I enjoyed my stay, the room was comfortable. When I got in there was no electricity in my room and no one told me to turn on the electricity box in the room. I also didn't get any coffee pods for the coffee machine, apparently other rooms had them. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Air conditioner worked perfectly. After walking from the train station with our luggage, being hot and exhausted, we had to wait 12 minutes outside because she was booking a new reservation. Our towels were never changed in 3 nights not to mention I itched a mosquito bite, had a few blood stains on the sheets (night 1 ) and they never changed the sheets. These minor things may not matter to someone else, in that case, this would be a perfect little spot. :)

Great place to stay, with in walking distance of all major attractions, including major train station if you are travelling round, or planning a day trip to Pisa. Room very clean, beds very comfortable (memory foam). Air con which was a must! Friendly welcome, just come armed with Google Translate. It is more Bed than Breakfast, plenty of reasonable places to eat close by (Banana Bar for breakfast was fantastic). Could not fault our 4 day stay here.

Very effective communication with Daniella and Alessio so that our stay wasn’t stressful in any way. Lovely and comfortable and location was absolutely perfect, just that little distance from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions but not too far away.

The room was beyond expectation - loads of space with a large bed with a memory foam mattress, large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, brilliant air-conditioning, TV with Netflix, decent sized private bathroom and the room was cleaned everyday. Only a short walk from the Duomo, the Mercato Centrale and the train station.

My only negative is you’ll need to lug your luggage up two flights of stairs. Not a big deal if you’re fit and don’t have much to carry. I’m 59 and had 2 weeks worth of clothes, computer, etc. and made out fine. I will definitely stay there again-the location and proximity to the train station meant I didn’t have to lug my stuff far to the B&B in the first place.

Don’t like the room and ask for possible to change. The answer is not possible.dirty sheets on the third day. We stay there for 5 days.nice to have a minibar but so loud.no lift. All rooms are on third floor. Small window and bathroom. The cartain keeps stick on you when you take a shower. the whole street is dirty but lots restaurants. Nice to provide one coffee daily but our hotel in Rome is much better and cheap with breakfast.

Was reasonable priced, but very small. Found it hard to find room for our suitcases. We had 3 twin beds with only inches between them. Was very handy location. Staff were very lovely and friendly. Bathroom area was very small also. Also boasted garden and courtyard views, we saw roofs, walls and inside windows of neighbouring properties

My husband and I had a great stay! The room was comfortable and quiet, with all needed amenities. The check in was easy even after hours and the staff was so sweet and helpful! The location is aweome, close to the train station, duomo and Accademia. I would definitely go back!

The girl that did our check in was awesome. Really helpful and nice. She is Cuban very friendly and gave us great tips where to go. The location is really good, room although tiny are clean. The only but is that the there in no elevator (women with too much luggage may suffer) and the wifi was not working from the room so we had to be in the hall to call home.

A few watchouts with this hotel for anyone looking to book. First, they are not always available for you to check-in and its not flexible based on your arrival time. The owner is a bit rude and her and any service is only available in the morning. Lastly, there are NO ELEVATORS and you have to go up to 3 floors to get to the hotel.

Det var ingen tilstede de to dagene jeg var der utenom vaskehjelpen. Ingen heis og det var tungt å komme seg opp med koffertene. Rommet luktet tidvis kloakk. Ikke noe ventilasjon og jeg så ikke noen brannvarsler. Stedet er en potensiell brannfelle. Frokosten var en vits - noen kaker pakket inn i plastikk, ikke noe fersk brød. Beliggenheten er bra, stille gate like i nærheten av gamlebyen

Vårt rum var gulligt inrett och kändes välstädat. Badrummet var dock väldigt smalt, men fungerade ändå väl de två nätter som vi bodde på boendet. Frukost ingår inte men det finns pålägg, dryck och yoghurt att tillgå i det gemensamma köket.
Ägaren, Daniella, var mycket tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt vid frågor!

O quarto real é muito diferente do que as fotos publicadas na internet. Ficamos decepcionados... A localização é ótima apesar de ter um aspecto não agradável a noite. Fica próximo ao mercado central. Não possui elevador e se estiver com muitas malas, não vale a pena. Banheiro extremamente pequeno, quarto desconfortável. Foi necessário colocar cobertas na minha cama para que ela ficasse mais agradável para dormir.
