Great location. Apartment was large and had everything we needed. Beautiful cafe and restaurant at your door step.

A cold cup of coffee in the microwave and half a burnt pie in the oven with coffee cup stains on the coffee table - very off-putting. The room was spacious and quiet and the staff great but wont stay again

Easy off road parking, a serviced reception until 9pm, a very comfortable bed, clean room and all the amenities required. We have stayed before and will stay again. Recommended!
Margot
There was no kitchen, no dining room. The overall hotel was very cheap looking. The entrance was ok and so was the reception with nice attendants. The lift was a goods lift and as goods lifts are poor. Had to get up two steps to get there. My room was enormous as if there was a family occupying it. The bedroom was well away from the bedroom, which does not suit me at my age. Asked for another one, NOThing available. Tried to get into the other Quest hotel, but that could not be done as I had paid through Expedia. Both hotels are owned by the same person, which I found out later. Eventually after some hours got the appartment that was belonging to the same room. Much better with a toilet close by. While I was there no cleaning of the floors or bathroom was done. Got new towels and that was all. Not a very good hotel for the amount I have paid. Very 😞😞😞😞😞😞

The room had a very bad odour. The room was also a very long way away from the entrance (i.e. had to walk down and extremely long hallway to get to it). The room was also dark and looked out onto a brick wall.

Everything was perfect but if I had to complain the king size beds are not real king size they are 2 doubles joined together and at night you can feel where they are joined.

Clean spacious room. Bed too hard and not comfortable.
Charmaine
Lovely 1 bedroom unit, close to Coles.

Staff were helpful extending our stay and ensuring we could stay in the room we were already in, and the staff servicing the rooms went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Good standard of cleaning.
The rooms are particularly good if you have to work from your room, good internet.

Only there overnight, the bathroom laundry facilities were great
Yvonne
Maybe an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an asset.
Debra
Great location but hugely disappointed in the maintenance issues for the price paid
Susan
Clean and spacious apartment with great facilities
The apartment was clean and spacious with excellent linens and facilities. It was quiet and is in a very convenient locale. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have elevated the presentation of the apartment was to repair the torn curtain heading. This detracted from the presentation but we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay again.
Troy
Great location & easy walk to restaurants & shopping

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staffs were friendly.
We booked two rooms for our large family. However, they only provided us with one bath towel per bathroom, and we had to share two towels between seven people.

Convenient location
Excellent location and easy to find.
Facilities in room very useful and plenty of equipment.
There was no hand soap supplied for bathroom basin.
An accessible bathroom was required for our stay but there wasn’t a shelf or ledge to rest personal bathroom items or clothing in the bathroom.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant

Polite and helpful staff.
Easy parking but does cost to park under the motel. Parking free on the street. My choice to pay.
Room was very tidy and modern.
Shower was great. No hot water issues.
Beds comfortable but bring your own pillow. We always do with all stays.
Plenty of restaurants around the area all within walkinh distance and maccas just a minute walk down the road.
Very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay in Albury
Great place to stay in Albury. It’s a beautiful building. A pity the interior has been given a modern look and feel.
Restaurant in the building looks good but we didn’t try.

Accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean and well presented. Customer service team were so friendly and diligent.
Only issue was paid for parking and there were no car parks left when we returned from dinner.
Overall would love to stay here again should we be in Albury.

All good, be remided that hotels.com describe properties as \"1 bedroom\" when actually its a studio.

Lovely old building with potential but its been let go and is tired. Fittings are poor quality which makes it even more grim. Skip it, if that matters
