The hotel isn't bad, but the lack of a properly functioning AC in the middle of the heatwave neared had me in tears. Beside this there was a very rude staff member who checked us in at night; ants running around in my room since the moment I got there until the moment I left despite the room being cleaned every day; the areas and beaches around the hotel are NOT the nicest ones, very meh to be honest, had to travel 1h30 min by bus to get to a better view and the bus systems are very unreliable, so there's also that. Despite this, the food is nice, the pool area when you have all inclusive is very good, as there are snacks and ice cream all day.

I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to prioritize your sleep!! This is the worst bed I’ve sleep on!!!! Seriously is was hard like an rock! And the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hotel. (I was in the second hotel)

On a more positive side: staff was friendly, buffet was ok, the wine drinking fountain was the highlight lol. location is great if you want to spend time by the beach.

A great all inclusive hotel. Friendly staff, spotless room. 10 minute walk to the beach and nearby water park. Food buffet was adequate, and all in all a great value for money. Would happlily return.

The place is dirty and run down, the staff is essentially incompetent, and it is extremely noisy, with party kids everywhere drinking like cows, screaming, also the locaiton is right next to chicken coops, and the chickens/hens/roosters start crowing at 330 AM, it literally woke up my wife and I and didnt stop even when we left at 11AM... it was so loud we had to stuff our ears with toilet paper, and still it pierced through tthe balcony/window.... AVOID this place at all costs..

Got there only to find no a/c working in our room, no promise to fix it, didn’t offer us another room or any solution to it, had to stay in the room with 30 degree heat. Had to basically beg the staff to get someone to fix it. They were rude and dismissive, with the guy saying basically it’s not my problem, I’m finished my shift in an hour. They were clearly laughing and joking in Spanish about us aswell thinking we wouldn’t understand.

The food was rotten, and I wouldn’t be a picky eater just greasy buffet food but it genuinely tasted like vomit and I wouldn’t be a picky eater. We tried to go the the pool area but it was disgusting. Chairs and tables had been there since 1959 and hadn’t been washed since then by the looks of it. Just a filthy kip and I would encourage you to stay anywhere else, especially for the prices they charge

VERY LOUD !

It is so echo, I was in my room on the 4th floor and could hear people from the lobby ! There is no sound barrier at all ! I heard the guy next door pee ! I was awaken every 30 minutes, every night because people come and go, talk loudly and bang on things ! The maid SINGS as she SHOVES all of the furniture in the rooms while cleaning ! It was awful ! I requested a room change but they said they were full… the staff was nice but I would NOT recommend this place ! Also, the water in the shower changes from VERY hot to VERY cold every 30 sec, I burned myself twice !

Lovely relaxing break.

Our stay was great, its located by airport stop, which was A2 bus for five euros from the airport that took 20 minutes. The staff all speak English and so helpful, they literally couldnt do enough. There was alot of spanish people there when we were there but so the evening entertainment was aimed at them, but we went out exploring the local area, which was about 10 minuets walk to the beach where there was resturants and bars. The hotel sits on two sites, we werent in the main hotel, which was fine as in the day time our pool got the sun, as the other pool didnt.

Our room was of reasonable standard and cleaned every day. we were impressed by the quality of food in the restaurant the only think that let it down was it could have been hotter.
10 minute walk to a lovely beach.
Sadly the hotel is surrounded by a number of cockerels who start at 4am and continue till dark.
Our holiday was marred by German youth in the room next door and we had to ask security every night to shut them up.

Great hotel in the wrong location

Hotel Bahamas II was stunning and spotless on arrival. Greeted by one of the receptionist who when checking us in, started to make conversation with others.
Got to our room early than expected and room was perfect for our long weekend away. No fault to the room what so ever
Later that day and during our stay we found the restaurant in the next hotel across the road, to nobody greeting us on arrival. Staff didn’t seem happy and were slow at cleaning tables. There was flies everywhere and you couldn’t get a one bite without one in your face. Food selection wasn’t brilliant.
Never stayed around the hotel during the day, but evening entertainment seemed ok, mini discount for the children and adult entertainment after.
The area it’s self is beautiful short walk to the beach and main area, but for those who are English I wouldn’t recommend staying here, with lack of English bars and some not welcoming you in because your not Dutch or German

Hotel overall is good, facilities are good, staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaning personnel at least attending my room not polite at all, a bit disrespectful and bad at their job, as the room cleanliness after they supposedly cleaned was extremely poor, the room phone accumulated so much dust over the 2 weeks I stayed there that it was unusable. Bad quality control on room cleaning, but that was the only bad thing.
I had half board so had breakfast and another meal, sometimes I had lunch and sometimes dinner, food overall has food flavor and there's enough variety each day. Hotel is located near an exit to the highway leading to Palma, not to close to all the clubs if you don't like noise, but not to far that you can't walk to them, beach is 5-10 minute walk and there are enough restaurants near and a great pizza place just across the street.

