Room had a strong unpleasent odour. Really bad Stained carpet. No tea coffee, sugar or milk. Air con was hardly keeping room cool. No extra pillows or blankets. Room wasnt secure. No locks on window could be opened husband had to search area outside for wood to place in window to secure room. Large Spiderwebs in room. Bathroom unlevelled floor and taps that drip.loudly. Motel outside areas overgrown and not clean or well maintained. No one on site. Very expensive for what it was. Only postive easy sccess into the room. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Good enough for a one night stay, bed is comfy, but water smelt and was not drinkable, had ants get into my food spoke to who I’m guessing is the owner and was told he would come and fix the issue and that another room had the same issue, never heard anything back and issue was never fixed. Would not go back to this place again.

TV was unplugged and aerial lead disconnected. Plugged it all in and it didn't work, might be why it was disconnected. Room definitely needs repainting. It was the cheapest motel in the Albury area so expectations were not high.

It was adequate for price, but bit worn down. We had booked for 2 people but they only provided one plate/mug/cup. The outdoor sitting area looked nice to spend time in evening, but when another guest was constantly smoking there didn't feel able to use that space.

The room was the most dustiest mustiest room I’ve ever walked into. No one will be able to sleep there without having some sort of respiratory issue. They also refuse to refund, even though I’m an asthmatic and able to stay then had to leave.

Our reservation was cancelled by the green door motel. Two hours before arriving. And I have called several times to Expedia to get a refund no one has got back to me as yet. The person at cancelling the reservation said they’ll do the refund and now they are saying to get in touch with Expedia to get the refund. Very poor service. I would like my refund ASAP.

Very poor!! I have never stayed in a motel with such sub standard conditions.Pics will show what I think. Only 1 blanket. 2 flat pillows only... Used rolled up bath towels to give some height to the pillows. Cleanliness was non existent.

I stayed in unit 20. Rarely in my many years of using hotels have I ever stayed in such a disgusting place. Two taps running all night. Stains all over the carpet. Bed sags. I never showered as black mould above the shower.
The place stank, there were shoes left outside giving the appearance I was just using a room more frequently used by someone else. Filling the jug with anything more than 200 mls from short taps in a small bathroom sink was close to impossible. The toaster was placed above eye level and because the cord was permanently inserted in a narrow circle hole I could not shift it to view the appliance before I used it. Hence not even a toaster was effectively available.
The grounds were so poorly maintained. For the first time in my life I placed a chair against the door as I felt it was unsafe.
Previous reviews registered 8.2.
I will NEVER trust wotif reviews ever again.

Great value for money and incredibly large clean rooms - best bits: easy check-in, internet generally good, kettle, microwave and fridge in room. did I mention incredibly clean and great value?
If you are sensitive to traffic noise - bring some ear plugs and can get some trucks in early morning, but motel itself is lovely and quiet (no onsite pub!!). Beds are ok - not super comfy and if you really feel the cold you will be running split system over night as it's a sheet and blanket. I get a better sleep and way better internet connection at the green door than I have yet at any of the other motels/ pub accommodation in the area and appreciate the consistency of service. Don't book it expecting the park hyatt, but if you are a regular motel stayer you will appreciate the consistency, quiet, cleanliness and other little things that this place does well.
