Didn’t use the a/c, parking was fine, unit was ok for an overnight stay, but bedroom cramped, the fly wire door was non existent, good quality kitchen appliances and items, TV and bedding fine, however NO side tables or even shelves beside the bed, or bed reading light. Didn’t get to meet any staff, don’t like the way this is trending in Parks and Motels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay here, it was relaxing and very quiet at night, which made it easy to unwind.
The location is great! A short 20min drive to Albury and a short walk down to the lake. You can also drive onto the sand/dirt if needed. The oneway roads around the cabins make getting in and out simple, and the key-fob gate access is very convenient and much easier than having to remember a code!
The staff were lovely and very responsive. From a little GPS error (I fixed on google maps) upon arrival, calling the after hours number was simple and answered quickly. + When the smoke detector started beeping continuously for about 30 minutes, I called to request a battery replacement and it was fixed within 10 minutes. They also quickly provided extra dish soap when requested, which was appreciated!
The bed was comfortable, although the bedroom itself is quite small. Be careful when making the bed or walking around it, as the drawers can catch you if you’re not paying attention.
While overall the stay was enjoyable, some extra attention to cleaning would improve the experience. The kitchen blinds were dirty, along with the top of the fridge and some dishes. I actually left the place cleaner than when I arrived. No big deal for me, I enjoy cleaning, but for someone who doesn't attention is needed.
Overall, I would recommend this place for singles, couples, and families looking for a peaceful and convenient stay. The air is fresh, views are lovely. I'll be back! ❤️

Location, colourful birds visiting on the deck every day & we could feed them an apple, Pancakes cooked for breakfast by staff at park for a donation to charity, quite, friendly staff. The wi-fi connection cut in & out all the time causing frustration when we needed to touch base with our business back home. The airconditioner using it for heating, the thermostat was not very good at controlling the same steady temperature. Overall we enjoyed our time at this park & enjoyed being able to go for a walk.

Our cabin was within a 5 minute walk to the Hume Dam. The location was really interesting and within easy access to Albury. If you’re travelling with a pet be sure to contact the facility directly as only certain cabin are ‘pet friendly’.

We stayed in a superior waterfront cabin and I was amazed how clean and decent it was. All cooking utensils were available and knives were sharp. Shared facilities in the park were tidy and clean. Though, I can’t imagine staying here more than 2 nights as the park doesn’t have much to offer, especially when you have kids. There’s no gaming room, WIFI doesn’t really work due to poor reception (bye bye Smart TV).

Beautiful location and loved the lake view. Some kids facilities like a jumping pillow and playground, and a cool fresh pool. Lots of dust under the bed and on top of the cupboards, crumbs on the floor at check-in, and the cafe on site (apparently not owned by the park) has at least one staff member who is quite rude and unfriendly, which detracted from our stay. Would stay again but would also consider other options, especially at over $300/night.

Our cabin was advertised with a lake view. If you could see through the trees I guess there was a view. There were cars going past our cabin all the time. Our neighbours were very inconsiderate and should be reminded that after 10.00pm is quiet time. There was noise after 12.00pm (loud voices, laughter and drinking). We realise people are there to have a good time, But!! We have stayed in other parkes where they do a patrol at 10.00pm and remind people of quiet time. The cabin was advertised as 3 bedroom, 6 berth. I could not imagine 6 people fitting in this space. Rooms extremely small including bathroom. We found staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for one night and it was excellent. The location was quiet and stunning, about 15 mins from Albury where shops are. Theres a pool, jumping pillow, playground, camp kitchen and camp toilets/shower. It has a little shop with ice cream and a small cafe. We stayed in the economy cabin and it had everything we needed. Theres an easy access to the lake as well. It’s walking distance to the Hume Dam. Wifi wasn’t very good but I just use my phone most times anyways so this isn’t really an issue. Will def stay here again!

The beds were comfy, the shower was nice and hot and had good water pressure. If we'd had a longer stay we would have loved to look around the park and the lake.
