Noisy from restaurant customers, buses and water pump on the roof could be a problem if you have a problem falling asleep. Room 20 we stayed is on the site of street which is very small.
Hope hotel use refill liquid soap/shampoo bottle instead of using disposable soap packets.
Location is good, supermarkets, T1 to regional bus station, T2 to train station all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Use hotel Aline on GPS instead of address because there are two different numbers on the wall. Look for the big square blue number 14.

We had a room with a shower and a balcony - that was really a plus for us. No air con but the fan was a god send during the 35° summer. When we arrived the toilets werent stocked up with soap and paper towels and the reception often opened late and closed early. This, coupled with the overall dingy feel of the place were the worst things about it. However, Florence is expensive, and given what I stood to pay elsewhere, I am pretty happy about our stay here

My partner and I booked the Double room with a private bathroom and it was excellent, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. We were also able to leave our bags with reception until we could check in which was great

The location is amazing, walking distance front he terminal to The Academy, to the Doumo and much more.

The room is clean, and very organized. Got even get a beautiful view out of your window.

Clean and good for one night

For the price range of 45-60 usd. The hotel is very clean and located in quite convenient area.good for one or two nights stay . Down side is the rest room is located out side the room and the shower room is so tiny if you are weight more than 80 kg. Think twice.

We liked the fact that it was a short walk to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The area was safe. There is a very good coffee shop with a lovely seating area in the back that we went to every day.

Excellent service by the man that runs the place. He was very helpful and even booked our tour for us.

We were a little concerned that there was a shower in the room and we opted for the shared bathroom but it the end it was totally fine. The shower has a cover so you can have a bit of privacy and there are 2 shared bathrooms (1 also has a shower).

I'd definitely recommend this place if you have a short stay in Florence. It's literally a 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station. I would recommend taking a taxi if you have loads of bags as the sidewalks are old and small so if it's busy it might be an issue. If you only have small bags then it's no issue at all.

The hotel was in a rather shabby building, and the hotel itself was quite dingy. However the staff were very friendly and helpful, and, although the room was in need of a bit of a face lift, it was clean and comfortable apart from the lack of air conditioning (though there was a fan).

we were given a tiny room without space for anything, unlike the nice spacious room the first few nights we stayed at the beginning of our trip. this room did not have soap in it probably because it dind't have a separate bathroom though it did have a sink. shared bathroom wasn't so nice. however, the owner was nice and very accomodating to our requests.

This is a 1 star hotel in Firenze. I reserved a room with air conditioning and a private washroom . It was clean, modern renovation , very nice washroom. Above expectation for a 1 star in Italy .
I attend the Pitti Uomo show and this hotel was ideally located and exactly if not better than advertised.
No frills as expected and better.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, right near the centre of Florence. Upon arrival we were given a map from the hotel (?) owner which was very helpful, we could also ask for directions any time we needed. However that was where the good ended. The room, while spacious, was dirty (e.g. The sheets were stained on arrival), the shared bathroom had hairs on the floor (even after it was cleaned?), the hot water did not work nor did the wifi the majority of the time. Overall, probably the least comfortable stay on our whole Europe trip.

It's a nice place for the cost. The reception desk should have longer hours I'm, but it wasn't a huge issue. One real complaint was that the shower drain didn't work well at all. Besides that the place was good.

Stopped here on an interrailing trip between Venice and Rome. Our train was delayed so emailed the hotel letting them know we would be late and the man on the front desk stayed past his home time to welcome us. Very nice stay.

Rude staff, rooms kept very cold day and night

The hotel is an icebox, so cold at night that it is impossible to sleep. The Russian guy was rude and dismissive, told me I needed to wear layers while I'm in the hotel which is ridiculous. The small radiator inside the room was almost always cold, no heat being fed to it; they keep the boiler off so there's no heat coming in! Spend a little more money and stay somewhere decent! Also, no television inside room and the hotel is more of a hostel than a hotel, with little privacy.

Convenient location

The hotel is ok for the price - it's right in the middle of Florence. Just don't expect The Ritz! If you're going to be out and about visiting the many sites in Florence it's ok to bed down and very central but you wouldn't want to spend a great deal of time here. Guy at the desk was helpful enough but bear in mind reception is only 9 am until 7 pm.

