Felt very unsafe in the area. My room is in very poor condition, looks like it has not been lived in or completed cleaned or stocked. The bottom of the sink leaks. There are flies and mosquitoes everywhere. The worst part is there is no insulation around the window, so we heard everything that’s happening down the street. The noise didn’t die down until 3 a.m. and the car horn started at 5 a.m. Very disappointing with our stay!

The elevator broke down twice during my four nights stay. The breakfast is almost the same everyday but they are quite good: sausages, omelette, bread with spreads provided, various cakes, strawberry yogurt, biscuit, banana, melon/pineapple, papaya, granola, cereal, hot milk, teas and coffee.
The area is quite good as well. It is 15 mins walk away from the nearest metro station and two VLT (tram) station. You can see policemen are around the area occasionally. However, at night can be quite noisy.

Melhor do que eu esperava!
Reservei o hotel devido a sua localização, perto do Sacadura 154 onde eu iria num show. Fazia muitos anos que eu não ia nesse local e está bem melhor do que eu me lembrava devido a revitalização da área no entorno. É um hotel sem luxos e a decoração dos quartos é bem antiga e algo desgastada, mas cumpriu muito bem ao meu propósito, que era um local para me arrumar antes do show e dormir. Apesar da rua ter bares/boates que funcionam até de manhã, tive uma excelente noite de sono. Fiquei no ap 208 e não estava barulhento. Imagino que os aps na frente do hotel e portanto de frente pra Rua Sacadura e seus bares sejam bem barulhentos, o meu era mais no meio do hotel. Possui estacionamento gratuito, o que é um super plus, mas eu usei o VLT para chegar no hotel. A Parada dos Muses é a uma curta distância e achei bem tranquilo ir e vir a pé. O café da manhã é bem simples, com pouca variedade e numa sala pequena, mas foi ok. Pedi jantar no quarto e a comida estava boa e bem servida. No geral, foi uma ótima hospedagem e superou minhas expectativas. Me hospedaria novamente no hotel. Achei a área bem melhor e infinitamente mais limpa e segura do que a Lapa.

Sobre o bairro: mais para o lado do bafo da prainha, museu do amanhã, praça mauá é mais tranquilo, tem mais movimento de pessoas. Ja pro outro lado da rua do hotel (lado que é mão do carro passar) não aconselho andar sozinho, se possivel pegue uber se tiver que ir pra esse lado.

A ducha/chuveiro é muuuito bommm! Nossa que delicia tomar banho!!

Tivemos um atraso no voo , chegamos no hotel hiper cansado na madrugada de sexta para sábado 1:50 , fizemos o checkin por conta da solicitação, mais minha vontade era tomar um banho e descansar, mais infelizmente nós colocaram na suíte 202 , a pior do hotel , barulho infernal, parecia que havia uma boate dentro do quarto , ao amanhecer , solicitei a mudança pra outro quarto ( o chuveiro a experiência não foi boa , não funcionou água quente e tb a hidromassagem não funcionou !

O check in um caos, fui cobrado novamente, mas a reserva já estava paga, não recebi orientações das normas do hotel. No quarto o sistema de iluminação estava destivado. O Quarto é confortável, sem luxo, chuveiro excelente, por ser próximo da pedra do sal, muito barulhento na segunda, ar condicionado funciona bem, wi-fi não funcionou, café da manhã bom. Como foi uma diária valeu o custo benefício. Estacionamento grátis foi o diferencial.

Não sei, se.foi uma questão de reformas, porém quando fui wi-fi simplesmente não funciona nos quartos, tem que descer a recepção para poder usufruir, o cardápio do café da manhã repetitivo, tive que trocar de quarto pois o mesmo tinha vazamento de água no banheiro, a limpeza só e feita quando solicitada, as tomada para carregamento de algum aparelho eletrônico ficam em cima da cama... Logo tinha que dormir com celular ao lado do travesseiro...

Me hospedei neste hotel para ir ao show que seria no estabelecimento ao lado. O mesmo é barato, mas o quarto é ruim. A cama não é confortável, no meu quarto não tinha lençol para me cobrir e uma das janelas ficava sempre aberta, pois estava com defeito e teve música até quase 4h da manhã no estabelecimento do lado, tive uma noite muito mal dormida. Valeu por ser ao lado do show, não precisei me preocupar com locomoção ou segurança, mas é pra ficar no máximo do máximo uma noite ou algumas horas.

O quarto possuía lâmpadas queimadas (2 no quarto e 1 no banheiro). Um dos elevadores estava não chegava ao terceiro andar onde estávamos. Eu já havia me hospedado no hotel e, no meu caso, a localização é um fator decisivo pq fui a trabalho, mas as condições do hotel, em minha opinião, pioraram. Os elevadores com problemas, um deles nem ia até o terceiro andar. A TV não funcionava direito e a internet só funcionava na recepção. Realmente vou reavaliar a minha volta ao hotel.

Ficamos apenas uma diária, o hotel é simples, mas atendeu as expectativas, quarto e banheiro amplos, cama de casal grande, roupas de cama e banho limpas, no geral a limpeza é satisfatória, café da manhã simples, mas com os itens necessários. O único inconveniente foi o barulho externo, tinha uma balada próxima ao hotel que incomodou um pouco. O hotel possui estacionamento. Para o nosso objetivo, que foi um evento no Pier Mauá, o hotel atendeu perfeitamente.

Por exemplo: pedi um cobertor e o serviço de quarto entrou sem avisar no quarto (a porta estava trancada comigo lá dentro), quando fui me aproximar da porta o funcionário bateu a porta e rapidamente a trancou, depois que ele foi apertar a campainha e saiu correndo. É desrespeitoso entrar no quarto sem consentimento ou aviso prévio ao hóspede. Por não ser o hotel mais barato da região eu esperava mais!

Fiquei apenas uma diária. O café estava incluso, e estava OK, sem grandes extravagantes mas com a quantidade necessárias, e mesmo tomando café bem cedo já estava tudo servido na hora dita que estaria. Tudo fresco e bem serviço. As acomodações estavam limpas, organizadas e bem servidas pro proposto e pago, apesar de estar em falta a coberta e toalha no quarto na hora que cheguei (fiz early check in), foi disposto a mim, assim que solicitei, sem demora. A estrutura física do hotel é um pouco antiquada, e a acessibilidade um pouco mal feita/planejada. mas estava suprindo o que eu precisava no momento. A localidade é ótima, e o estacionamento é ok.

O check-in e check-out foram tranquilos, as recepcionistas foram simpáticas e atenciosas. A localização é muito muito boa, próximo ao centro e pontos turísticos.
A limpeza do hotel estava muito boa, mas pessoalmente ele é um pouco diferente das fotos. Pouco iluminado, parece mais um motel antigo que foi transformado em hotel. O elevador faz muito barulho e o botão não funcionava direito, o carpete precisa de manutenção e a roupa de cama tinha algumas manchas.
O café da manhã não foi satisfatório, tinham poucas opções (pão francês, mamão, salsicha e ovos mexidos basicamente), e como tenho restrições alimentares acabei não conseguindo aproveitar.
Frigobar e ar-condicionado funcionavam muito bem. O banheiro estava super limpinho e a pressão da água era muito boa.
O que mais me incomodou foi que eu sou uma mulher que estava viajando sozinha e percebi que só tinham homens hospedados no hotel, que ficavam encarando quando eu passava nos ambientes comuns, então combinado à \"energia de motel\" que transparecia no ambiente, eu não me senti totalmente segura.
