A 1000 percent would stay here again. We are already planning on coming back. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean , and modern. In the middle of everything . Would recommend. Staff also held our bags prior to check in and after . 10/10

A lovely room to stay in Florence. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine for New Year’s — a very thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

The only downside was some noise coming from the air conditioning sometimes during the night.

The room exceeded expectations, being notably spacious, equipped with all requisite amenities, and accompanied by exemplary service. I do not recall the names of the staff members who checked us in; however, all personnel went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was exceptionally pleasant. It is regrettable that our visit was limited to a single night, yet I would undoubtedly choose to return to this location in the future.

We loved our stay here at the Flom Boutique Hotel. I was very pleased with how convenient it was to walk to everything (train station, museums, shopping, dining). Our room was super cute with large French doors that opened to a small patio area. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and reserving taxi transportation for us. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Our room was beautiful but when we took a shower, the drain was clogged and flooded the whole bathroom. When we called the front desk, they weren’t surprised and said oh yes the shower in that room does flood. We will bring you some towels. They should have notified us when we checked in.

Very excellent stay.

Very professional and helpful staff. They offered great insight on where to go and how to get there. This hotel was a big surprise to me, by US standards this would be ultra-luxury. Why? The included breakfast was worth $50 a head if it was US, excellent, fresh fruit, very good coffee options (many), Italian-style treats from hard cheeses, cured meats, olives, various pastries. If I return to Florence staying here is a \"no brainer\". The neighborhood had \"character\" ... no big issues. Again the staff was so good, the room was super clean and comfortable. Tomb-like quiet at night and most of the evening. We had a nice patio area. Thanks Flom for a great stay. - we had a 5 night stay. US tourists

Stayed here for 10 nights and the experience was fantastic! The location of the hotel is 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the city center with all the attractions. The front desk crew is very friendly and welcoming. I liked all of them. They helped me with calling taxi and gave some good recommendations to the restaurants close by. Received a bottle of wine upon arrival which was nice. Room was very quiet and clean.
Breakfast was nice but could offer more varieties. Would definitely come back again!

Very friendly small hotel, in a good location with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We stayed in a family room which was spacious, comfortable and suited us perfectly. Nothing spectacular but really good - and did I mention friendly? The team were lovely to us and the kids. Really recommend it.

The hotel was truly amazing but I cannot give it 5 stars. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body the very first night. I stayed 2 nights with my husband and daughter. My husband is always hot so he slept over the covers, hence why he did not get bit. My daughter had her own bed. I must say the issue was rectified immediately; they changed the mattress the same day and they were very apologetic about the unfortunate event highlighting this was not usual at all.
Aside from that, the hotel is truly beautiful. It is very modern and within walking distance to all attractions. From the moment we arrived, we were received with the utmost customer service. They assisted us with our bags, showed us to our room, welcomed us with a bottle of champagne, met us at the reception with more champagne, and took their time to sit with us to give us restaurant recommendations. They even made dinner reservations for us, making it really easy for us to simply show up for dinner. Their Customer Service was above reproach. The breakfast was also amazing providing a variety of foods both hot and cold. I absolutely loved their espresso machine!!! The hotel is close to everything so it is super easy to walk to all major attractions. The area is safe even late in the evening.

Broken air conditioning

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. However, the hotel management was terrible to deal with. I traveled with my two sisters so we booked a triple room. On the penultimate night of our stay, the air conditioning stopped working so we didn’t get any sleep. Florence was 30 degrees+. That morning, we were told it would be fixed by the end of day. It wasn’t fixed and the air conditioning stopped working on the entire second floor. They could offer us a fan or a move to a double room, so we moved to the double room, which made us late to dinner. A hotel attendant kindly added a third twin bed but that jammed the room and partially blocked the door. At checkout, they gave us a 100 euro credit as a “gesture of goodwill” but barely covers the cost difference between a triple and double room, never mind the inconvenience and poor night’s sleep. Management was rude when I reached out about the air conditioning and our stay, and the staff clearly didn’t have any idea what was happening in the hotel.

The best thing about this property was the amazing breakfast service! There was a huge, fresh spread every morning carefully attended to by very gracious staff. Our room was comfortable and stylish. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the sites in Florence, but felt slightly less desirable at night.

If I could take this hotel with me, I would! The staff was AMAZING—so very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and new, and our rooms were quiet. We would 10/10 recommend this hotel whether solo, with a partner or family! The staff is EXCELLENT!! The rooms are a good size, super clean, new feeling and mini fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast buffet is absolutely a bonus! Really pretty setting and great food to start your day. The location is walking distance from the train station and all the major attractions, shops and dining options. Really cannot stress enough how awesome the staff is! There is no room service, so if you want late night eats grab some pizzas and snacks to take back to the room! NYE night they also left all guests a bottle of Prosecco in rooms. They really do some sweet little touches to make the stay special! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This hotel was simply amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. When we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, they provided us with Prosecco! When we had certain requests, they were very accommodating. Hotel is in a great location within 10 to 15 minutes of most if not all major sites of the city. Room was very comfortable and we had the added plus of a great view. They also had a very good breakfast, with both hot and continental options. We will stay here again when we have the chance to visit Florence again!

The hotel was well situated - with our destinations (such as the Accademia, the Duomo, cooking class) being located within a short walk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with chocolates left on our pillows each night! The breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices and the service team was fantastic - friendly and helpful.
