We liked the spacious rooms and the elegant decor! When paying to stay in a hotel, you would hope that it would feel special and fun to be there. This hotel gave us a good price, a beautiful room, and a spacious room! There is no bath which I would have liked but they have a very large walk in shower that is newly remodeled!
Thank you to everyone who is doing a great job there!

TV didn't work, coffee maker didn't work, pet upcharge that was not noted at time of booking. All sadly just \"noted\" by staff. Coffee was really bad too...

Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.

Upon check-in, I noticed a couple of towels that had black stains on them as well as a couple of stains on the bath tub. However, after voicing the complaint to the front desk, the young Hispanic (maybe) lady that was at the front was able to resolve that issues within seconds! It was amazing how fast I was able to get new linen since normally that takes about 24hrs. She was a blessing. I’m mostly impressed with that interaction over any thing else. Thank you again, ma’am!

Alright location. No breakfast like mentioned. Had to go to a different property to check in. There was also a deposit of $150. Wish that was mentioned when I booked because I probably would have went elsewhere.

When you book a lower priced hotel sometimes you don't expect all that much. But the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There was a nice little continental breakfast available. The other people in the hotel seemed decent. And there were easily accessible restaurants nearby. By no means a luxury hotel but well maintained for the cost

The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix

Overall I would say it was a good place. Until day of checkout. I requested and paid for late checkout as I work night shift. As I was sleeping someone, a man entered my room. No knock, nothing. Just opened the door and was going to walk right in. I even had the extra lock on and the dnd sign on my door. But apparently these don’t work when another key is used. And apparently staff don’t check to see who has actually checked out before just entering a room. What an awful feeling and experience to go through.

Sometimes, travelers find inadequate water pressure in the shower. No the case at this site. More than adequate pressure. Walls are a little thin, and breakfast places are not immediately nearby. But staff was professional and courteous. No problems either toiletries. Room was spacious enough. I would stay here again and recommend it.

So/So

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. Whole the room itself was j decent condition. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the adjoining room's tv all night long (like it was in our room). The shower faucet did not work properly and the gfi for the bathroom outlet kept popping. Our room also reeked of smoke. Overall, next time I'll stay somewhere else.

Great motel

i’m gonna keep it a buck, i originally booked this place because of the price but was extremely happy with my stay!! obviously it’s a motel, you just can’t expect a 5 star suite waiting for you but you CAN expect to sleep well, stay warm, and feel safe. on top of the key card lock, there was also a turn lock and a chain latch lock for added safety. it was around -20° outside and i didn’t even need to use a blanket while sleeping, so you can see why i was happy with that lol. the shower pressure and temperature were also great. no crazy noises during the night, for me at least. also didn’t see bugs or anything.

my only criticism is that the shower does leak onto the bathroom floor, so i think it’d be good to put extra towels by the bathroom for that reason. i’m sure there aren’t a bunch because of potential theft, but i think even just one more than the amount of people staying (3 towels for 2 guests) would be good for the room i stayed in specifically.

I definitely plan on staying here for my future Appleton trips, though!

Beds were awesome! Very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Bathroom was very tiny. Definitely an older property. Ate at their restaurant and there was only 2 of us as they are remodeling for the upcoming NFL draft. Very basic but food/sandwiches were good.