Did not use many of the hotel facilities, pool didn't open until 8am which is a bit late if you want to get out and explore the island. Evening meal there was plenty of choice and the food was decent, but coffee, tea and juices were not included for half board/all inclusive guests at dinner time, only at breakfast.
Air con did not work very well and in 40+ degrees this made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
Fridge did not work either.
Meal times a bit restrictive,for early risers, breakfast was between 8am and 10am, and checking out before 8am we were informed government did not allow them to give guests anything for breakfast!
A worrying large crack appeared down the wall in the room which I don't think was there at first and plaster work bulging

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bahamas.

Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the nights where they had live entertainment on the patio. The meals they provided were great and helped create more room in our budget for more activities around Mallorca.

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable which was an issue because I have a bad back. I also wish they would have provided free wifi other than in the lobby.

1) Overpriced Wifi Access.€20 for 7 days.
2) Food not great. No ptions for foreigners.
3) Jacuzzi and Sauna charges are extra never seen this before.€10 for an hour.
4) Uncomfortable beds as all rooms have twin beds and they keep sliding away from the middle.
5) No microwave or kettle services for the room. No fridge in the room. No other cutlery in the room.
6) Room service staff not very efficient. Bedsheet wasn't changed for 3 days.
7) Mostly senior citizens stays here.
8) Lift didn't work properly.
9) Breakfast and Dinner only suitable for locals.

Unsatisfied and would not recommend.

Not as expected at all

The room was booked as a family gift for two adults, to whom were given a room with trees views instead of a room with pool views as it was described within the booking. Precisely, room number 525, 5th floor, which was a total nightmare for its occupants, as they were disturbed by the sounds produced by some wild roosters who were singing what they were gifted with all night long, leaving no gap for getting a proper sleep or the desired relaxation throughout.
When they wanted to use the hotel's health club, have been requested to pay 10 (ten) euros per person for just 1 (one) hour of use of the sauna or whatever they were offering, but not as advertised or complying with what was mentioned within the original booking, and to be noted that is not Hotels.com fault but Azuline's lack of transparency when it comes to what they really provide.
The hotel is mainly designed for old people, most of them from Germany, as it was noticed during their stay, but probably it's somewhat different in summertime.
Needless to say that, by far, this was the worst holiday stay ever experienced, as these were their exact words to describe what they felt.
Overall, I would not recommend Azuline Bahamas to all those holidaygoers who really want for them a no bad experiences holiday, but the best time ever while in Mallorca.
My best so far alternatives, would be hotels like Iberostar and Riu.

Good value for the money

The sea-view room on 6th floor (top) had an excellent view. Breakfast was nothing special. One thing to note is that El Arenal is completely dominated by German tourists, which reflects on the catering etc. The service in the reception wasn't great, for instance I asked to borrow a pen for 2 minutes (because there was none in the room), they wouldn't let me. Other than that, I had a great stay at excellent price. (Room was on promotion.)

On the plus side, the receptionists were helpful, the breakfast buffet was varied, the swimming pool area is quite nice, and the rooms were adequately clean.

However, there were many quite disappointing things.
• Although my room had been booked “sea view”, I was first given a street view one. When I complained, it was exchanged for a sea view; however, apparently sea is just not visible from the 2rd (Spanish 3rd) floor at all. You should also be aware of the fact that if your room looks over the sea (well, the pool, actually), you will be able to go to sleep only after the daily disco is over.
• The fruit at the breakfast buffet was not washed – real soil on apples and pears, and the dining room staff speak too little English to understand the problem, so it remained unsolved.
• The cocktail list in the bar is very limited, the beer is served in Cola carton glasses, and the bartender is very rude.
• The towels are not always changed without reminding, and the toiletries are provided in very small quantities (for example, I had to use two packets to wash my hair).

Awesome view, clean room, breakfast OK

Go for the sea view on the higher floors, it's great. Breakfast is OK. Basic eggs and bacon, tea some fruit, nothing special. Room was clean and supplied with all the necessities, cleaned promptly. Neighborhood was relatively safe and walk to the beach was about 5 min. Overall great stay cosy hotel with good staff who could speak decent enough english.

A very nice and friendly hotel not too far from the beach (5 mins walk). It has a fantastic outside pool. The Jacuzzi costs 6euros an hour which we felt was a little steep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay here again.

