Hotel is a good value. No padding under the carpets so you can hear every step a person takes in the room above you or in the hallway.
Karen
Spent a night here over Mother's Day weekend and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee very good (an important feature for me). I will definitely return and recommend this hotel highly.
Barbara
Was very impressed with breakfast. Usually our flight leave before breakfast and I hope we get later flights from now on. 5 star

Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient! The hotel is wonderfully spacious, clean, and I could stay here for awhile quite comfortably.
Amy
Danieko, the Front Desk Attendant welcomed us with a warm greeting, a big smile, and bottles of water for my family upon arrival. He portrayed exemplary customer service which is rare to find today. Thanks to Danieko, we will be repeat customers. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.
David
Adequate offerings for breakfast.
Michelle
Staff was absolutely amazing. They all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which is rare today and it came across to how they treated the customers amazing breakfast above par rooms were extremely spacious and very well set up. It was my first visit will definitely be back.

Wished for more fruit.
Rooms are big and resonable priced.

Everything was nice overall, but the beds were terrible. Honestly, I’ve had more comfortable nights on a cardboard box. I initially thought it was just my room, but others in our group had the same experience across three different rooms. If the beds were upgraded, this would easily be a 5-star stay.
Tim
Very nice room
Pamela
…traveling during a blizzard and the staff was excellent in helping…
Alexander
Loved the rainforest certified coffee and the reusable mugs!
Erin
there was a room with kids in it that started making noise at 4am until 5:30am. Only draw back.
John
The room was very clean and breakfast very good.
Monica
Room was spotless. Upstairs guests were walking around until all hours of the morning. Heat/AC unit was rattling a lot
Connie
Room was larger. Staff was helpful for places to eat. Next to shopping center and close to airport
Jenny
The breakfast should be different each day. If you are staying for days, biscuits are not the answer. How about scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns..something different.

Love it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Susan
The room was very spacious. The bathroom and the kitchen area were very clean. The drinking glasses were not all that clean but that could be the fault of the dishwasher. Mine at home can be hard on glassware. Also, I understand that the ppl cleaning these rooms do not have the time ( it's a fact of life) to do a white glove inspection on items that come out of the dishwasher let alone re-clean them. I was very happy with it all.
Linda
Room clean
Pame
Clean room, up to date, and accommodating staff.
Linda
The opportunity to have breakfast sandwiches was brilliant. Especially when there are late risers and you need something to grab and go.
Renea
Overall good stay, nice size rooms. I’d recommend bringing your own pillows provided ones are near flat, and if particular about mattress a bit sunken in making it mildly uncomfortable but I’m not overly particular. They did cause my sons back to hurt after spending the night. Pros and cons to our stay. Customer service was great, friendly, attentive.
Peter
Hotel is nice and very spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. However the staff was not enforcing quiet hours. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming until just before midnight. Really unfortunate as the stay was good otherwise.
Mariusz
Oatmeal was stored in plastic box in a hot pot. not too many choices and everything looks like was processed. Had to go out for breakfast.
Brigitte
Rooms are equipped with all you need for your stay. I only stayed one night but was please to see everything included and offered for that home2suite feel.
Vitaly
Vacuum elevators. You can tell hotel cleanliness by floors. Room had an odd smell. Bathroom fixtures weren't the same color. Some chrome some brushed nickel. Looked cheap and mismatched. Sheets looked like they weren't changed on one bed.
Vickie
Especially liked alllll the counter space and open cabinets above in our suite!
Vang
Yes … the service was great !

The staff was very nice. When I first got there my room was not ready but the front desk worker got my room ready for me and I really appreciate that because of the hotel being full. The staff was amazing and I will return for another stay in the future
Tammy
Very nice property, have stayed a couple times before when I’ve had an early flight.

Nicely laid out facility, well-appointed with all the basics we needed for our trip, staff is great and very helpful.
Edward
Pool unavailable and poor follow up.
The stay was good. However, we had switched to this hotel so my wife (recovering from surgery) could use the great pool at the hotel. Then we found out before arriving on Saturday that the pool would be closed until Monday... Then after we arrived, we found the pool was going to be close through Wednesday, the last day of our stay... So, this was very disappointing and fustrating. Also, on the phone before our trip, we were told the hotel would look into securing day passes to the YMCA for her, but they never called back or mentioned it when we checked in.. We just gave up.
Cornelius
Cleanliness and decor.

Attentive staff

Very convenient and clean. Love small kitchennet
Jennifer
We booked a room for a 1 night stay. The hotel is 3 minutes from the Appleton International Airport. I thought it might be noisy in being that close to the airport but it wasn't. The room was very nice and was clean and roomy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is so so. It's not a big buffet but there is fresh coffee and the regular hotel buffet food items. I would stay here again if neede.
Cody
Great hotel. Huge rooms. Perfect space for our family of 5.
Martin
Great location near airport, facility is nicely laid out and easy to get in and out of and is just a comfortable place to stay - thanks.
Betty
Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was wonderful and always helpful.

The manager and staff were available, courtesy and had great attitudes. We have stayed there numerous times. He is a great place for families. But is has many aspects for single life people.

We stayed here during a "shopping spree" for our 10 year olds granddaughter. The staff was amazing. They checked in with Carsyn regarding her stay and gave her real VIP treatment. She was so excited and it was a perfect ending to our annual school shopping excursion. We will stay again.
Juan
All good thanks
ann
Very nice property. Very clean and helpful staff

Not a place we will stay at EVER AGAIN!!
Breakfast is included, but very limited and not what I expected. The bed was HORRIBLE, hard as a rock and very low to floor. The room, since pets are allowed, smelled of urine, was not the cleanest, seems to be out dated 🤔
Edward
Staff was very helpful. Service was very good.

No service, not clean, pool was horrible
Chris
The room was updated and clean. Breakfast was good.
Lynn
Room was nice and very roomy. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a sad and difficult time for us and not having to worry about anything at the hotel was comforting.
