Perfectly acceptable for the price, and a great location for a one night stopover. A little run down but there were clean sheets and clean bathroom so that’s good. Customers are expected to clean their own plates (which is fine by me) but cleaning staff should still check that this has been done properly. We found a long black hair on a plate.

After driving 6 hours, arriving late and heading straight for dinner, I went to have a shower and found there were blood splatters over the mirror and all over the tiles in the shower. There was an oil stain from food with bits on the left side of bed. There was further blood on the blanket on the right side. There were hairs in the sheets. Called the front desk just before 10pm as I had just got back after dinner. I requested a change of linen at a minimum. Was unable to provide anything. No one turned up until 1030 the following day.
The spare pillow was covered in dust despite being in a cupboard. I had to sleep on top of a spare blanket with nothing to cover. There has been no compensation or reduction in cost. Unable to move to another room or hotel. All booked. I tried. I would have expected a refund for at least one night.

Very convenient location as this motel is within walking distance of Albury City Centre, close to the Botanic Gardens and opposite the parklands around the Murray. The bed was comfortable and our room had the convenience of a fridge, microwave etc. The check in was easy with good communication from friendly and helpful staff.
Not top luxury but comfortable for the overnight stop that we needed.

Worst communication from a motel I've ever experienced. Don't expect any help or positive response from the \"ghosts \" that apparently run the place. We never saw a staff member anywhere, only contacted through phonecalls and very unhelpful. Shower wall had something on it I can't identify but didn't look healthy. Tiles on shower floor been replaced, they were uneven and sharp, cut my foot. Couldn't put anything in tiny freezer as it was frozen over. Door latch not long enough for a little extra security. Pool, half empty with caution tape wrapped around the gate. Only good thing was a comfy bed. Stay here prewarned.

Not the owners fault but the person in the room above mine was up and down all night, stomping and dropping things.
Refrigerator was a little noisy but didn’t keep you awake.
The room needs some upgrades as the unit is looking a little tired but it was very clean and good value to the price.

We were extremely disappointed.
First of all, the property mixed up dates of our stay, charged us the money and refused to let us stay on our actual booked day.
After chatting with wotif, they finally agreed after many phone call attempts.
But this wasn't the worst, we were shocked to see the room with one double bed only for 4 of us.
They were aware that we were going to check-in at midnight, so the key was left outside the reception.
At midnight time we couldn't call anyone or get any help.
My wife managed to squeeze in and sleep with our 2 kids but I had no place to sleep at all.
There was no sofa etc at all which might have helped
I had no choice but to sit on the chair and close my eyes, extremely terrible experiences.
We have been to so many accommodations but this without a doubt, was the worst.
Next morning, i had to drive again, so we left the key in the box and gone.
Reception was still closed.

Property is in a great area for kids and families, however, the family room we stayed in was well below standard of expectations for a room. Albury is winter is cold, and the air conditioner in our room would not operate on its heat setting. The lights in the main bedroom would not work. You could use the shower if you were 5ft tall or less seeing the shower head was half way up the wall. The rooms are also rather old. I’d recommend spending an extra $50 and getting something nicer.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The place was full of bed bugs, dirt, hair, stains on the walls, dangerous light fittings, broken taps fixed with bandaids, stains on sheets, dead flys, dust, dirty glassware and god knows what else. It also smelt so strongly of cigarettes and curry. It was not safe to stay there by myself, let alone with my 2 year old.
I then had to book more accommodation costing me more.
The photos advertised is not what you’re getting. It was disgusting and the woman at the front was no help whatsoever.

My recent stay at Australia Park Motel was extremely disappointing.
We arrived just after 8pm and had 2x children under 5 to get to sleep asap.

We found a used pair of male underwear in the room, along with what appeared to be dog hair in the bathtub. After forgoing a shower after being on the road all day, we collapsed in the beds and went to sleep.

At around 10:30 the front desk called and left a message after to say they had not been payed for the room. The lady who handed us our keys earlier that evening made no mention of this and we didn't appreciate the late call waking up 1 of our kids.

On checkout, I went to go and discuss the cleanliness issues we had in our room but there was no one to talk to as the office doesn't open before 9. We spoke a few hours later over the phone and when I bought up the issues we had the response was extremely disappointing. \"Sorry, we'll try better next time.\" \"its hard to find good staff\".
When I asked if some compensation would be considered the response was \"no, just pay\". I should have bought up that we payed for a clean room and they hadn't delivered this but in my shock and disappointment I payed the amount.

I will not be staying here again after doing so for the last 12 years. I would recommend seeking alternative accommodations. Happy to be contacted for confirmation!