Das Buffet war sehr Kostlich und vielfältig.
Die Menu ist jeden Tag anders und international.
Wobei die Fischespeise sind sehr Hervorragend.
Die Personal haben viel mühe gegeben wenn etwas leer sei.
Wir haben All inklusive gebucht. Dazwischen kann man auch coktail, Eis oder snacks nachfragen .
Der Strand ist zu Fuss erreichbar,die Einkaufsmöglicheit sind alles in der Nähe.
Wir haben Ausflug bei der Hotel gebucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Am Abend gibt Musik Live, verschiedene Aktivitäten angeboten.

Ein weiteres Phänomen waren die Angestellten. Wobei sich die meisten Männlichen Kollegen äußerst freundlich zeigten waren so gut wie alle angestellten Frauen unfreundlich.

Tråkig upplevelse då AC:n i rummet inte fungerade och vi kunde inte byta rum (fullbokat). Svinvarmt på nätterna, kunde inte sova på hela veckan. Hög musik från underhållningen fram till kl. 23:30-tiden alla dagar. Ont om solstolar vid poolen. Maten OK. Vi kanske är bortskämda men kommer ej att välja 3-stjärnigt hotell någon mer gång.

Die Zimmer sind recht heruntergekommen, die Badezimmertür war zum schieben und ging nicht zu, trotz Anmerkung , hatten wir den gesamten Aufenthalt keine Tür , die man schließen konnte. Essen war ok.

Bei Ankunft wurde unser Name nicht auf der Liste gefunden, obwohl wir pauschal gebucht und eine Bestätigung bekommen haben. Wir mussten lange wartet ehe eine Dame kam, die uns helfen konnte, sodass wir einchecken konnten. Das Personal war allerdings zu jeder Zeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind solide, aber auch im vierten Stock wurden wir nicht vor Ameisen verschont und es haben sich ganze Straßen durch unser Zimmer gezogen, obwohl es stets sauber war (bis auf einige Ausnahmen wie fremde Haare im Bad).
Das Essen war für unseren Geschmack echt mies. Kalt und wenig Auswahl. Auch die Bar war oft nicht besetzt.
Die Lage hingegen ist echt gut.
Unser Fazit: Für Menschen, die den ganzen Tag/Nacht unterwegs sind und den Ballermann \"genießen\" wollen, ist es in Ordnung, weil es sich durch die gute Lage auszeichnet. Allerdings gibt es hiervon genug Hotels in S' und El'Arenal, daher würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

This is an older hotel but for a *** hotel nice facilities.

Arriver à 22h30 au lieu de 15 heures le chauffeur était désagréable avec tout le monde il nous jette littéralement 50 m avant l’hôtel il vous dit votre hôtel est là-bas Pas d’accueil on nous dit qui a à manger alors que il y a un buffet il y a trois tomates et trois carottes je suis sorti de l’hôtel à 23h avec ma fille pour aller chercher une pizza Alors que j’avais payé un repas J’avais réservé une chambre Premium vue, mer je me suis retrouvé avec une vieille chambre vue sur les arbres et vu sur une déchetterie enfin du balcon, quand je baisser mon regard, c’était tout plein de déchets, de bouteille de tout ce qu’on veut avec un lit, taché des poils dans la salle de bain, une télécommande casser, un frigo tout seul des fils électriques apparent qui je pense peuvent être dangereux je vous parle même pas du restaurant ils veulent mettre des nappes je pense qu’il ferait mieux de s’abstenir moi qui suis française quand je mange au restaurant avec une nappe, ça veut dire que l’hôtel et la nourriture est excellente l’animation, pas d’animation, un animateur qui danse tout seul j’ai été quatre ou cinq fois faire des réclamations pour avoir ma chambre vue mer on me disait toujours de revenir le lendemain je leur ai dit que j’avais payé pour cette chambre, mais il s’en fiche complètement en gros il aurait fallu que je passe toutes mes vacances à la réception et encore le restaurant, mais alors vraiment horrible nourriture horrible j’ai pris des photos vous l’avez vérifié c’est hôtel.

