Good size room and bathroom with with microwave and a decent sized tv,also plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Nice and quiet location not far from the main centre of town. Also the rates were priced good compared what the other motels had, have also stayed here before and not to far from the highway.

Check-in was quick. Staff were friendly & provided recommendations for local dining. Easy parking near room. Spacious , clean room. Deodorised smell evident which some may find strong. Small kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities including a pod coffee machine. Air conditioning kept room warm. Bathroom sufficient. Large bed was comfortable. Quiet area. Walkable to local dining and the Main Street. A comfortable night’s stay.

We will never stay here again. The superior king room had nothing superior about it. The bathroom tap leaked all night. Its a washer. Replace it. The plates and cups and cutlery are on the bottom of the cupboard under the sink. For someone with mobility issues this is a problem. To even access the room you have to go up stairs that are not up to code, with lumpy and uneven steps that would not pass code. The handrails are too low to be safe up on the balcony. Also the spiderwebs on the handrails are off-putting. The adjoining door of our room was opened by the guest in the next room just as we were going to sleep. We had to move the sofa in front of the door. Not restful. Never staying here again.

Parking was easy, as was check in. The room was clean (extremely dark because of all the brick, but ok) and shower was good.
The smell of the air freshener that had been used was so strong it was making us feel very ill. It seemed like it would have been clean enough not to have to cover any smells so my suggestion is to get rid of the chemical air freshener. We couldn’t wait to get into the fresh air!

Spacious room and motel in a good location. However the condition of our unit was sub-standard in various respects. The bathroom towel rails were broken as were fridge door shelves, kitchen bin was dirty as was floor behind the toilet. The doona was stained and just wrapped in a sheet which fell off. Not the best value for money.

Perfect motel. Only one tiny note and this is more of a heads up rather than an issue - the outlets are hard to get to from the bed. So keep in mind you’ll have to sleep with your phone away from you if you charge it overnight. And apparently you shpuld be anyway! Haha. So just a note for those who wanna know ;)

It was a good place to stay for the 1 night on our way through. Great sized tele on the wall so kids were happy. Very basic supplies in the Kitchenette, and not enough crockery but we made do with what we had (only 2 plates for 4ppl). Lots of cobwebs hanging from the roof though, no screen on the shower door which was an interesting experience to watch the tele from the shower!
It did the job!

Clean facility, room was clean and acceptable. Bathroom was a problem, shower door only slip opened just enough to get in, window did not open at all, no ventilation fan so bathroom fogged up. Kitchen facility in room good, but confused why there was a coffee machine requiring pods but no pods supplied, would have been just happy with coffee and kettle. Nice facility.

Hotel is old and run down. There were lots of cob webs in the bathroom. The shower door was broken. The toilet seat had obviously been replaced at some stage but with the wrong sized seat. The pipes whistle when someone has a shower. You knew when people in the rooms around you were having a shower - one after the other! I guess the up side was that you didn't need an alarm as once someone got up in a room nearby and turned the shower on everyone was awake. The hotel also doesn't do any sort of breakfast service. There was a coffee machine, but no labels on the pods which meant you had no idea if it was decafe or not. Obviously lots of workers use the hotel as the paths all had caked on mud on them which easily attached to your shoes and was dragged into the rooms. There are plenty of hotels in Albury. My suggestion would be to stay in one of the others.

Stayed here because of their location, price and free breakfast, but unfortunately they don't provide breakfast anymore. Was given strict instructions about not being allowed to check in before 2pm so we didn't arrive until 1.54pm and the guy on the front desk saw me waiting at the door and ignored me until precisely 2pm.
Whilst customer service was somewhat lacking, we had an otherwise comfortable stay.

Ours was an overnight stay on our way back to Sydney, and for this, it was fine. The property was neat, tidy and the linen clean and bed very comfortable. However, it is old, dated and not at all pretty, so if you're looking for something modern or appealing, this isn't the place. It's fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to be staying any longer than that. The nearby pub for dinner was good with many meal options and good service.
The only thing which concerned me a little when we returned from dinner were the young men hanging around at the front of the property and looking like they were up to no good. A bit scary. I made sure all the doors of the car and accommodation were locked. It was dark, quiet and noone around, so seeing them in the streets lurking around wasn't ideal.
