The young lady who checked me in was so gracious and lovely! The hotel is modern and we got a nice view.

Anything that we needed was accommodated quickly! I’m so happy I chose this hotel for a quick stay. Their restaurant had high ratings but I didn’t get a chance to try it this time. Next time I will!

If you look for a place with good logistic, literally walking distance from bus terminal and close to the city airport and public transportation, this is a good choice
Very good gym with a view, open 24hrs, not easy ( well, the power was switched after 23:00 but i could work out anyway together with other people), and a pool (day time). Basic but modern room, clean and comfortable, with a kettle, again not so easy to find in brasil.
If you look for a long stay to enjoy Rio night and beach life minutes away, you may want a more central location, as the neighborhood is not obviously top rated among the ones in Rio.

Very nice apto, comfortable, beautiful view, close to the bus station ( we had a trip to Sao Paulo next morning at 7:30 am, and in 6 minutes we got there. Good food, good breakfast.

This newer hotel was nice to look at but far from the action. My room was updated but things not the cleanest. Toilet flush button was crusted with green and the chair and lounger had stains on it. The name of the hotel is different on the outside so a lot of confusion for pick ups. I fell in there dining area from a bit so stable chair, I have a big bruise and a painful knee from it. I was very disappointed in how that was handled, a comped lunch does not make up for injury and I had to go searching for a manager to discuss it. Workers failed to inform management. The hotel doesn't exchange money so that was disappointing. I wanted the stay to be better but I sadly will choose another hotel next time.

- In-room internet poor. Did all my work in the lobby.
- Wet rotting floor. After complaining, the upgraded room had stained bed sheets, pillow and sofa; gaping hole in bathroom drywall,
fruit flies in shower, hair in bed, floor lamp with no bulb
- No in-room usb charging (actually there is one on TV but it takes 5 hours to charge phone). Front desk can supply adapter.
- No international TV channels
- Far from everything including food.
- Broken hot tub (jacuzzi). Wasn't working for duration of my stay. I was told before arrival it was working.

Front desk staff are professional and try their best

Good clean gym, murky pool, nice sauna.
Ok breakfast: coffee, tea, eggs, processed meats and processed cheese,
pastries, toast, juice, cereal, yogurt...ect.
Uber is quick, cheap and efficient

Attention to detail is a cultural thing, so if you're not from North America the above points may not bother you as much as they did to me.
The hotel will probably respond saying Novotel is sorry it did not meet my expectations but in reality nothing will change (and probably get worse with
more time as the hotel gets older.)

The price is right but they should charge a bit more and fix everything. It would
drive more traffic. I'll never stay here again.

This hotel is north of the city by the docks so surrounding area not great. Small mall for shops and fast food a few mins away turn right out of hotel. Hotel restaurant was ok for a one night stay. Room clean and spacious.

We booked a room for 2 adults with one child. It took over 4 hours, 2 calls and 2 trips to reception to eventually get a duvet cover for my son - by that time it was well over midnight. The valet parking has just one attendant: it takes an average 5 to 10 minutes to either leave or retrieve your car. Breakfast buffet below average for this class of hotel. No shower doors: expect to wet the entire bathroom. Avoid!

Football Trip to Maracanã Stadium

The hotel is amazing with very comfortable rooms with spacious shower and luxurious bathroom facilities. Perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bar and restaurant have a good range of menu options as well for those wanting to eat in. The area of the hotel is a bit isolated though being a considerable distance from the famous beach district. At night it can be a little uncomfortable getting back to the hotel if returning by foot because of the lack of people on the street. The hotel is relatively close to the Maracanã Stadium and Shopping Tijuca.

La persona que nos recibió en la madrugada del día que hicimos el check in , fue irrespetuosa y nos informó que no tenía espacio aunque hubiéramos pagado. Tuvimos que solicitar el reembolso para que nos diera una habitación. El perosonal diurno muy amable. Otro inconveniente fue que la alarma de incendio se activó trece veces la segunda noche y nadie pudo dormir y la misma persona que nos atendió el día anterior se negó a solucionar el problema

Mala ventilación

La habitación que nos dieron al inicio no tenía el sofá cama preparado para dormir nos cambiaron de habitación a la 1 am . Nosotros llegamos como 12 am pero fue incómodo.