La limpieza no es buena estuvimos tres días con el baño sucio no lo limpiaban a mi reclamo en recepción mandaron a alguien a limpiar la taza del baño,al día siguiente ni barrieron el baño lleno de pelos la terraza llena de arena así por los sucesivos 7 días que quedaban las sábanas cuatro días sin cambiarlas y cuando la cambiaron solo las fundas y la sábana de abajo la de arriba la misma por los 10 días es una lástima porque el hotel tiene todo para ser un buen hotel. La piscina demasiado pequeña para tantas personas algo que deberían de solucionar la piscina hidromasaje muy sucia y dentro de dos baños prácticamente que era mejor no entrar. Las habitaciones son refrigerador es una gran falta de respeto jamás encontré un hotel sin refrigerador solo para que compres el agua a dos euros la botella pequeña y tres euros en el bar del hotel un vaso de agua una cosa increíble al final de media pensión tuve que cojer obligado todo incluido 500 euros más pues teniendo un niño era imposible aún más sin refrigerador en la habitación en la recepción muy disponibles y gentiles en el bar de la piscina que decir trabajaban tanto era difícil recibir una sonrisa solo la muchacha de Sevilla muy sonriente siempre pero los comprendo son tantas personas es agotador la animación una sola persona sinceramente no es lo máximo aún que si el muchacho que lo hace es muy gentil y amable y para ser el solo sinceramente hace tanto mis respetos para él

Dommage de navoir pas expliqué quil y a 2 hotels, pas assez de transats, petite piscine, la queue de 20 minutes pour une boisson. Pas d'animation, personnel tres gentils mais cest sure et certain que je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Restaurant pas top mais mangeable.

Hotel Bahamas, lyder for mig eksotisk og afslappende, det her var fuldstændig modsat. Hvis du drømmer om en ferie med afslapning og god mad, er dette IKKE stedet.

Maden er usmagelig og direkte ulækker, så vi valgte at tage ud og spise hvert måltid i stedet for. Så tænker man sikkert at det bliver dejligt at slappe af ved poolen og nyde dine drinks med all inkl. du har bestilt hjemmefra. . Men nej det kan man hellere ikke, for det er kun på det ene hotel man kan, og der er man omringet af unge mennesker der kun vil feste og være fulde. Så tænker man sikkert, det bliver godt med en god nat søvn, men nej det kan man hellere ikke fordi der er så meget larm om natten, så det er umuligt at få en god nattesøvn, udover det virkede bruseren hellere ikke på værelset og poolen åbner først kl. 10.30.

Så hvis du er på par ferie, vil vi ikke anbefale dette sted.

Til å være et tre stjernes hotell, levde det opp til forventingene. De ansatte var hyggelige både de i resepsjonen, på renhold og i matsalen. Den første natten var vi uheldige å fikk et (av våre to rom) uten aircondition. Men den andre natten fikk vi byttet rom til det andre hotellet deres, det rett over gata. Og da fikk vi aircondition som virket. Hotellet var lytt, og sengene harde. Maten var variert og god. Bassengene var godt oppvarmet. Badevaktene kunne nok raskere tatt vekk håndklær som gjestene hadde latt ligge mens de ikke oppholdt seg i bassengområdet etter flere timer. Om dette hotellet er for festglade, eller familie er usikkert. For de har lekerom for barn, og et mindre basseng for barn. Men å kombinere barn og festglade på et og samme hotell virker for meg fjernt. Det var mye støy i gangene og fra rommene på kveldstid/natterstid.

Helt greit hotell,står i forhold til prisen.

Veldig lytt.karaoke og musikk bråk hver kveld fra kl 21-2300.-ingen kjøleskap på rommet,og syke køer for å få drikke (all inklusive ) Umulig og få plass v/bassenget for de som ønsker det.+for beliggenhet ,og god mat.Hyggelig betjening!

Habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und dafür extra aufpreis bezahlt, bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Wald . Die erste 3 Tage funktionierte mein Kuhlschrank im Zimmer nicht, nach dem 4ten mal reklamieren wurde dieser dann entlich ausgetauscht.

Bonjour un hôtel 3 étoiles ou a l accueil vous etes accueilli par des 🐓 lol les sinon dans l ensemble l établissement et propre mais une légère rénovation s impose les animations le soir sont pas top,piscines froides etc. buffets peu variés bref pour un hôtel pas tres cher..sinon dans l ensemble c est moyen mais passable pour un court sejour cdlt

Das Hotel ist solide. Man weiß anhand der Bewertungen was man bekommt. Die Ansprüche dürfen nicht zu hoch sein.

Es ist jedoch sehr ernüchternd, dass das Personal schlecht englisch spricht. Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich schwierig.

Für einen Urlaub am Ballermann ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Der Weg ist weit. Wir haben das deutlich unterschätzt.

Vi var der en uke og rommet ble vasket tre ganger..det var alt for lite bassengområde for så mye folk,det var kø overalt og de som jobbet der var sur..rommene var elendig,det var ikke kjøleskap og veggene var skitne..vi hadde all-inclusive og maten var helt grei men mye skitne tallerkener og bestikk
