Always like staying here. Plenty of parking nice large rooms. Not too far from Albury CBD.
Claudia
the property was dated but the proprietor did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, would definitely stay again
John
The exhaust fan, hasnt been cleaned in awhile
Caroline
Mick behind reception was amazing… Room spacious clean and comfortable… only down side Bar Grill not open for dinner… but do recommend The Hovel Bar and Grill 200mtrs down the road.. Peter the waiter hilarious..
Brendan
The property is in poor condition, old and outdated. It needs a full restoration to the rooms to bring it back. Plumbing and hot water issues, lack of cleaniness, especially providing water damaged toilet paper for public use. The staff tried hard to please, seems like a losing battle with what the property offers in it's current condition.
John
Room was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Greg
I think this was the 4th time I stayed here. It is always spotless and the staff I interacted with were most helpful.
A/c worked perfectly and was very quiet, despite working all night.

Yes this is an older motel but they have done a great job of making your stay very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional (even when my booking changed several times). The room was very large, bed very comfortable with good quality sheets.
Jonathan
Great stay at the Paddlesteamer. We have stayed there many times before and will continue to stay there when we are in Albury
Erin
Room was clean, plenty of parking space friendly helpful staff
Ian

Fabulous as always. This is my go-to stop on my trips to family in Melbourne/ Geelong.
Marc
Close to Swimming park
Steve
Good value and size of room and facilities. The only problem was a group started talking in the carpark loudly from 7am. Which the whole motel would have heard. No chance for a sleep on a Sunday morning.
Lisa
We have stayed here several times and it is always clean and quiet. Staff very friendly.
Jennifer
Very comfortable bed. Room was spotless and quite large.
Graeme
Very good for our overnight stay
Zelie
The pool was nice, a bit cloudy but quite spacious and deep. The motel itself was picturesque and the rooms were very clean and well put together. Check in and Check out was super easy too.
Glenn
Well run property
Stephanie
Great stopover on a roadtrip. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Nice staff at reception.
Simon
The room in general had a comfortable bed, was clean, good size, good air conditioning.
The room walls and ceiling are paper thin. You can hear everyone that is outside, in the next room and above you. Can get very noisy.

Clean, friendly staff. Disappointing that the pool was closed on such a warm weekend for chemicals added. This should be fine midweek and ready for a busy weekend.
Darren
Pool was filthy, German cockroaches in the rooms what a dive
Greg
Clean rooms, friendly staff good access to town.
Ross
The plumber issues that’s went on through the night was not great. 😳🙄
Apart from that it was a nice place,
Hope they fix it soon.

Average, not a bad location limited dining options around the hotel
Claire
I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed. Despite that, there were great dining options within a 5 minute drive. The property was a little run down but nice and clean.
Birgit
The hotel is great, just a shame the restaurant isn’t open as it is a bit of a walk to good dining options in town. The room was nice and the pool was great. It would have been awesome if they served some breakfast as well.
Brigitte
Good sized room.
Roslyn
We always stay here on our way to Sydney and back . Very clean , quiet, comfy beds. Very friendly helpful staff

My ‘go to’ place to stay on my way down from Central Coast to Geelong or Melbourne. Huge rooms and a kitchenette. Huge bed, nice linen and comfy.

Rooms were dated but clean although there was a mould smell perhaps even slight smoke smell. Staff friendly but it was hard to figure out who was staff. A nearby smoke alarm from motel laundry was going off several times in day and night.
Adele
Close to walking track next to the Murray River.
Great staff, spacious room with kitchenette.

Lisa
Rooms were generally clean although there were hints of a mould smell.
The hotel laundry smoke alarm constantly went off during our first 2 days including at midnight.
Staff were smoking on the property in front of guests. We were often unsure as to who the staff were, there were no real uniforms or even staff badges.
Staff entered our room without knocking. The staff member had been told by their manager to enter even though it was before check out time and we had not checked out.

Best hotel out of three, on my trip to Sydney. Roomy, very clean and fresh/modern. Friendly staff. Pool looks terrific, especially if you have kids. My room had a small kitchen area (no oven, but microwave and sink). Very comfy beds and a choice of pillows. Thank you.
Karen
Quiet and clean
Ron
Tired but good location
Motel is looking a bit tired. Missing and mismatched cutlery and crockery in the room. Some communication issues with reception staff. Great location to access the river and park.
Maddison
This wasn’t one of the best stays previous stays were better I believe the place is under new management
NARINDER
I was travelling with my family and stayed at few motels across NSW and VIC. I can firmly say that this was the best motel across all we stayed at.
We were very happy with staff, cleanliness and overall hospitality.
Thank you guys :)

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a kitchenette which was convenient, and management was obliging and courteous.
Stephanie
Room was ok, standard motel style accommodation. Mattresses feel a bit dated. Hotel room clean and comfortable for what we needed. Thank you.
Narelle
Property has been upgraded since we last stayed. Great position, not too far from the centre.
Our only disappointment - it advertises a restaurant and room service breakfast. Neither option was available and that was the main reason we stayed.

Great for the price
The stay was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. I could not fault it.

I had the best night's sleep in a hotel!
The room was super quiet and the blockout curtains are great.
Just really comfortable even though the motel was pretty much booked out.
Shame the restaurant and bar weren't open.

The room 239 where we stayed was good, but due to the noise coming from the neighbouring room 238 we could not have a good nights sleep. The occupants in room 238 were making lot of noise till 4 am and we could not sleep. We were hesitant to contact the neighbouring room as we didn’t know how they react. We could not contact the reception as it was closed. We didn’t have a good stay. Please pass on this to the property.
Thanks
