Drive through caravan sites with/without ensuites.
Something for everyone, with Albury shops just a few minutes away.

Great peaceful location despite where it is situated. The park staff are friendly and the park is easy to navigate and there's plenty of space for parking adjacent to the cabins. I also noticed they have plenty of drive through van sites, and BBQs and laundrette on site.

Sub-standard communication with the property owners, no after hours number, leading to almost being without accommodation on the first evening of our stay.

Questionable level of concern regarding our plight upon discussion, manager eager to blame others instead of leading from the front, lead to what in our minds, was a disappointing outcome.

Fair value for the price we paid

For the price we paid the accommodation was fair.
We were disappointed that we didn’t have access to the amenities toilet block as when the children were in the pool and needed the bathroom we had to take them back to our accommodation.
The children loved the pool but it needed more shade for those really hot days. We used the bbq next to the playground almost every night so we could watch the kids play while cooking.
The rooms were tiny, we had one of the family rooms that sleeps 5. There was no room to keep anything. The bathroom was so tiny only 1 person could be in there at a time so showering the kids was really difficult.

The bunk bed on the 2 bedroom cabin are very small. My son had to have the double bed as he wouldn't fit and me being 168cm tall, my head and feet touched the walls. Room was clean but had a strong paint like smell.

We stayed here for 3 days and each time we drove past the office it was closed. The only communication we had with them was when we arrived when we called and the lady was very rude and abrupt.
The accomodation was average. The sofa was really uncomfortable and sagged when we sat on it to make it bearable we put the doona on it.
The bed was uncomfortable and not much space between the bed and the walls.
The airconditioner didnt work and the cabin was cold we had to go out and buy an additional blanket to keep us warm.

The grounds could do with a tidy up and a few plants.

No wifi.

Definately better options in the area.

This was my first stop from Melbourne on my way to the Gold Coast. I arrived late afternoon and my key was left at office. I had booked a 1 bedroom cabin but was put in a 2 bedroom cabin. All was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and although didn't use any facilities it certainly would be a great place for a family holiday.

Was lovely to wake up in the morning to see little possum prints on the car bonnet. Bathroom needed a clean though. There was hair all over the wall, up to the ceiling. Not sure how that’s even possible. Would be good if people bringing dogs could be zoned away from cabins, getting woken by dogs barking through the night was frustrating.

Ideal for a short stay

Check-In was very easy - Due to us arriving late, we contacted the reception and they made arrangements for us to collect the key past opening hours. The cabin we used was suitable for the nights stay that we were looking for. The cooking appliances were perfect for making your own food, including a plug in stove. Obviously this is not for those looking for a luxury stay as the cabin we stayed in was a bit dated but was ideal for a short stay which was what we were looking for. As tourists/caravan parks go, this appeared to be nicely maintained and well managed.

The property was rather far away from town and was located in the midst of an industrial area. As we were unfamiliar with the area prior to our booking we found this rather strange.
Our room was clean and tidy but the floor was rather dirty.we had a problem operating the safe to get our key but we rang Michael who was very friendly and helped us acces out key.

We had an amazing stay at Ingenia Holidays on the New Year's day and it was just excellent. It was a very peaceful area with very well furnished cabins. We arrived late on the day and checked in using their after hour safe. The owner has turned on the air con in the room for us to save us from a very hot day. It has laundry room and BBQ facilities.

Albury get-away

This place is quiet and no one disturb you. We enjoy the location which is near to our competition venue and near shopping centre. We can do our cooking and enjoy eating and having friends over for dinner.

Although it was confusing to find our cabin, the cabin was adorable and much larger than expected! The staff were also amazing!

Spotlessly clean little cabin with all mod cons inc a coffee machine. Easy to find location off the Hume Fwy. After-hours check-in was clear and simple and I loved that the porch light was on as well as the heating when I arrived on a cold dark night - very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
