Jim
The place was clean. The bed was comfortable, except the pillows were huge.
Andrea
The front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hotel was okay. The shower didn’t drain well and had some questionable spots. It was a place to sleep and the air conditioning was cold. Overall it was decent.
Aashish
It was really good.
Leesahtos
Wish the parking lot was bigger. Came back to my room at 1am and had to park next door. Other then that I had a wonderful time. My go to hotel stay whenever I come back to Appleton!!
Louis
Great if you just want a place to sleep. Biggest issue was no elevator. Must climb stairs if not on ground floor. Only 2 floor hotel
Chelsea
Room smelled musty, decent breakfast (cereal, Waffle, fruit, yogurt), felt safe in the building & parking lot. Did not like finding a plant sprouting from my shower! (I'll see if I can add a pic)
Ronald
Old and dated! Needs a a serious upgrade! Extremely difficult getting there! Wouldn't stay there again..
Ramesh
overall experience is good
Patricia
Hotel halls smelled like wet carpet and musty. Room had broken air conditioner, bed skirts had rips and stains and chair in room had rips and scratch’s all over it!
Neil
The room was not overly clean…just acceptable. Not enough parking for number of rooms required a long walk from a restaurant near by.
Joseph
Nice location, room was very comfortable.
Chelsie
Staff were great to work with!
Cesar
Room very clean
Brandon
clean room, a/c worked great. Was nothing over the top but for a one night stay it was perfect for the price. Only complaint was one of the residents who lives there was quite rude to pet owners but the hotel took care of this problem promptly. Would stay again.
Amanda
First room didn’t have a working tv or microwave. Switched to a suit, tv turned on but was constantly no signal so no tv. Wouldn’t stay for more than one night again.
Jeff
Very clean! Great breakfest!
Janet
Hope I don’t get charged 4 times like my credit card is showing now
Jessica
I didn’t like the fact of the let out couch didn’t have sheets. We had to ask for them and it took 30 minutes to get.
Jamie
Clean and quiet
Jamie

Steve
The rooms are not swanky but for what I needed it was fine. I didn’t have time to venture and explore the property but their “fitness” room was mediocre at best. My room was clean and that’s all I really cared about!
John
Nice room, conveniently located near restaurants/shopping. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms that are well taken care of
Hussam
Clean spacious rooms
Stephen
Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, was able to check in early with no upcharge. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options. Will stay again for sure.
Eve Lynne
Very clean, comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Gabrielle
Good AC, clean room. Staff was helpful.
Daniel
I enjoyed my stay here. Nice location that’s not far from any restaurant or entertainment (the theatre is practically next door). Everyone was nice and helpful.
Yvette
Breakfadt menu could have been a little better. It was a little limited. No cooked eggs only uncooked in the fridge.
DOROTHY
The hotel is dated. Snack machine was empty and unplugged.
Bid
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The time we stay there for four nights, cleaning staff never came and change our bed sheets.
Debra
Don’t like the extra charge/hold $
Laurie
Clean, quiet and updated room.
Abbigail
Smelled bad. Someone must have been smoking in their bathroom because we could smell it coming through the vents. There were smushed bugs on the ceiling and hair on the counters. Beds were very squeaky and not comfortable. Linen was clean and the shower was hot. Good breakfast selection to take on the go.
JOSE
Clean and comfortable
Abbie
The room was very clean and updated.
Staff friendly, polite and helpful.
Breakfast was as expected with continental.
The coffee wasnt very hot, but it was at the end of the pot and Im sure they would have made more if requested.
Excellent value for money, walkng distance to Texas roadhouse and easy drive to the airport.
Pleasantly surprised🙂

Very clean room , everything was good
Linda
AC worked well and room was pleasant.
Jason
Bed was kinda hard, was charged a security deposit for 150 that was not even mentioned when checking in online so that screwed us on money for the whole weekend. Even though the staff was nice enough to reverse the deposit it still didn't show back up on the account when we needed it to. Won't stay again if they have to take a security deposit. It's a hotel not an apartment. Your card is in the system and can be charged if there's damage afterwards
Donald
Lot's of places to eat and visit nearby. Room was clean, bed and pillows were good. It's a good value. The hotel isn't visually appealing but the staff is great
Mary
It was almost impossible to find the road in. The road pavement was badly in need of repair.
Jim
Good hotel for the price
Hussam
Clean and quiet. I would definitely come back again!
Jarrod
Perfect location for everything we wanted to do while visiting. Definitely will be staying again!

