It was clean and breakfast was good. However, I booked a stay here specifically for the pool, hot tub, bathtub in my room and fireplace out side which was advertised having and non of the above were working or available. I could get no refund, nor did they give any upgrade since I went through a third party the front desk said. Needless to say I never give poor reviews but was very disappointed.

Hotel is nice but the rooms are a bit worn. Furniture is nicked up and the shower had mildew and mold along the seams. Would’ve expected a tile shower for a Hilton product, but it was fiberglass. Pool and spa were closed for construction, that was not advertised when booking.

We arrived an hour later than check in time and when we opened the door to the room, we saw immediately that it had not been cleaned. The staff were just a couple doors away so I told them and they went right to work on it apologized and said to come back in 20-30 minutes.
We returned and the room was clean and ready.
After we came back from our evening plans, the bathroom floor was covered with water. The water sprinkler was leaking….a lot! We went back down and got another room.
We didn’t get upset and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was inan awesome area if you are coming from out of state. All shopping dining needs are met here. The staff semmed to be lacking, I felt bad for the two people I did see trying to keep up with all the customer service. Pool area was clean, exercise facility was nice. Bed super comfy and it was nice to have a separate room from the living space. There were cosmetic flaws we noticed in the bathroom and kitchen but nothing major. The dirty pullout bed and trying to call someone to get it cleaned was probably the only frustrating part of the trip so that was good.

Took us over an hr to check in because hotel.com didn’t send our reservation over to the hotel so had to contact hotel.com which took forever until I did a live chat and asked for a real person to talk to. Our room the bed rm tv remote wouldn’t work. The kitchen table legs were very loose. 1 blanket for hide a bed. The maintenance guy came to fix tv said he would be back and never came back when we called again the front desk said he went home early. Breakfast was very cold and I ate at 7:15am

The room was overall pretty clean. The suite part had a dirty coffee cup and the couch had crumbs all over it. The pool was dirty. There was hair floating around and it had an oily sheen to it. The hot tub didn't work. I told the front desk and they said it was reset and warming up but it didnt seem to be. Breakfast was a very small area and if you want a waffle, be prepared to wait for 10 minutes to get it as there was 1 waffle maker. Eggs did not taste real and all of the food on warmers was cold.

The pool and hot tub were not in service during our stay, which was a main draw for the hotel. It would have been helpful to know that when booking. We were told by the front desk host that the hot tub was still open, but when we tried to use it, it was also broken. That’s a detail the front desk should know. We were told that we can use the neighboring hotel’s pool, but he told us their pool was open until midnight, and when we walked to the other hotel a little after 10 they told us that their pool had already closed at 10, which also is a simple detail that the front desk should have known.

Just okay.

The location was very convenient and the bed was very comfortable. However, there were two lights burnt out in my room and the shower water never got hot. The room looked a bit tired and smelled dusty. I stayed for four nights. My linens and towels got refreshed once and the kitchen was not tended to at all.

The kitchen sink did not drain, the disposal did not work. Spoke to the office person at 6am and he wrote out room number down said maintenance would be in at 8am and we were 1st on his list. Got back to the room around 10am and nobody had been to our room. Called and complained and the front desks response was, so now you don’t want someone to come look at your sink? Maintenance guy came as we were headed out and said we were not on his list. Said sometimes when you call down they say they are writing your number but don’t actually do it. When I told him I watched him write our room number down he didn’t have much to say. 5 floors, ice machin on every floor and the only one that worked was on the 1st floor. Exit signs hangin by wires out of the ceiling or sitting on the floor. The only positive thing about this stay was they had a good breakfast with a lot of variety. We won’t be back.

I called the property twice ahead of our visit to ensure my rooms would be next to each other given we had kids split up in rooms. As of Thursday, I was told two rooms were held for me & noted in the system that were only one apart from each other. When I checked in on Friday, I was given rooms on opposite sides of a floor. When I asked about the rooms the other receptionist had reserved for me, he said one of the rooms had been occupied for two weeks. He didn’t offer a solution or seem interested in helping me, even though I had an explained the situation and asked for help. He finally walked away & starting typing on the computer. I said if I needed to pay for different rooms I would. He said that’s not the issue. He did find me rooms that were about 5 apart & said there was nothing else he could do. This was after I had already paid, too. The suite had a wet pile of what looked like baby puke/dog puke in the middle of the living room. The spa was broken - they could have told us that prior as we would have made reservations at another hotel. The lamp did not have a lightbulb. To top it off, there was a domestic abuse & the police a few doors down from where the kids were staying. The police showed up, knocked on the kids’ room door. This scared them; they were bawling. Had I been in the room next door, I could have heard/helped. Not acceptable. I am not pleased or impressed. This did not live up to the Hilton standards. We will not stay here again.

We were also not told that upon arrival so we’re surprised when we got to our room that it was only the one room. We were traveling with our baby and hoped to put her in her own area to sleep. All is good with our room but the shower only has one sliding door. Did not notice until we were all in and done with the pool and ready to take showers. Needless to say we ended up with a small pond after cleaning up 2 children. The pool seems like it has a little algae build up on the bottom and the hot tub says out of commission.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It was fabulous. Upon checking in, Eric, who was behind the front desk told me that there was a small issue in booking. I had been at a baseball tournament in the hot sun and rain all day, but he surprised me with an amazing upgrade. I think it had been over booked through a site and we were able to be upgraded to two king suite rooms that adjoined at no extra charge. Made my day as well as the rest of my family. Also was great to provide grilling supplies for the beautiful patio. Just a wonderful overall experience! So wonderful that I booked this same chain in a different location for this upcoming weekend! Great job. Thank you Eric!!

We were without TV in both rooms. No resolution in sight. We weren’t told at the desk when we checked in and no effect put to fix problem. After a long day of traveling I expect a working TV for news and enjoyment. We are very disappointed with or stay.
We only had one bath towel and two hand and two was cloths. Would have appreciated a full

There was hair in the shower when we got in the room. Also, Orbitz advertises the hotel offers an airport shuttle, not true. This really left us in a bind because my husband had to be at the airport very early in the morning and we had our son with us, who I didn’t want to wake up to take my husband to the airport. The shuttle was the entire reason we booked this hotel. The desk staff didn’t care that it was an issue, basically said we didn’t have to stay there and orbitz told me to book a shuttle on their website that they *might* be willing to reimburse us for, then told us that there was no shuttle available to book, wth? I asked the orbitz agent why she couldn’t guarantee reimbursement for a taxi or something (Uber doesn’t exist in this area apparently) to which she replied “because you haven’t paid for anything, that’s why”. Uh, I paid $220 for a hotel room with an airport shuttle actually. Overall, SUPER disappointed with orbitz and Homewood Suites but mostly Orbitz. The hotel website doesn’t show they have an airport shuttle so Orbitz is the one doing the false advertising and refusing to make it right. I will pay a little extra and not book thru Orbitz anymore since they won’t stand behind their app/website statements.

Definitely liked the area and the furnishings and public spaces were nicely done. Our dishwasher and disposal in our room didn’t work and smelled awful. The wall by the trash/recycle bins was spattered with something sticky and we cleaned it off. And the outside fire pit area was trashed and full of trash. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed extra towels.

Stay was great until checkout and I caught the hotel double charging me without a receipt or my permission to charge me. Then when asked what the charge was for the desk clerk wouldn’t tell me. I’m now finding out I was billed for changing rooms during my stay which never happened. I was told money would be put back in my account and it didn’t happen. The money has actually been taken out of my account for another room charge even though I already paid for my stay. It’s illegal to take money from an account without a signature and also to refuse to tell me what you are billing me for.
