This is a great place to stay in Florence. It's in a very good area. Convenient to everything. There is no breakfast provided but there is an excellent bakery/coffee shop across the street. The shower in our room was very small but we were still able to use it.

The room was what we needed. Ben was comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned more in depth. When we arrived, we were given the wrong code to go through the entrance. (We arrived after the front desk person had left) after we arrived, they stopped responding to my messages asking about breakfast, which was part of our reservation. We never had breakfast at the hotel during our stay. The WiFi only worked if standing right by the door to our room.

Convenient rooms close to train station and center

Great location! Short walk from train station, and close to all site seeing sites. It’s a busy street, but we didn't hear any noise. Check in was very easy, very friendly staff, free items in mini bar, small room but high ceiling. AC worked great. There is a breakfast place across the street. We could leave our luggage the last day for a couple of hours for free. I would recommend the place.

The staff is unresponsive to say the least.

I arrived at this property at around 8pm only to find that check in had closed and the property manager had not sent the access codes for self check in. After waiting an hour in the cold night, the host had yet to respond, and it took the intervention of Expedia to get the access codes.

The property also incorrectly lists the beds as \"2 single beds or 1 king\" when in fact the bed is smaller than a queen.

The only negative about this facility was the lack of an elevator. Our room was comfortable, had nice amenities, and was very comfortable. Fortunately, we had help getting our luggage to the room from the very kind desk attendant. When we booked the room, there was no mention of the lack of an elevator.

Late checkin was straight forward. The room was clean and well stocked. The shower is a little tight so bumped the controls often. Loved the proximity to everything Florence. It's on a busy street which had its perks such ask access to food etc ... easily. Would stay again.

The property is a cool little place right in the heart of town. Walking distance to pretty much everything, but beware it’s in a no drive area so parking is tricky, though there is a garage some distance away.

The hotel manager was a God send. We got a stomach bug and ended our last day in bed. She was gracious & kind & made sure we had everything we needed.

I arrived to the rooms and first they told me that my room in the first floor and then i found that it was in the second floor and we are family having 2 bags and baby chair so it’s difficult to get to your room without lift and the stairs is very small.
The parking they put is 30€ and it is public parking and nearest the rooms but actually it’s not.
The park is under the train station and it’s about 10 minutes walking and if you arrive at night the place is not safe for walking.
I put my car from 7 p.m till 10 a.m and they charged me 57€ for this stay and it was terrible!!!!

Very hospitable guest house in an excellent location not far from the main train station, the Academia Galleries, and the Duomo. Super clean stairways and guest rooms, good air conditioning and hot water and beds. Really nice continental breakfast in the cafe across from the entrance. Reasonably priced.

Our stay at Sette Angeli Rooms was very comfortable. What did surprise us was that it was NOT a hotel like we were expecting. These are just rooms with a bed and private bathroom. Not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a pastry and breakfast drink (caffe, juice, etc.) at a shop directly across the street. Property was centrally located to train station, square, and leather markets.

The hotel was great!! Maria is super accommodating and answered all of our questions. She even gave us a map of the city and circles all the attractions and recommended places to visit. The room was spotless. The hotel is in a great location and in walkable distance of everything. We would definitely come back and it’s a must stay.

The staff and rooms at the Sette Angeli were great! I liked the little touch of candy in the lobby and water in my room every night. My only complaint was that I was put on the third floor and one night when I was heading up to my room, the door to the floor was shut and locked. I had a very difficult time getting the door open. If I wouldn't of gotten it opened I would not have known what to do because their desk is not manned 24/7.

Only draw back is the breakfast which is catered for across the street and very very basic, one coffee and one croissant. If I had known how basic breakfast was I would have not had it. However everything else was superb.

Hotel staff, Maria, is very nice and warmly welcomed us.
The hotel is about 5minute walk from Firenze Centrale train station. Very convenient to walk to Duomo, bridges and other attractions.
This is a hotel in an apartment without an elevator.
So if you have a large suitcase, it maybe tough to take it to your room if you are given a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The room is very clean and it has all amenities.

The challenge we faced was nighttime noise from the bars nearby. Someone was singing very loud while others were yelling as if they were playing in a theater. And it lasted till midnight which made it difficult for us to fall into sleep.

We booked with a breakfast option. And we were given a coupon which can be used at a cafeteria across the street. The breakfast came with croissant, juice and cuppccino. They were very good.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable. I loved the traditional feel of the room (like the exposed ceiling beams), yet with modern amenities (like a usb outlet). When/if I find myself in Florence again, I will definitely be back!

Maria is a wonderful staff person. Very helpful and attentive during check in and check out. Some difficulties included water pressure and temperature fluctuation problems, with difficulty controlling shower temperature and losing water entirely during a shower. Also, no elevator, only stairs. But staff was helpful with luggage up and down stairs for those of us with bad knees.

Settle Angeli rooms were the perfect location in Florence. Only a short walk to the market and about a 20 minute walk across the bridge. We absolutely loved our stay at Sette Angeli. The location was perfect - a short walk from the train station but far enough away that it felt safe. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The concierge was so helpful, even calling to make a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant we wanted to try. We had breakfast vouchers at a cafe right across the street - delicious and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel (guest house) in a great location. Can't fault it ... modern, comfy, clean & has everything you need for your trip to Florence. For those driving, car park (payable)very close. Self-service laundry a few shops down. Great welcome from Maria with quick check-in.
Only things of note to future guests - no on-site breakfast, but voucher for coffee house just across the street; and note Hotel over 3 floors - stairs only.

Best stay of our trip!

This was by far our favorite stop on our trek across Italy last summer. We stayed at Sette for 5 nights, and couldn't have chosen a better spot. This hotel is very cozy, and situated in the hustle and bustle of a Main Street, but still very quiet. Maria is the highlight of this small hotel. She is so very sweet, and attentive to the needs of all guests. She was the first friendly face we saw when we left every morning and she is always ready to offer suggestions and answer any questions! We would highly recommend Sette Angelli and look forward to staying again the next time we are in Firenze!

The room was comfortable however we had booked a room with kitchenette and when we arrived we were informed that none were available even though we had booked it well in advance. Frustrating as that was the reason we had booked this spot. Overall we were disappointed but still enjoyed the time we had in Florence.

10 minute walk from the train station your there. A short stroll from your rooms your tumbling over the sights. We were a group of 8 and every room was immaculate, clean linen, spotless bathrooms, kettle, tea & coffee supplied. It is only rooms with no bar but downstairs there is a street full of them. In the morning over the road less than 10 seconds away is a coffee shop. We used this for our hot full cup of coffee or tea along with a choice of fresh sandwiches and pastries. The owner Maria was there to greet us, her English was brilliant as she explained things to us. I dont normally write a review but this Sette Angeli rooms were truly 10 out of 10.
