One of the rooms we got was not cleaned before giving it to us. The sheets and the towels were stained and the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff did not wanted to change our room, they made us have a really hard time.

I booked a double single bed and they put me in a bedroom just beside the kitchen area with two beds. The air conditioner was noisy and water from taps was leaking. Next day I changed the room to 9th floor with very poor internet connection and another noisy air conditioner… I kept this room anyways.

The check in person was very rude; towels and linens were very dirty looking without the sterilized bags; blankets smelled sweat; the floors was dirty with sand; other tenants were not following covid-19 safety guidelines at breakfast area nor was the staff reinforcing the rules.

The staff at the desk were very helpful. The porter was extremely helpful and informative. The room was very clean and the en suite was really stylish and clean. The shower cubicle is huge and tiled throughout, like the rest of the bathroom.

The worst experience of my life!
I was sold this hotel by Expedia as a Three Star Hotel, and this is not even a hotel is almost a hostel. The staff is very unwelcoming, and unfriendly.
The surrounding areas are the worst in town, and the picture that expedia shows of the hotel, must have been from the 1950s, since the hotel doesn't look anything like that, and it is surrounded by hotels that rent by the hour, and at night all the street walkers in town are around that corner.

Thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood (a bit lively after dark), location near attractions and entertainment, etc. Because it is in the old section, the neighborhood looks a bit run down, but don't let that detract from the ambiance. No momento da reserva, o nome que aparece é Atlântico Lapa, porém, ao chegar ao local (08/02/2026), o prédio está identificado apenas como Hotel Pouso Real, sem qualquer menção ao nome Atlântico Lapa. Acabamos rodando o quarteirão procurando e só depois de perguntar descobrimos que se tratava do mesmo lugar. Para um turista estrangeiro, ou alguém que não costuma pedir informação, fica muito difícil encontrar o hotel dessa forma

Só tenho duas reclamações sobre o hotel: 01) o Serviço de quarto não foi legal, pois o blindex do banheiro estava quebrado e quando os 04 hóspedes do quarto que alugamos tomavam banho, alagava o banheiro e tinha risco grande de escorregar e cair. Pedimos dois tapetes extras e não conseguimos, só foi dado um domingo ultimo dia das diárias. Além disso não tinha secador de cabelo no banheiro e o ar condicionado do primeiro quarto não gelava suficiente para todos os hóspedes do quarto.

As condições do hotel não são boas. Felizmente, no quarto onde fiquei, o ar funcionava bem e eu só precisava descansar. Roupas de cama velhas, barulho da rua, paredes sujas... O quarto estava extremamente sujo, parecia que nunca foi limpo, tinha areia nas camas e pó em todos os móveis, não tinha tomada pra carregar o celular e o ar condicionado não gela. A única coisa boa foi o café da manhã e o pessoal da recepção que são bem gentis de resto eu nunca mais voltaria. Ninguém passou para limpar o quarto, mesmo deixando a chave sempre na recepção. O hotel tem boas acomodações, localização privilegiada e um excelente café da manhã.
Todavia, o atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar. Sugiro que os profissionais que estão em contato direto com o turista façam um curso de atendimento ao público. Falta capacitação.
Outro fator importante é que se você está em viagem a trabalho, esqueça esse hotel. Não tem internet, o que é inacreditável, em pleno 2024. Em outras palavras, não há internet nos quartos, e nas áreas comuns eles dizem que tem internet, mas na verdade também não funciona, ou fica sempre instável, dificultando qualquer tipo de atividade remota.
Portanto, se sua viagem é a trabalho e você depende da internet, esqueça este hotel. Procure outro.

Outro fator importante é que se você está em viagem a trabalho, esqueça esse hotel. Não tem internet, o que é inacreditável, em pleno 2024. Em outras palavras, não há internet nos quartos, e nas áreas comuns eles dizem que tem internet, mas na verdade também não funciona, ou fica sempre instável, dificultando qualquer tipo de atividade remota.
Portanto, se sua viagem é a trabalho e você depende da internet, esqueça este hotel. Procure outro.

O quarto estava muito sujo e como o hotel estava lotado ñ tinha como mudar de quarto. O teto tinha teias de aranha para todos os lados, embaixo das camas tinha lixo e muita poeira de tempo já, as cortinas estavam sujas de creme, sangue, sujeiras, a mesa forrada com um pano manchado, sujo... O banheiro tinha lodo, os vidros muito sujos. Ficamos pq ñ tinha opção.