Por otro lado la habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventilación natural, las ventanas no abrían y eso nos provocó infección de garganta ya que el aire no se renueva . Al encender el aire acondicionado salía un olor a polvo muy fuerte.


El agua de la regadera se estanca por lo que solo es posible tomar dichas cortas.
La zona del hotel está bien ya que queda a medio camino entre copacabana y el aeropuerto.

La regadera no tiene privacidad , ya que la pared es de vidrio y tiene un persiana que se mueve y estorba.

Su mercancía de dulces y chocolates ocupa demasiado espacio de las repisas de la habitación.

En la zona del hotel no hay nada cerca, es una zona industrial.

O sofá cama estava apenas com um lençol e travesseiros. Não havia virol, nem edredom para cobrir. Era uma noite fria...

HOSPEDAGEM PARA MARATONA DO RIO

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos: 02 adultos e 2 crianças de 08 e 11 anos. Ficou um pouco apertado pois não desmontamos o sofá cama. Hospedagem otima mas não existe opção de alimentação fora do hotel. Estavamos de carro e o estacionamento é a parte negociado direto com a administração do mesmo. Fizemos pacote de 4 dias e ficou 60,00 e podiamos entrar e sair o dia todo. Fui para correr a maratona do RIO. Fomos a pé para o Aquario e Museu do Amanhã. Vale muito a visita no museu da Marinha na mesma região.Tem para visitação um submarino e um navio de guerra.

Hotel muito confortavel, porém atendimento deixa a desejar. Alguns funcionarios mal educados, amigos que estavam em outro quarto tiveram um problema, na limpeza jogaram um numero de peito da MARATONA DO RIO(felizmente conseguiram fazer a prova e receber medalha), os funcionarios não tentaram resolver, o gerente não atendeu, nem ao menos entrou em contato no outro dia.

Pensa em uma Ingrata Surpresa

Balada à céus abertos na frete do Hotel aos finais de semana! Barulho de musica eletrônica das 20:30 até acreditem às 8:00 da manhã! Não pude dormir ! Além de uma apologia às Grupos LGBTs no Checkin com vários dizeres de de apoio à causa. A explicação do atendente era que toda Rede Accor era parceira da causa . Como nao me identifico, nao me hospedarei mais na rede. Mas só pelo barulho aos finais de de semana acho que ninguém merece este Hotel!

Fiquei uma única noite, fiz o check-in tarde e tinha o intuito de descansar. As 7h ligaram pro meu quarto pra avisar que meu documento tinha ficado lá embaixo. Me acordaram, mas ok.
As 8h bateram na porta do meu quarto insistentemente pra saber se havia consumo no frigobar. As 9:30h abriram a porta do meu quarto, entraram, e quando viram que tinha gente, pediram desculpas e saíram. O \"nao incomode\" estava na porta.
Eu só queria um pouco de privacidade e sono de qualidade com meu namorado, e infelizmente nao tivemos.
Mas sobre o hotel, bem conservado, limpo e confortável.

Ponto alto para o ótimo atendimento

Boa estadia e atendeu ao que eu precisava para o propósito da viagem. Ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários da recepção e restaurante.

Estacionamento próprio e boa localização no centro.

Como era carnaval, a rua para acessar o estacionamento estava fechada e inicialmente o segurança do hotel não soube dar as instruções de como acessá-lo. Fui à recepção do hotel e prontamente fui ajudada pelo Alexandre. Aliás, tanto o Alexandre, quanto a outra pessoa que estava ao seu lado no balcão (não me lembro o nome) foram muito gentis e solicitos.

Ao explicar que não conseguia acessar a rua para estacionar, o Alexandre saiu e conversou com os fiscais que estavam em frente ao bloqueio pedindo para liberar e então consegui passar.

Chegando no quarto, a caixa de água do vaso sanitário não estava enchendo, mas ao informar a recepção nos trocaram de quarto imediatamente. Também resolvido se nenhum problema ou demora.

No novo quarto, os travesseiros estavam sem fronha e ao informar a recepção levaram novos travesseiros na mesma hora.

