Our room had wall lights that didn’t work, waiting in an electrician. The tv didn’t work, reception was contacted they said they would bring a new one . This was a portable that sat on the bench, we declined.
When we arrived no one at reception, the excuse was he was having his lunch and that was the only time he got.

The apartment was green . Clean and fresh with everything I needed. The highlight for me was the family who were managing it. They were genuine , warm, kind and helpful. The location is just off the highway and close to restaurants. It all worked for me
stephen
From the road it looks just like another hotel . But once you enter the hotel room you will be happy you stayed here. As the owner has updated the rooms and the bathroom areas are both modern and very clean. The owner has done an excellent job making these rooms very relaxing space to unwind after travelling.
Michael
Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Everything you want from a motel
Cat
The shower cold water tap was too tight (have reported to the receptionist about this issue). Everything else was good.

Helpful staff. Rooms have small maintenance issues. Otherwise clean and centrally located. Close to railway station.

Reception gave us a ground floor room because we had a few cases, which was nice. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, microwave, kettle and toaster. Close to railway station

The motel was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the Main Street which was great. The room was clean and inviting.

Great place for an overnight stay close to shops that are an easy walk. On check in they were kind enough to give us a room upgrade that we appreciated. Very good value for money and would not hesitate staying here again on our next trip north

Have stayed here a few times, and its been great, really disappointed this time, shower was dirty, spare toilet roll was under sink, this was wet. Something has changed and not for the better.

Excellent apartment and great price

Room was okay, bed comfortable and room reasonably quiet however there was long black hairs on the tiles in the bathroom, dried snot next to the sink, TV didn’t operate on normal TV stations, both lights next to beds didn’t work and amenities such as lotion hadn’t been refilled.

Room was clean and had all necessities. However, AC was not powerful enough, and despite having it on since we arrived till we checked out, the room didnt really cool down. No fan provided either, so couldnt even circulate the air.

A really nice overnight stay on our way through. Clean, comfortable room. Shower lacking a bit of pressure & pillows too high for me...but overall it was really nice & would definitely stay again. So close to everything but far enough out of the city to feel safe. Great, wide car parking & greeting at reception was very warm & courteous. Thank you. Great motel & reasonable price

Comortable, Clean and an Ideal Location
Winsor Park was neat and tidy. New bathrooms with fantastic showers. Rooms slightly dated, but still very comfortable and clean.
The off-street parking felt secure and was easy to find a spot.
The location is ideal as its a short walk to Dean Street for any food or convenience required.
I would definitely stay her again.

Its a bed... and a shower, it meets needs. Good location. Clean enough. Horribble hard bed.
Goran
Older style motel, upon entering the room we found a un-flushed toilet and bug on one of the beds.
Lack of parking if you go out an come back late at night.
If you are staying more then a night be ready to be woken up by the drug effected meth cleaners that this motel employs.
No concern for other guests in the next rooms while we were sleeping, with the sign not to disturb on, at 9.30 am all we heard was F.. this f... that for 30 minutes straight.
Doors shutting, loud yelling etc just horrible experience.
They even had an underage kid with them while they were cleaning the rooms..
Eshey music playing loud on the speaker outside..
Aggressive knocking on your door to tell you that you must check out.. absolutely horrible.
100% junkies.
Bad look for business and the owners, just because they work for cheap this looks bad from customers point of view.
I would stay away.

Room was okay and clean. Only missing amenities like soap and creams/conditioner etc.
Judy
Just average
Leigh
We stayed as a pit stop on our way up the Hume and it was really conveniently located. Very easy to check in and the motel called me to confirm arrival time and details. I appreciated having fresh milk for a much needed cuppa!
Room itself was clean and well appointed with a dining table and everything you need.
It was a hot day and I always appreciate when the air conditioning is already turned on!
My only negative was that the shampoo and conditioner dispenser was broken and I couldn’t use it.

Parking was not enough for all guests. As I had an EV I was planning to use their charger but they only have one which was already in use by a guest all night . Looking at that night there were 3 EVs, so perhaps more chargers need
Suzanne
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Very clean.
Leigh
Money needs to be spent on basic maintenance such as the tv, bedside light and shower etc.
Robert
It was a nice place to stay for one night
Gregory
A nicely situated motel near the city centre. Also good for travellers who are using the nearby train. Upstairs rooms may not suit all, so check before
Peter
Good place great location
claudio
Ok but won’t return
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. However it is a very basic hotel. Everything is so outdated. Definitely needs a face lift. The website advertises breakfast included. It consisted of 2 slices of white bread per person with jam and honey but no butter and 2weetbix and milk. Not worth the mention. Rather spend the extra money for a proper continental breakfast. It was ok for one night but will not be returning. We often travel between Melbourne and Wollongong. It was the first time at this hotel but won’t use it again.
