Great stay in Appleton. Shuttle service to and from the airport convenient and efficient.
Walkable to different restaurants. The hotel staff also great to work with and accommodating to your needs.

Everything was good except for the tv. The reception was horrible the whole stay so when we were in the room to relax not much fun really frustrating
Rebecca
Room was great. It’s a convention hotel so plan on walking a distance to your room. Fitness equipment nice.
Andrea

It was a nice hotel well situated in downtown Appleton
Richard
I had a great 6 night stay. If there was anything I could question about the hotel is there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole hotel. Otherwise everything was fine.
Gabriel

The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Appleton, Lawrence University, Saturday farmers market and some great restaurants. They also have a nice pool.
The very mild issue was the Harvest restaurant breakfast which was disappointing. There are good restaurants close by though so overall it wasn’t an issue. Also, Starbucks is in the hotel. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again!

Fine for a one night stay.

Bathroom was a bit tight with how the door swung into the bathroom

Hotel is conveniently located and walkable to everything we needed to do. The fitness room was pretty well equipped. The room was large and clean. My one big complaint was the bathroom. We were in an accessible room, which we neither requested nor wanted. The hotel was full, so it was our only option. The sink had no storage and the room had no towel bars. The towels were piled up on the back of the toilet. Not that tough to put in a towel bar. Getting ready in that bathroom was a real pain. So, avoid accessible rooms unless you need one. And, even if you need one, good luck.

Hilton Paper Valley has been our home away from home since our Lawrence student started the college journey a few years ago.
We love it! The staff, the breakfast buffet, the rooms, the views, the location, Lombardi's, short walk to Lawrence, nearby parks, parades and farmers' markets!
We will miss our several times a year trips to Appleton and our stays at the Hilton Paper Valley.
We will cherish our fond memories of the great state of Wisconsin and remember our Hilton Paper Valley as our full service WI home.

Nice location. Pool area was very nice. For a Friday night had the whole room to myself.
The room was nice but no lotion in the bathroom. Those amenities should be checked & filled when room cleaned. Most disappointing and could have been worse than it was my wake up call for 3:30am never was made. Thank goodness my alarm did go off since no clock in the room. Also the stairwell doesn't go all the way up or down. Found myself locked out or ended up outside. Airport shuttle was helpful that's why booked hotel but was late. Again could have been worse but airline people were part of that pick up.

The facility was poorly laid out.
Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work.
We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service.
There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel.
The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)

Great location
Alex
The hotel staff were excellent and the property is in a great location. We were in town for a wedding and our room did not have clothing hangers or anywhere to hang clothes. Staff brought hangars and an ironing board. Also, our water pressure was awful and the smell of rotten eggs/sulfur came from the bathroom sink when using the water. We would stay again but definitely request specific amenities.
Kali
We just love staying here! The hotel layout and location are both ideal and so esthetically pleasing! Very clean and helpful staff!
Michael
Easy to check in, parking wasn’t expensive
Michelle
Overall the hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the room was very hot. The air conditioner was on but felt like it wasn’t working. We were gone for hours and when we came back it was still the same temperature.
KATIE
No ac- was given fans which did not help, no other accommodations made
Trena
Great staff. I did encounter an issue as apparently a band was booked on the floor above me and they started practicing in the late evening. Needless to say it was quite aloud in my room and even after having the front desk address the situation they continued to drag equipment on the floor for an hour after which was a bit annoying.
Ann
The breakfast was yummy! The older lady who took care of us was right on top of things!

Jason behind the front desk is an amazing helpful individual. Dean in engineering outstanding job!
Lewis
Very clean room. The staff was geat all around. Honestly, nothing to complain about.
Shane
Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton.
Denis Richard
Was very good.
brian
We’re not from the area so we requested extra blankets and when the staff brought them up, they look like they were 50 years old. They had holes on them and were ratty and just torn up. It’s very weird very strange and the coffee in the rooms it’s kind of nasty tasty some offbrand could be a better well-known brand more options just in general other than that the property is excellent great location, easy parking for the hotel to validate 10 bucks a day nice and easy come and go as much as you want.
Melissa
The staff was amazing. However, our room wasnt booked even though we booked through expedia and it showed up in their system. Our room also had an issue with the plumbing. The front panel beneath the bathroom sink fell off and almost broke my toe. Then the pipes under the sink werent connected and water pooled out. Luckily my husband is a plumber and was able to fix it.
Ann
This place nickel and dimes you to death. No continental breakfast. I requested a rollaway bed for $20 extra a night at check in and had to call at 9:30pm to request it brought to the room. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in our room and had to keep requesting an extra towel because they only put 3 bath towels in the room. Every time you come and go from the parking garage, you have to pay three or six dollars.
William
Great!
Jennifer
The continental breakfast was by far the best I have ever had. The rooms were very clean and nicely upgraded.
Dana
Right downtown with easy access to restaurants
Brian
Very nice gym
Bathroom was tiny. Toilet must have come from an elementary school! Seriously that small and low to the floor. I’m 6’1” and 280. Ridiculous!
Breakfast not included. As advertised but still annoying these days where often some fairly acceptable food is provided

The check in was smooth and efficient, My only irritation is the pool, as people look from above, and the table in our room was roughed up. Our room was super comfortable and quiet.

Beautiful hotel that made it easy to attend our dance competition. Only complaint is that you have to park across the street and take your luggage up stairs
Stacy
Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Very nice to have a Starbucks because we were at a dance competition all weekend. All in all, great stay. Just wish there were microwaves in the rooms.
Patrick
I guess I should have questioned not seeing free parking. It was not, parking ramp at $10/day. TV buffered and froze alot, they fixed when alerted. Kurieg did not work. Room was small but nice and clean. No microwave.
