For the low cost of an overnight stay this budget motel met expectations. Clean, relatively quiet, comfortable and very close to shops, takeaway food options. Microwave toaster and Kettle. Dated decor which didn't affect my stay. Would stay again for a budget overnighter.
Rod
There was no bar or restaurant, yet it states on the web site there is a bar & restaurant. The hair dryer, kettle, toaster & microwave were out of date for test & tag, test date was due 22 March 2024. Apart from that it was a nice & very quite located motel & not to far to get something to eat or have a quite drink at one of the pubs or clubs.

Very old

Room 48 needs its drain pipes checked. There was a nasty smell in the bathroom that only went away after I left the fan on for several hours.
Otherwise it was a quiet well appointed room close to restaurants I could walk to

Exactly what I was after for a few nights. Location was fantastic. Clean and quiet - only fault was that I was not supplied any bottled water as promoted
Ingrid
This unassuming Motel surprised us with super comfy bed and very quiet considering how central it is. Walking distance to Central Albury. Air con and modest pool very welcome on a hot day.
A T
Comfortable room. Aircon excellent.
Short stay, just overnight.
Short stay, just overnight.
Cara
Old and dated, creaky noises coming from somewhere all night and the front door you could see outside due to it having a big split in the middle of it. Aircon worked a treat though, so was nice and cool and reception staff were friendly.
Jaroslav
Good place to pass through. Basic, functional, clean and everything you need so close to the centre of town.
Bianca
Good location staff were really accomodating

Rod
Great location. Good room.
Lynne
Rooms and bathroom a bit tired but everything functional and clean. Convenient location close to shops and dining. Covered parking outside rooms is a plus.
Polly
Room was ok, we’ve stayed there before but there was a tap that dripped all night in the bathroom. Also the pelmet over the lights above the bed is too low and I kept banging my head on it.
Sandra

This is an older style motel! However it was clean and the bed was comfy the sheets and towels fresh and clean and a great spot to rejoin the freeway in the morning
Natalie
Motel is old and rooms appear to need significant maintenance. However it is inexpensive, quiet, staff are friendly and well-organised, the bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean. Well equipped with room amenities too. For an overnight stop, it’s convenient and does the job for a good sleep. I’d stay again.
Wayne
Great location, very clean. Air cond and bed were great. My 84 year old mum even said it was great.
Car off street, under cover and outside my room.

We stayed here overnight between Melbourne and Sydney and it suited our purposes just fine. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were warm and friendly. An easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. However, there was light over the bed that was broken, the rooms are definitely not soundproof (despite them being advertised as so) and the advertised pool is not much bigger than a bath. But again... If you remember that it's a basic motel at a very affordable price, you'll be fine!
Brendan
Noisy, lighting at night into room and blinds broken
Lynette

bree
The room cleanliness was terrible. The blanket and the comforter both were heavily stained. The headboard had thick dust aswell as the skirting just above the bed. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corners and the shower head had so much limestone built up that the water sprayed every direction except down.
The beds might have been comfortable 40 years ago, the rooms are not the ones pictured in this ad.
The only thing this motel has going for it the front end staff were friendly

I had a lovely stay at Elm Motel
The staff are very pleasant and polite.
I had a package delivered at reception. They notified me and kept it safe. Also I was caught up with work and didn’t have time to go to the laundry mat. The lady at reception offered to do it for me. She also folded all my clothes. That was very kind of her. I appreciated all staff at this establishment

Bed covers are from the 80s. Limited cutlery and plates etc and not clean. One of the single bed mattresses was great, one was far too soft. In general, everything had clearly seen better days. Only one room key given for a family room, further complicating our stay.
Subhash
We had a pleasant stay for one night
Kay
Very basic motel. Could improve surrounds.
Sally
Old but clean. Needed new pillows and some of the black taken out of the room.

good
Kim
Old style but comfortable and roomy. Convenient 5min walk to main street, restaurants and shopping centre. Parking outside room door. Kitchenette facilities good. Only downside was noise from adjacent and higher level rooms whenever water being used and continuing knocking noise of pipes after. Helpful friendly staff.
Kaine
Property in a great location, The building was tired and not greatly maintained. Blinds were broken and bedding old. Good for a 1 night quick stop and for the price, we got what we paid for.

Overall the motel was just what we needed. Beds were okay and set up was good. On the down side... the shower was terrible. You couldnt even have a proper shower because of the way the water was coming out.
