Bathrooms were clean, but carpets are dirty. Back of night stands were dirty and dusty. Bathroom vent was dirty.
Plus they charge a 150.00 deposit, then return it in 5-7 day. Just wrong!! If you have a credit card on file, If there’s damage charge the card.
Front desk staff was rude!!
Will not stay here again.

The parking lot was confusing because of the construction to Applebee’s. Initially thought the hotel was closed for business. I would definitely recorded bed better signage. Staff was friendly. We liked how close our room was to the side door. Hot tub is small but overall a good experience.

The room had an overall stall smoke and musty smell. All the furniture was very old and worn. We went to pull out the couch and the mattress was moldy and broken pull out. The carpet is all stained. The staff were very nice and tried to remedy the situation but it is hard to fix when everything is worn, outdated and not well kept. We were moved to a king bed and pull out couch for 5 people. The new room was also very worn and not well kept. Work out room was not well equipped nor was anything stocked. It has an open wall/ceiling space shared with the breakfast area. We didn’t even try the pool with the experience of the rest of the facilities.

Pros - you can close the door between the seating area and bedroom area.

Cons - everything else. For the price, I'd expect a more kept up and clean hotel.

Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! .

Hotel would have been ok, it was your normal everyday average hotel. Not super clean or new but not disgusting. Looked like it would have been a good breakfast included except we had to catch a flight before breakfast started so can’t say for sure. Was a large area for it with even a kids play area and small game room. However, one of the main reasons I picked this motel, besides its proximity to the airport, was for its pool and hot tub. Upon check in they informed us the pool and hot tub were having maintenance done and weren’t available. Very annoying.

The hotel on the outside needs some maintenance & curb appeal. Inside 1/2 the building is heated with a boiler and we could not regulate or turn down the heat &we sweat the whole night. Furthermore, the pool and the hot tub were closed because they couldn't get rhe chemicals regulated for over a month for some reason. It's really frustrating to pay a lot of money for a outdated rundown hotel with a lack of promised amenities. I wouldn't really consider it a hotel when it feels and operates more like a motel. Go to a motel and get the same experience for a lot cheaper! On a better note the beds are decent but only full size, The rooms were clean and there was no dust or mold and that sense it was decent, great water pressure (hot) and the Continental breakfast is decent! 24/7 coffee / tea!

Zero stars!
I hope that this hotel turns it around as it has the potential to be a nice place! It just needs some TLC, attention to detail to a few things which could really make it better. Definitely investing some of its profit into updating the outdated decor) carpet etc. from the late '80s early '90s, and fixing lobby entrances giant broken ceiling that somebody hit should be a top priority. That's pretty unsightly. Maybe it just happened? Due to the nature of the upkeep of the building and that they put netting underneath it to catch falling stuff tells me it's probably been there a while!?

Overall, the property is in poor shape. Right when you walk in, the canopy was smashed by a truck, so they netted over it to make sure nothing falls on you. The furniture in the common area has been broken and has metal brackets holding it together. All the door jams are banged up and dirty. Carpet seams are covered with duct tape. In our bathroom, the towel bars have been moved around so there are big patches of wall paper missing. The access road through the parking lot has giant potholes in it. This property needs to be closed and redone.

Gross!!!

This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The property smelled strongly of mold and musk, carpet for some areas were old and felt sticky. The AC in the meeting room we rented for the weekend did not work. Over three days, the trash was never removed, leaving the space unkempt. We had to open the windows for air, but one was missing a screen—even on the 2nd floor—which felt unsafe, especially with small children around. Overall, a poor experience. We rented over 20rooms, I would say this was disappointing for the price that was rented to us. One of the rooms had cockroaches, GROSSS!!!. We will not be returning.

Do not stay here at La Quinta!!

Carpet had rips in it. Wallpaper was falling off the wall in places. Old, old, old, carpet felt filthy when walking with bare feet. Bathroom was ok, looked redone in recent years. Desk and desk chair felt scummy and sticky. Worst part was the old carpet and sofa and wallpaper had soaked in smoke smell from years before and was never replaced. That smell was masked when I arrived but got worse each day (5) I was there.

My clothes began to smell like old cigarettes. They cleaned the room once that week and after the cleaning it was barely tolerable. Hotel was full.

They denied any discount for the horrible conditions. They had a chance to make it right but management chose not to.

I will never stay with this hotel chain again.

Cool but expensive

Spacious room with large jetted tub. Enjoyed being able to close the bedroom off from the bathroom and tub area to keep from moistening the entire room.
Enjoyed playing pool and air hockey on property.
The depth of the pool was quite enjoyable. It's rare to find a pool deeper than 8ft. I wished the showers in the pool area were working. Hot tub was a great temperature. That sauna would've been pleasant too had it been in working order. Still a great time at the pool even without those extra options. Very slippery tile in there though.
Would've slept great if it weren't for the dang sun shining in from the window. Unfortunately the blackout curtains were too bunched and stuck off the window frame too much to prevent light.
Beds were clean & comfy though.
Room carpet and furniture were old and dingy looking. Room was a bit smelly but not terrible. Smelled like a moist/damp basement almost. A/C filter needed a good cleaning, I'm guessing. That's basically what the smell was coming from.
2 tvs in the room was nice.
Couldn't figure out how to get the sink next to the mini fridge to work. Thought it may be broken.
Breakfast was decent. Multiple hot food options. The hash brown patties were nice a cruchy. The scrambled eggs were a bit watery. Very spacious area for breakfast though.
The small arcade area was neat. Multiple different crane machines all of which proved us to be unskilled hahaha.
I think the worst part of the stay would be the room key/keycard needed at every door.