De forma geral, mesmo diante dos percalços, tudo foi resolvido sempre com muita gentileza e isso para mim é o mais importante.

Percebi que o hotel não é muito bem conservado, inclusive havia mofo no teto e parede, mas não atrapalhou em nada minha estadia de 2 dias. Não usei as áreas de lazer então estas não posso avaliar.

Minha única sugestão é que se precisar falar com a recepção, vá direto até lá. Todas as vezes que liguei ninguém atendeu.

Decepcionante na chegada, me colocaram em um quarto horrível, cheirando mal, com a cama baixa. Fui várias vezes a recepção, atendimento lento, iniciativa muito e nada. Tive de entrar em contato com o hotéis.com para conseguir uma troca para outro quarto.

Péssima experiência!

Minha estadia foi péssima, a começar pela chegada no quarto a roupa de cama estava suje de fezes, tivemos que trocar de quarto, no dia seguinte de manhã eu e minha esposa estávamos dormindo quando acordamos assustados com um barulho e tinha uma pessoa entrando dentro do nosso quarto.A Camareira entrou no quarto que estava com a porta trancada. Depois fomos tomar café às 10:30 que encerrava às 11:00 ou seja 30 minutos antes e não havia mais reposição das coisas o café estava simplesmente um caos café da manhã este que custou uma taxa extra de 120 reais além do Wi-Fi do hotel não funcionar imagina o que significa isso para quem precisa trabalhar.

Estadia muito boa e pode ser ainda melhor

O hotel tem um conceito bom, mas deixa a desejar no serviço. Embaixo da cama do quarto com vista para o mar estava a desejar, com tanta poeira, apontei também de um banheiro coletivo que estava vazando água e 24h depois ele continuou vazando litros e litros de água (banheiro do 1o andar - PNE) e não tinha garfos no café da manhã (por volta de 7:00). Além de não ter chegado garfo, se chegou, ninguém me ofereceu. O serviço do restaurante é bom, os atendentes são atenciosos e fizeram ajuste no meu prato. Os drinks são muito bons, tanto é que voltei depois.

Apenas os funcionários que são muito educados, parte operacional horrível, cobraram taxa para a babá ficar algumas horas com a minha filha enquanto eu saia, não limparam meu quarto, e tudo que já devia ter estar pronto, tinha que ficar pedindo. O Hotel é novo e os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. A vista foi uma diversão à parte para meu filho.

A região é muito erma, não dá para sair a pé de jeito nenhum. Mas com transporte e público e Uber, dá para se virar bem.

O hotel em si era ótimo. Funcionários muito receptivos e educados, bom café da manhã, quartos limpos e bem novos. Porém fica localizado quase de frente para o Nau Cidades (um local de eventos/festas), na nossa estadia tivemos o azar de pegar um dia que estava tendo festa de música eletrônica e simplesmente não conseguimos dormir, as janelas não abafam o som totalmente e o show só terminou às 7:30 da manhã. Recomendo que façam uma pesquisa e, caso tenha algum evento marcado ali, evitem o hotel caso queiram descansar.

Bem localizado, mas precisa melhorar

O hotel é relativamente novo e tem uma localização muito boa.
Porém, o café da manhã é bem simples e com pouca variedade.
Ainda tem o problema de próximo ao local ocorrem eventos que atrapalham a noite de sono. As janelas não são acústicas e todo o barulho passa para o quarto, impossibilitando uma noite agradável.

O quarto é muito bom. Os outros espaçosa do hotel são bem bons também. Todas as refeições são muito gostosas e não são caras. O buffet na faixa de 80 reais, mas é a vontade e os pratos a lá carte nesse faixa de 80 reais também.

Deu toalhas e me deu a ordem de colocar na porta que eu não queria a limpeza, ou seja ela não faria a limpeza -0–do quarto. Fiquei muito decepcionado dessa vez, não voltaremos mais.

El área en la que se encuentra es sumamente insegura. No lo recomiendo si vas a conducir un auto por tu cuenta. A 2 km de la propiedad pasamos a la espalda de unos soldados disparando con metralladoras a unas casas. Luego de eso solo salimos para alejarnos de la zona y no regresar hasta la noche con sumo cuidado.
