We always stay at Double Tree. The service is great and is very clean place. But this time when we checked in the guy was not friendly at all. I tried to talk to him but he just ignored me and gave me my room key.
Not impressed.

There was no soap in the bathroom upon arrival
Roger
Glad it was close to expressway. Did not use the bar or restaurant. The coffee in the room was exceptional in flavor.
Patricia
The Double Tree in Appleton is fine. The rooms are clean but not great. We found someones clothes in the dresser and food under the chair. We expected the continental breakfast to be included - it is not. The pool was nice for the kids and the bar was nice for the parents. The snack \"store\" was OK for the kid's needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I expected more from a Hilton property.
Terry

Nice stay. We used the pool and hot tub and both were nicely maintained.
Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, but they weren’t unusable.

Check in person was super friendly and helpful. Took just a few minutes. Comfortable bed, clean room.
Doors failing on microwave cabinet, though. Could be replaced.
Also more or larger garbage cans could be in the room.

The beds were very comfortable. The remote was old and just about worn out. No fan in bathroom. Very humid in the room after showers.
Jennifer Kay

Room had cheerios, 2 bags of garbage and a tube of aqualube left be hind. Plumbing was questionable. Sink faucets were wierd, like not connected to the sink. Bloody pillow case. We complained and the front desk apologized and took care of the garbage and linen. Quick response from desk staff. I appreciate that. The pool was very busy so we sat on the courtyard and it was nice and quiet. Kids jumped around out there. Priced high for the quality we recieved.
Patrick
Great place; awesome gym. 2nd time staying here.
Curtis
There was a small pile of dust/debris along with a womans hair accesory on the bathroom floor.
Ellen
Host Steve in the bar restaurant was amazing. All service was delivered with kindness and humor.
Herbert
My husband went downstairs at midnight because the people next to us were partying so loud. Finally at 12:45 they stopped so we asked for a new room change or else we weren’t gonna stay there another night. Most hotels to stay at at least give you a free continental breakfast. I think 1495 a person for breakfast is ridiculous. Most of the room looked clean though in the bathroom you can really tell that it wasn’t cleaned that well. The floor was dirty. The woodwork was dirty. very disappointed in the name of this hotel that the experience we had wasn’t good at all.
Scott
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Debra
Loved the warm pool
Curtis
It was more than adequate
Sydney
The beds were fairly hard, but the pillows were nice. The pool and hot tub were amazing and everything was very clean. The front desk didn't give us much information, but we were able to figure out everything ourselves. Overall a nice hotel for it's price.

Clean room, friendly staff

I had to call the hotel to confirm that our room had a hideaway sofa. Not only did the young woman at the front desk make sure we had the sofa, but she remember the call and mentioned it at check-in to confirm that she had us in a great room. I rarely see this level of personal customer experience. Excellent personal service!
Paul
Great room.
james
It was nothing to do with Double Tree, when we made the reservation through Expedia, we accidentally put in that day's date instead of the date we needed to stay. Once we realized with in 5 min, we contacted Expedia to change it, and they wouldn't allow us to. Next time I will book directly with the hotel less headaches and you can talk to a real person to straighten things like this out.
Stephen

We didn't have the breakfast.
Tammy
Room was clean. Bed very comfy. My only complaint with the room is the bathroom lighting is terrible. So dim in the bathroom!
The hotel bar and especially bar staff were fantastic! Steven and Harmony were super friendly, fun and welcoming! We stay there a lot and last year we had a negative experience in the bar with last call being called at 8:00 with a bar full. We like the amenity of a hotel bar so we were very pleased to see the change in staff.
