The place was absolutely disgusting. There were a bunch of leftover hairs from some blonde lady nestled in all of the coffee ingredients stationed on the sink. I brought that up to the staff immediately, and it took three days to clean it. The shower hose was blowing water all over the bathroom and that took a couple of days to repair. Their breakfast was horrible and instead of bagels or muffins, they had leftover, stale hot dog buns for breakfast.

I was there for a week-long training course. Never again. Run away.

It was absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don't lift the mattress up, you will find garbage everywhere!!! Don't try to use a shower, its broken and water sprays everywhere!!!
And when you check out, be prepared!! There will be at least 6 workers standing right outside your door waiting for you to leave (not even 2 seconds after we checkout out) we had a few bags left to get into the van and all the workers from that hotel were all right outside my door in-between the door and my van, watching me. And someone with diagnosed high anxiety, that alone would put someone in the fricken hospital!!!
DON'T STAY THERE!!! It's a nightmare!!!

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.

We didn’t stay. False advertising. You already know that. And refused to refund my money. There is no way the pictures are of this motel that are advertised. Which is called false advertising. And we never stayed. We walked in, and walked right back out. And Expedia should back us. We called Expedia right away , and told them the condition of the motel. There is no way the pictures online were of this motel. No way!!!

I booked this room last minute because of a bad snowstorm. I needed an accessible room with a roll in shower. The bathroom situation worked great for me. There were toiletries supplied in big bottles on the wall of thw shower but the conditioner bottle was empty. Otherwise, the bathroom was plenty big for handicapped accomodations. One thing though... handicapped accessible rooms need a lower bed. The one in this room was far too high for anyone who cannot stand to transfer to get into/out of. This was not my situation, thankfully, but an accessible room needs to be accessible.

There's new staff at the front desk and he clearly sees I'm handicapped yet voice me a room on the second floor for which is stairs. I had to go back in and change rooms. The bathtub was so dirty! It had a clear ring around it and previous hair. So gross! On top of that; it was freezing temperatures in the morning and no blow dryer in the room. So no shower was used nor did I eat the breakfast. The night table hadn't been wiped down as it had caked drink rings. The neighbors were smoking Marijuana in a state that's not legal. Very noisy area depending on which side of the building you're on.

This is an older hotel and they did their best. The room looked nothing like the picture and reeked of old smoke - to the point that my suitcase and clothes picked up that smell. Even though the rooms are non-smoking now, there was no way to air out that smell and that was not disclosed prior to booking. The property was pretty and well maintained; bed was comfy and staff were friendly and helpful - but the rooms look nowhere near the photo and my room unfortunately smelled like 1970s.

Probably not worth the price

Poor quality in so many ways. The hotel it self is located in an industrial area with a trucking company next door. The hotel itself was ‘worn down’ with worn out flooring, slow drains, and an old tired appearance. complimentary breakfast was really low quality with limited selection. They had extended stay customers who stayed in the outdoor common areas smoking cigarettes. Fights/arguments were heard one night. An overall unpleasant experience. The quality surely explains the low price.
