotel were dirty and all ripped up and obviously not taken care of. Check in went smooth and the laddies at the front desk were nice. The elevator floor was deteriorating and there was garbage on the floor. The hallways had personal belongings sitting on the chairs and tables in the hallways across from the elevator for the whole weekend we stayed. Our room was caked with dust on the doors, lamps, and wood bored behind the bed was so dusty. The chair in our room in front of the extremely wrinkled curtains had a giant stain on it. The floor looked like it hadn’t been moped in years. Our room had dirty towels and if they weren’t dirty they were stained. The heater in our room wasn’t operating correctly making loud rattling noise at the middle of the night while not being able to regulate the temperature of the room correctly. It was so hot! Our room had wall paper starting to peel off the walls showing our room was super neglected in any kind of maintenance. The pool room was so cold thank goodness the super chipped and cracked spa was nice and toasty to warm you up. Took at least 10 min to check out as no one was there to help and the phone kept ringing. Over all I expected more from a Hilton as you are supposed to pay more for a decent place and will not be staying at anymore if there hotels again.
Bernie
Staff was very welcoming and accommodated my request for a quiet room. Room itself was clean and spacious. Location was excellent to where we needed to be in the area. Overall great stay
Tiffany
I stayed the February 13-15. The staff was very nice and friendly. The beds and pillows werw very nice in the room. The dust build up on the box spring under headboard was gross and someones elses toe nail in the dust behind the toilet was gross too. The door to the room was very hard to open and slammed very quick after you closed the door. The doors to the lobby and stainless steel didnt look like they have been cleaned in a very long time. Gross! And the hallways weren't vacuumed. There were cigarette buds all over the ground when walking in. First impression are everything. So that was my stay. Thank you for asking. Have a great day.
Aaron
No hot water in bathroom sink.
Jordan
Room was a little dingy. Breakfast isn't free. Vent in room was making a sound all night. Pool cold. Good location though. Friendly staff.
Jeff
Staff was very helpful and fun. The room was clean, service was excellent.
Sheldon
Clean and modern. Very functional with great on site amenities.
Mary Jo
Staff was great, check in was a breeze. This is an older property so rooms look worn and dated. Tiny bathroom was tough to maneuver and the exhaust ran nonstop 24/7 (not able to turn on/off). Very hard mattress to sleep on. It was fine for the price considering it was January, but I definitely wouldn’t pay any more than we did.
Kayla
The pool water and room were freezing. The jets in the hot tub blew freezing water out. We stayed there for a volleyball tournament. The heater fan in the room was very loud it kept us awake all night.
Ebony
The lady at the front desk during check in, was great!
Carl
Enjoyable stay. The parking lot was not well defined, so went through the front entrance and had to exit out and around, but once it was understood, it was okay.
Brandon
Staff was great, amenities were nice. Our room did have some cob webs and the bathroom sink was a little clogged. Overall good experience
Helen
The bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed from the build of dirt.
Shane
Didn’t eat breakfast. Bar and restaurant was very nice and food was great.
Kyle
Excellent and friendly reception upon arrival & room was clean.
Cheryl
Our room was great. We had dinner in the bar. The food and the waitstaff were exceptional!
The Hot tub was relaxing and we enjoyed it very much.
We had one disappointment and that was the breakfast buffet. The hostess said “Hello” took off never to be seen again. There were just 4 heating trays for food. On a $16. buffet????
I put some bread in the toaster, it didn’t work.
The first heating unit was cold and contained tater tots, exactly 4 of them. The 2’nd heating unit contained a few pieces of barely warm bacon. The 3’rd unit had scrambled eggs with peppers, etc. it was pretty full and barely warm. The last unit contained scrambled eggs and was but for a few pieces was empty. We left and went elsewhere for breakfast.

We needed a handicapped accessible room, due to my boyfriend being in a wheelchair. The picture on your website, showed a rolled in shower, and it also showed a king size bed and a sofa. Was excited we had plans for family to cpme over and celebrate our Christmas. When we got to our room, there wasnt a couch. I called down to the front desk and the emplouee saod she woulsee what she coupd do. She called.bsck and saod she foind one woth a spfa
I go downstairs and get.the new room keys
.go ip, not handicapped accessible. I call fown againand she said she could brong up a few chaors to oir original room Nd she wouod run up with our new key. We went back to the old room, we waited over 15 minutes an a she never came. My boyfroemd went down and had to get thto get them. My family ahow up, ttwo hours layer, they knocl on oir day with a chaor! TWO hours! The room was freezing
When the heat shut off, you could feel the cold air coming from behind0, and it was LOUD! The bathroom is NOT set up for someone in a wheelchair. You have the grab bars on the weong sofe of the shower, and there should be a higher toilet.

The first room we were assigned did not have ANY lotion or conditioner (both bottles were empty), and the sheets in one bed had blood on them and the pillow! We told the front desk about that and were offered new sheets to \"remake the bed ourselves\". I refused and then asked for another room. We were handed a new room key to move our things we had unpacked at 9:30 at night. The new room was nice.
Troy
Rooms were clean staff was great will stay again
Gerald
Disappointing from the time we checked in to the time we left 3 days later. Room was dark, drab, badly in need of an update or remodel. We requested a handicap accessible room for my wife in a wheelchair, and not only did that not happen, we were placed about as far away from the elevator as they could place us. Attendant in breakfast area was terribly rude. If he were my employee he would not be employed for long. I walked in second day when I thought breakfast was included (it wasn’t, $15 which was fine but unexpected) to get a cup of coffee and there was no creamer. He walked by and I asked if I could get some creamer to which he responded “nope”, turned around and walked away. I was stunned wondering why they would have this guy dealing with their customers. And the room, it sure didn’t look like the nice pictures in their advertising, not even close. We stay in Oshkosh 12-15 days a year visiting grandkids but I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel. Too many other nice hotels in the area to endure their nonsense.
Toni
All staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. Very nice pool.
