All good… classy 👌

Generous size room, close to CBD
Parking atrocious unless you want to pay an extra $20 for their carpark, wasn’t impressed with the room when you think of the cost to stay there, TV took over 5 mins to warm up and then the channel reception was very poor, I still had rubbish in my bin from the previous guest, I wasn’t very happy, I’ve stayed in far nicer more accomodating places that charge a lot less than this place.

Very overpriced. Rooms are poorly fitted out and staff are not very helpful. Many other options in the area that offer better pricing and service
Kel
Great location and sports a modern and comfortable fit out, but the common areas are starting to look a little worn/tired.
We also had to wait a while to check in (there was a second person on reception, but they seemed to be pretending to be busy once they'd finished checking someone in to avoid having to serve us).

Restaurant was amazing. Conveniently near train station.
Anthea
Lovely room nice staff, would stay there again
greg
Comfortable and large room. Luxury carpeting and bed. Good view.
Tracey
Not the best stay I’ve had here. No car parking available on site, not a great room, phone in room not working, room service breakfast did not turn up until called the hotel directly (as internal phone not working), charged twice as first booking cancelled with no refund. Think I’ll stay somewhere else in future
Joyce
Great location nearby in the center of CBD.

Terrible Place to stay.Very noisy air conditioning was hot and stuffy in the rooms. The whole building smelled horrible.Looked like they done next to no maintenance marks all over the walls, windows where dirty air conditioner the walls and surfaces dust everywhere that was old and very thick.Toilet seat was broken and hanging off.Half a toilet roll in the toilet.Beds where lumpy and caused partner disturbance.Tiny outdated TVs with no modern connections no apple play no screen mirror casting had a google Chromecast that didn't even work. There free wifi was unsecure had no password anyone could join it..If I listed all the problems with the rooms It would be a long list I had to force my self to try not see more problems everywhere I looked I was shocked on how poor the rooms where .At the prices per night and what you got was well a complete rip off.Had problems with multiple rooms had to move 3 times and still every one of those rooms the same problem,so don't think getting the best room will get you a better stay and better quality .The staff where un trained and un professional and had poor communication skills. As for location your right next to a carpark and other shopping building etc.A lot off traffic coming and going and outside it smelled like a toilet no wonder the inside of the building actually smelled like poo I can't imagine how bad it would smell on hotter days.I wish I had taken photos to upload here to show how bad the rooms where. This is an honest true review

Clean room.
Needed to give first names to confirm 2 rooms booked even though rooms are in the same surname.
Basic fridge with little in it.
Bar closed early.
Not worthy of the rating provided on the booking site

Good hotel but overpriced. My room was dark and with a great view of the cars coming out of the parking garage next door, but I paid a premium price for it.
Thiona
Room was clean it was beautiful room
Mani
Room was not clean. Linen was dirty and no water provided for drinking.
Jodie
Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were very, very soft. Needed a 2nd pillow. Shower was nice. Bedside lamp didnt work.
Natasha
The hotel room was ok, but sub par for nearly $300. We specifically booked for the EV charging, when we arrived we could see the stations were not being used but the hotel had allowed non EV/non charging cars to park there. This meant a knock on impact to our trip. Understand if they were taken by other EV’s but they weren’t. Assume it was because the hotel wanted the income from parking instead? Would not stay there again. Staff at check were nice but disappointing the approach to EV when the network is already quite new and scarce
Darren
Small room, could do with some tidying up
Grant
Parking before check-in can difficult and not user friendly.
paul
Great location supported by attentive staff. Always clean and fresh. Additional ammenities such as gym and kids retreat greatly welcomed.
Anna
Great stay, clean rooms & friendly staff.

The hotel is modern. The staff are helpful. The gym and pool table make staying here even better. The in-room microwave is a nice addition. The shower and bed are really good. The views range from ok to good.
But (there’s always a but) the rooms are noisy due to a whining airconditioner (an issue in rooms 510 and 805); a nearby nightclub can be heard well into Friday night; noise from the street travels. I had to use earplugs.
One of the lifts broke on my first day there and remained broken throughout my stay.
The air conditioning in my room broke second night but the staff acted quickly to find me a new room.
The gym is small but practical - but the TV is broken.
The treadmill is great but the fan and display button are broken.
Room service carefully and professionally refitted my bedding which had a splodge of chocolate on it (my doing) and they didn’t resupply milk.
The provided shampoo is called ‘hair wash’ - which is absolutely fine - but WHY lol.
I might have been unlucky with a few things - and some are minor things - but I do wonder if the owners/managers are perhaps not looking after this wonderful asset. They could check the airconditioner noise of rooms 510 and 805 and see if this is replicated in other rooms - a good night’s sleep is a prerequisite of any hotel.

Rooms wwre clean, chrck was super quick. Very convenient to shopping centres

Staff helped us out with our pet friendly booking. Expedia allowed us to book but apparently the hotel needed to confirm it. Despite this the staff helped out.
Bed was good. Carpet in bedroom was ordinary. Location great, close to the river and to the restaurants. Overall had a lovely stay.

