I was pleased to meet Dan and she was very welcoming. The room was immaculately clean and bed comfortable and warm. The aircon worked well and TV reception was fine.
Someone had the fridge turned to 5 which l realised next morning when some food was frozen. I turned it to 3 and unexpectedly it defrosted.l used a spare bath towel to mop up. After that the fridge temperature was fine. The lawns at the front are refreshing, being on a main road. I have extended my stay and would book there in future.

The stay was overall comfortable, however, some aspects of the room needed upgrade specially the heat pump.

I booked my 8 night stay here although its not within the main shopping street. Albury isn't that big and with a rental car, it wasn't an issue. I have a bit of mobility problem with stairtcase and this motel is only one level ( no risk of being given a room on upper floor). Appreciate the shelthered parking outside each room, easy check-in and the hardworking friendly housekeeping crew who took extra efforts in meeting my requests.
Keryn
Very happy with the room and being so close to all what I needed, would certainly stay there again
Vinay

Yes the room was great I stay there alot so I should know it's a bit of a walk to dean st the main St but not too bad and if you love peace and quiet but not too far away from the main part of town the business district it's perfect
Rennatta
More cockroach inside the room. Pest control
Nathan
Room was clean enough. Staff may have been filling in for regular owners. English was their second language so trying to get across what we needed took longer than usual.
Chris

Very clean and comfortable, not top of the line but better than the price. Heaps better than just up the road Astor that I stayed at recently and was very dissappointed.

Have stayed here many times over many years albeit not for a few years. The new management/owners have done a wonderful job in renovating the rooms with new bathroom/shower area, kitchenette etc.
Stayed in the \"back area\" of rooms which allowed car to be parked parallel to room which was extremely handy as we were travelling with a dog who slept in car. In a quiet neighbourhood as it is on a corner block with rooms being accessed via side street. There is a fenced park/oval at end of street which allows dogs off leash for exercise.

Desparatly needs a paint job and a make over. Better yet, bulldoze and rebuild. Staff very rude and they had personal friends having a party until 2am.

The queen bed, and only bed, in our room was hard up against the wall which meant the person on that side had difficulty getting in and out.

Arrived at reception early as we travelled to Albury on an early train for our holiday. Reception person was very polite and accommodating by letting us check in ahead of the usual check-in time. The room was comfy, the bathroom recently renovated and the aircon was quiet. Traffic was no issue due to earplugs.
Dean
The room was clean and checkin easy. The room we were in (room 3) had a noisey aircon fan (louder than normal) which had to be turned off to sleep. But bedding was comfortable and warm so we had a good nights sleep.
John
Property was fine except for 2 things.
Toilet took about 15 mins to refill cistern.
Totally frustrating.
And as I was given a price from Wotif booking I was shocked to have to pay a surcharge for using my credit card with no warning.
Small amount but detracted from the stay.

Friendly and kind married couple made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Super clean with comfortable bed, block out curtains and good kitchen facilities. Spotless bathroom with hot shower and fluffy white towels. Situated in lovely neighbourhood. Peaceful and quiet. Will return!
Catherine
Good spacious room - a little outdated but tidy. Didn’t like the queen bed against the wall as had to climb out the foot of the bed to go to the bathroom during the night.
Daniel
Very clean motel rooms. Softest towels I’ve had in a motel.
Adrian
Nice location and close to everything you need

Great motel for our needs of family motel for overnight stay. Clean, tidy and quiet with very attentive staff. We liked how the family room had the kids room only accessible from the main room.

Very basic but fine
Frank
Spotlessly clean, convenient, highly recommended
This property is a couple of minutes off the M31 but you don't hear the noise. Woolworths is five minutes drive and there's an Aldi even closer. The motel rooms are large and absolutely spotlessly clean. The bed linen is crisp and brilliant white. There's a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, glasses, crockery and cutlery. I originally booked for three nights and extended twice. WiFi works fine, shower pressure good. The salt pool is a good size and is cleaned every day and there is shade, sunloungers, chairs and tables. There's a separate picnic area next to the pool with a gas BBQ with open and flat plate heating. Parking is easy outside your room. The new owners are friendly and approachable. I had a problem with the fridge in my room and it was fixed immediately. This is highly recommended and I have already told the owners I will be returning later in the month.
