This is our favorite place to stay in the Appleton area! It’s always clean and the staff is always very friendly.
Carole
Clean room, very quiet? Everything I needed and the staff were all friendly and helpful!
Anna Kathleen
It was a nice hotel in a convenient location.
Tina
We stayed on the second floor of the hotel. We arrived and the bathroom had small black hair and it wasn't very clean. The window had an awning out front and all you could see were rocks. It made the room dark. I think this room needs to be connected to another room.
Ekaterina
Clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby.
Renee
Loved this hotel, even worked with me to check out a bit later before attending a wedding in the area, will definitely stay here again:)
Fred
We were not told upfront what the dog charge was. We were not given a bill when we checked out. Always ask them for an itemized bill because when we got home and I called our credit card co, we had erroneous charges on our bill. It took us several days to get everything straightened out for the extra charges.

Great stay, however they do not have smart tv's. The place just feels a bit dated. Like a stay in 2005. Also im not a fan of not having my own personal lotion, shower gel, shampoo etc.
Lisa
Only complaint was that the coffee offered in the lobby was cold and when I brought it to the desk clerk’s attention he seemed annoyed even though I told him it was not a big deal to me but thought he might want to know.

Loud guests above us, breakfast poor, minimal selections, shade in room would not rise.
Margaret
Check in was fast and efficient. Hot tub and pool were great. Our room was kinda noisy. The vent in the bathroom from the wind, I think. The refrigerator was quite noisy. The exit door nearest or room did not lock. It said you needed a key to enter but the lock did not work. I did notify the front desk when we checked out. No variation in breakfast over the 3 days that we stayed. Scrambled eggs are boring and just ok. I felt like both days of them was a bit much.
Maria
The hotel was fine, however the staff allowed their dinning and lobby to be turned into a hair salon. There were a group of about 7 preteens girls that had, brushes, gel, hair ties, doing piggy tail, French braids and had blonde hair everywhere and their mother brushing their hair there as well. Was completely unsanitary. You had a hair salon at the very entrance of the hotel they would also bump into you as they were doing each other’s hair and so you couldn’t eat in peace specially you know having it be at eight or 9 AM not OK. Worst part parents were providing comments as such as “nice that looks great” “oh my God you did a great job.” And having no awareness of others in that space along with people cutting and line the wall machine and it being super crowded for that many people.
Wendy
Definitely will stay again!!
Kathy

Great, no hassle stay with two younger kids. Went to the pool, breakfast was decent, coffee was good and hot. Front desk was friendly both check in/out, beds/bathrooms were clean as well.
Ronald
Very nice place
Chris
The staff here was wonderful and super accommodating. The included breakfast was one of the best in terms of spread in options for places that include “free breakfast.” Would definitely stay again.
Angela
The staff was extremely nice and so helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Brittany
The staff was so nice and welcoming and the breakfast was great! Used the hot tub and pool everyday that we were there and it was a very nice area.

The room was great, could be a little bigger but for short stays it’s plenty of space. I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby.
The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well. We got stranded at the hotel for 2 days due to weather and the staff worked diligently to help in anyway they could.
Even after I kept rebooking the room the staff member was very helpful in making sure we weren’t under too much distress.
We have stayed here before and I highly suggest if you’re looking to fly out of Appleton making this the place you stay. 10/10 would recommend on all fronts.

The staff was efficient and welcoming. Room clean, bathroom recently remodeled and spotless. Breakfast was fine. Nice rubber duck waiting on the bathmat on the edge of the tub. 😊
Danielle
We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Adam
Very clean room and bathroom. Wonderful shower! Pool and whirlpool amenities were also very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Stacy
nice clean rooms and loved pool and hot tub
Lisa
We were greeted kindly after a short wait upon arrival. Everything looked clean and neat. The front desk agent did his best to accommodate our preferences.
The room was clean and comfortable. There were no issues. We could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms but it was manageable. The room could be more soundproofed. We enjoyed the personal touches in the room.
Breakfast was fine. The dining staff was excellent. She was cheerful, patient, and kind. I want to give her a big shoutout for being a standout employee. She deserves to be recognized by her employer and they should know she is a gem. She cares about the hotel guests and her coworkers. Thanks for the morning positivity. The housekeepers were friendly and smiling. The staff are an asset at this establishment.
Checkout was simple and unrushed.
Even the lobby coffee was passable 😉
I will recommend this hotel. I would stay again.

It was stated there was shuttle service to the airport and long term parking. Neither of them is true. We were disappointed as that made our decision to book at this location. The staff and room were nice.

Ruth
Staff were pleasant. Everything was clean and very neat.

Hot tub and pool area very clean. Hot tub nice and hot! Room was basic, clean, and no surprises. Its an older building yet well maintained. Hairdryer didnt work and usb port in wall dead but honestly it was fine. Being mid week got a great price too.
Nora
The toilet handle was leaking water when the tank filled after flushing. Otherwise the room and staff were very good. We did report the leak when we checked out.

Daniel Patrick
Great place to stay
Rhaoda
Best thing was digital check in and being able to pick your rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Pool was small but fine. Unruly small kids running around the pool at 7-8pm, same kids jumping into the hot tub, walking right over us as we are sitting in the tubs. Their parents were not in the tub nor were these kids ever told to. Breakfast area was tight and it was very crowded at 8am on a Sunday morning. There were only two hot food items, which was a little disappointing given options available at comparable hotels. The hot food wasn’t enough and kept running out every 3rd-4th person.
Vicky
Beautiful place, well kept. Breakfast was ample. Front desk was very helpful each time we had questions.
Katherine
Very close to airport
Kathleen
Could park right in front, seemed very safe.
Patrick
Very friendly staff, clean room, nice pool and yummy breakfast.
Stacey
Very Nice
We arrived a little early. No King rooms were ready, but the desk agent was able to switch us to a DBDB to accommodate an early check in. She was friendly and courteous. Location is near the highway, but no road noise inside. Room was nice, a but small but fine for us, nice desk area and plenty of outlets. Pool and hot tub area were clean and we enjoyed using them. Fitness room is spacious with good equipment options, although we didnt end up using it. Breakfast was good - enjoyed the 2 waffle options and lots of topping choices. Hotel is close to everything - fast food, restaurants (walked to Machine Shed Restaurant which we really enjoyed), gas, etc. The breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient - everything was kept clean.
Mark
Very nice place to stay at when there is a game in Green Bay and hotels get really pricey in that location. Very clean, comfy, and great staff!
Rebecca
Breakfast is good, the service was great, and the room was okay. There is not an ice machine on the first floor. The bed and pillows were not comfortable to me.
Cynthia
Clean, and friendly staff

We arrived AFTER check in time and was given a room. When we opened the door the room had NOT been turned over. There was trash everywhere and the beds were not remade nor the bathroom cleaned. We had to ask for another room that was actually ready! Not goid!