Great Stay. Super impressed that pets are welcomed. Room was very clean, great big clear windows to see out and enjoy the city. Food (and the service) at the restaurant was exceptional. Overall we loved it.
Tom
Having a room on the north side meant I heard the reverberating thump thump thud of the bass from the nearby nightclub until probably 3am? As well as the cars going up and down the multi level carpark outside my window. Had a terrible sleep and had to drive to Canberra the next day. No-one visible at the desk at midnight.
Marie
The room was clean and a very good size. The staff were approachable and friendly. A good location and good facilities.
Sharon
The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was also very nice. Thanks

Check in was quick. Accessible room was well thought out with good sized bathroom and easy to move around with a walker.
Central to food and supermarket options, great for a one night stopover

Sure was pet friendly shame about some of the staff. Delux rom but no plug for hairdryer in bathroom (fair enough safety reason but there was NO mirror where the plugs were). No check in advice re wifi ....easy enough but every place is different.I waited ages for reception to answer. You shoulnt say parking without saying the cost.

Customer service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant. The meal was excellent and the staff were really lovely.
A great overnight stay.

Receptionist made me feel bad and that they were doing me a favour and l had booked on the wrong website.
I had called up when making the booking as I would be travelling with my dog. On Hotels.com website it wasn’t coming up with a dog friendly room. So I called and the receptionist confirmed it was available and I would have to pay a slight room upgrade on arrival which I was ok with.
3 days later when I arrived to check in. The receptionist was very rude and kept saying I was lucky a room was available. I even showed her the chat message and I showed her my call log as to when I had called. If I knew of another pet friendly hotel I would have gone to it. But after driving 6 hours I just wanted a room.
And hey charged me an extra $100 dollars on top of the suite I had paid for.
Then at dinner time I asked if I could eat at the side next to the restaurant as I had the dogs, I was quickly told no and that I would have to have room service, so I went to a restaurant close by that was more welcoming. Totally bad experience and made feel uncomfortable

The intercom to the parking and one of the two lifts were not working. We were allocated a disabled room that was not requested. The shower was terrible as was the breakfast.
At 7am the next morning the fire alarm went off and all hotel guests had to evacuate. After the fire brigade turned the alarm off, all guests had to queue for one slow lift to get back to their rooms

Is was a very nice stay in a lovely place.
Dell
Lovely view from our room. But otherwise room was fairly basic. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, and shower head height was too tight to adjust, or to be reached by many women.
We appreciated the availability of EV charging in the carpark. But we were surprised to learn on arrival that secure onsite parking might not necessarily be available, despite having been previously assured of this when we rang the hotel to enquire about this immediately after booking with Expedia.

Currently being renovated. Quite noisy at night. King bed is 2 single beds pushed together which I personally hate. Good shower. Delicious room service dinner.

Very disappointing - checked out early.
Difficult to find parking to check-in. Told no parking available for stay and advised to park in shopping centre car park.
Unsafe and not worthy of 4 star rating.
Noisey heating/cooling system.

Great hotel
Central location, quiet, modern, clean and has a great buffet breakfast. Lovely bathroom products, including body location which is always a plus.
Colin
Have stayed here a number of times and keep going back because they just make your stay so pleasurable.
Michael
We had a suite which was well appointed and comfortably furnished. We only had breakfast on three occasions, availing ourselves of both the buffet option and the continental breakfast . Although the food was of good quality, it was nothing special .
Areas that could be improved
1. There was no book of instructions as to where to find plugs in the bathroom, where to switch on the fridge, how to change the settings on the air conditioning, there was no light over the safe so we had to fumble in the dark to open and close it, the cord on the kettle was too short to use in the kitchen area.
However, the desk staff were most obliging and were able to assist with grace and enthusiasm to remedy all of these niggles.

Great stay. Clean, stylish property. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable bed and lovely room. Good pillows. Restaurant was good and I loved the Nasi Goreng. Very reasonable price. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

A chip on the floor behind the desk from someone’s room service dinner I’m guessing.
No bottled water in the room - had to go to the bar to get it.
No staff at reception on check out at 08:45am on a Wednesday morning.
Nothing other than a small UHT million fridge.
No usb ports for devices and very few PowerPoints.
Not so suitable for a business stay

room was relatively small with fewer kitchen utensils and have to ask for dinner plates. Room is not self-contained with dinner plates.

It is a home away from home. Friendly staff. Hotel is close to all shops.

Room was very clean and cleaned every day, breakfast was hot and tasty but a visible sign saying eggs cooked to order would have been good.
Location and price are excellent

Such a convenient place. Room was amazing with city view. Room service wasn’t great at all.
Stay would be pleasant if the breakfast buffet would be nice. You have to pay extra for barista coffee.

Fairly new hotel, the breakfast could include some more items, and also the presentation of the available items can be improved

Good options for food close by, just on the edge of the CBD, so perfect location. Overall it was a good stay.

I found the property to be very clean, comfortable and in a great location
Leigh
Very clean rooms with awesome staff, but no parking (you have to park next door on 4th floor or higher, then catch a lift and walk to the entrance). Great place though.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Dinning was a great experience, breakfast well done and restaraun for dinner was very nice
Tracey
Comfortable but could improve
Comfortable room, however 2 single beds pushed together are not comfortable, blinking fire detector is annoying at night and no parking on site available yet again. Room service food was good and shower is good, but conditioner is not good.

Had a great stay

Great Location.
Room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable which made getting a good nights sleep easy. The location was great within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. A very secure car park as well. The only downer was that hot breakfast items were not hot but lukewarm at best.
Craig
Very well set out and very good value for money
