Only a 5-7 minute walk from the SMN train station. Several nice restaurants close by. There was only soap and hair/body shampoo provided, so bring some conditioner and body lotion if you need it! Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel in an area close enough to be an easy walk to the city center. The only negative was the room size (double) was quite small without enough shelf space to fully open our carry-on sized suitecases. On the other hand, the breakfast was exceptional with the only Starebucks quality americano coffee that we had in Italy.

The hotel is perfectly located, which was most important to us. The rooms included a good sized bathroom and shower and were comfortable and clean. If you are a world traveler.. disregard all of these poor reviews. These people are complaining about things that dont really matter to anyone but karen americans. I stayed in room 10, nice balcony... and the absolute coldest air conditioning ive ever seen in all of europe. The hotel was easy to find, less than 5 minutes from train station. Lots of food choices right outside the door. I would only recommend this hotel to friends from here on at.

The room was fabulous for a family of five and the area was super close to everything. The stence of Sewer in the elevator and room was completely horrific and was a real health concern. I would not reccomend this hotel for that reason. We literally had to cover our noses, open the window and used room spray all night long.

I have stayed at this hotel previously when visiting Florence. It is very close to the railway station if you are travelling to other areas in Italy. Easy to walk to all the city locations. The staff are excellent at the hotel.