The hotel is very simple. We had a room with private bathroom and air conditioning working good. bathroom that was fully remodeled. sheets and towels very clean and new. Mattress could be better. Remember this is one star hotel for Europe standards. If you want a clean, very good location and do n plan to spend time at hotel this is a good choice. Entrance to the building and elevator are old and rusty but you are in Firence, most properties are very old

A very good hotel for the money

This is an old-school hotel, with the bathroom and shower down the hall, and a sink in the room. There is a vending machine down the hall (breakfast is not included), and an elevator (pretty necessary, as the hotel is on the fourth floor). The front-desk staff was helpful, friendly, and polite, and spoke very good English, and was patient with my slow Italian. For what we paid, I have no complaints; I had been a little nervous about a hotel in Tuscany in May that cost less than $55 per night, but once I saw the room, I relaxed. Thanks for a nice stay!

Just minutes away from the center

Our best stay in Italy was our stop in Florence. They city is great and this hotel is partly the reason why we loved it so. The staff was helpful and informative, especially Palo. The rooms are small but cozy. There is a shower in the room, but the toilet is in the hallway. This didn't become an issue as it was well kept and never busy. A great budget location.

Great location and cheap

The hotel was clean, cheap, and within walking distance from the Duomo, Uffuzi, and Academia Gallery which was great. It's a little hard to find since its on the fourth floor of an apartment building and the room included a shower but toilets were by the front desk. Overall, I would definitely stay here the next time I go to Florence, especially if on a budget.

De entrada, el portal del edificio da una sensación de abandono, oscuridad y mucha suciedad.
El ascensor, parece que en cualquier momento se va a quedar trincado.
Al abrir la puerta de entrada al pasillo, que es todo el hotel, lo primero que te encuentras es una alfombra roja que jamás ha visto el jabón. Te recibe un olor a cerrado y humedad, bastante intenso.
La recepción es como de película, similar a la entrada de un motel de carretera de mala muerte.
La cafetera, la maquina de bebidas y la jarra para calentar el agua, nunca se han limpiado.
El armario de la habitación, se movía más que cualquier goma elástica y le faltaban varios cajones.
Los cojines y las mantas, tendrán la friolera de 30 años.
El sofá cama que ponen de supletoria, es una tortura. Se notan los resortes, todos los cantos y el colchón es súper incómodo.
En conclusion, un autentico desastre. Las fotos que aparecen en la página, no se ciñen para nada a la realidad.

L'hôtel (en fait un étage réservé dans un immeuble) est bien situé et insonorisé. La literie est plus que convenable.
Pour le reste, cet hôtel improvisé, est très vétuste, les sanitaires datent des années 80 et auraient vraiment besoin d'être changés. Surtout que les toilettes sont communes.
Pour le prix, le service est minimum. Ne vous attendez à rien de plus qu'un lit.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи. Расположение отличное-близко центр и ж/д станция. Ребята на ресепшн говорят на русском,сразу подсказали автобус до площади Микеланджело и дали много другой полезной информации. Номер полностью соответствовал ожиданиям, в нем была душевая кабина и раковина,даже был маленький балкончик и это было мило.Комната был просторной и чистой. Есть чайник в общей зоне. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

Отель очень простой, для неприхотливых путешественников, ничего лишнего, занимает последний этаж жилого дома. У нас была комната с душем и балконом. Туалет на этаже. Но есть номера и без душевой кабины. Уборка каждый день. Хозяева очень приятные люди, дотрожелательные. Ночью тихо. В целом, отличное соотношение цены и качества. Плюс бонус, очень удачно расположен к основным достопримечательностям, все в шаговой доступности. Остались очень довольны.

櫃檯人員很熱心ㄉ替我們講解怎麼去每一個點，房間內還有窗景可看，唯一可能就是浴室小了點，但使用起來還是不錯的。洗手間雖設置在公共區域，但是非常的乾淨，體驗老舊電梯也蠻有趣的，雖然沒有冷氣，但自然風吹了很舒服，附近商店和餐廳也都有，所以不怕餓著。離中央市場近，各景點的路程也都差不多10分鐘~

Hotel bem localizado, quarto antigo mas limpo e confortável, fomos bem recepcionados, estavam em reforma (acho que por isso as luzes das escadas não ascendiam todas) e o elevador é pequeno e antigo não funcionava direito, o que foi ruim pois o hotel é no 4° andar, wi-fi lento.

Horrible. Nos movieron a otro edificio, habia bolsas de basura en la entrada por lo que todo apestaba, NO HAY WIFI es mentira lo que prometen. Me querían cobrar doble el impuesto local y tuve que pelear para que respetarán el desayuno incluído (que por cierto era MUY MALO)