Tanya
The room was spotless and the customer service was great also
MICHAEL
The room was immaculately clean. Housekeeping had made beautiful flowers on the spare toilet paper rolls!
The staff were super helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was considerably better than most hotels. They also had real apple turnover pastries.
The property was in great shape.
I got to meet the owner. He is a genuinely nice person and also an Army Veteran.
For me, there is no other place to stay when I am in Appleton!

Stephanie
The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Shared appropriate information thoroughly, and got us on our way to our room quickly. Our room is spacious and clean!
lauren
The staff was great, room clean and a plus that the hotel is pet friendly. And a great breakfast selection! But the location was very confusing to find.
Karihungu
Clean and peaceful ❤️
Aiyanah
The room looked gross and the plug ins were all loose so the lamps wouldn't turn on and stay on. I had to move the bed to put the plug in for the lamp in a different wall plug in.
LISA

I needed a quiet, safe atmosphere to rest for work both days. I was able to sleep soundly. Though there were pets in the building, I only heard them until 7:30 pm. I had trouble with the Wifi, but I used my own hotspot.
Michael
Good place for contractors and crew
Pa Zong
Clean and informational
Room and bathroom was clean. I love how we get to control the temperature of the room because we get cold easily and love to turn the heat on. TV was easy to use and navigate. Also enjoyed reading through the informational packets provided in the room.
Jennifer
Not many options for a hot breakfast ( didnt want to microwave my food) there waa construction on the property at 5:30am that we werent told about. And then there waant enough parking. The bath towels were stained . The ice bucket had mold .
Lisa
the front desk staff accommodated a 16 ft kayak by storing in a secure area. We were very happy with that.
chris
Our room was right next to the stairwell and it was very noisy. We could hear people across the hall in their room with the doors shut. The room itself was nice and clean. Nice shower area. Breakfast was good, but the bad was so so I now have had a stiff back all day. Staff was wonderful, easy check-in and reasonable price overall I would recommend.
Carol
It was good
Michael
Very nice place, very friendly staff
Gail
Let's talk about the man behind me in line at the front desk! BAYMONT OWNER does not provide protection for its employees!
Barry

Barbara
They need to replace The mattress and pillows.
Ali
Close to Fox valley Tech. Texas Roadhouse in walking distance
Richard
Great for the price.
The room was fine, and most part it was clean except the bathroom could have been cleaner around the edges. It needed to be swept better. The coffee was instant in the room, and the coffee in the breakfast area was horrible. The food choices were fine.
Gerald
Nice for the price
Paul S
Nice quiet stay
Giselle
Great place , great price and!!! Great coffe
mike
Hotel really clean , staff great , bed very hard ..
John
The room wasn’t clean. Floor wet, blood and shaving cream in the sink. Crumbs in all the corners.
The whole place reeks and creaks like no one has cared much for years. Even for the deal I got to be there I almost just packed up to find a new place every night.

Musty smelling in main building, broken deadbolt on door. Rooms not attached to main building are better.
James
Difficult to get to through several parking lots
Beatriz
Would go back
Room was just fine but the a/c was so noisy we just turned off to sleep. Black out curtains worked great until morning. They were short and the light came up from under them. So woke us up earlier than we would have liked. The breakfast offerings were the usual waffles etc but I was pleased to see boiled eggs (not pre-peeled), English muffins and a few more healthful food choices.
Kenneth
The young lady was very courteous when I checked in the room was clean and spacious. No complaints.
valerie
This location is centrally located near food establishments and a shopping mall. We spent the night here to be near the airport.
Art
They were absolutely awesome there. Everybody we encountered had a smile and was very pleasant.
Michael
Just felt dirty. I’m sure it was clean but I would not stay there again.
Alan
Baymount appleton
The room was good. The bathroom needs updating. The toilet is quite low. The sink needs the water supply lines switched, the hot is on the right.
