The hotel is extremely well located and it is very much worth it at this price. We had a few minor issues (most notably that the light in the bathroom turns off automatically after a few seconds, including during showers), but this may have been specific to our room.

Our stay was less than expected. The room was very small, nowhere to put luggage, the bathroom was horrible with the sink actually being in the bed area. The room did not match pictures and we found the accommodations were terrible for the price paid.

This place is really hard to review! The front desk people deserved a star. However, the stairs, hallways, rooms need major renovation. It looks sketchy😂 We were given the wrong key to enter the front door. Luckily, there’s always some guest who let us in. This is a great location. We only stayed for 2 nights do it wasn’t that bad. The price is considerably reasonable especially it’s a central location. The number they have outside definitely needs to be updated. This is not really a hotel so make sure you plan your arrival time with them since there’s no front desk 24 hours. Overall, the front desk people deserves a raise for being so accommodating. Place needs improvement.

The guesthouse was very convenient to the train station and all the attractions in the city. It was a little difficult to find - there are two houses with the same number 43 - but google maps took us to the correct one and there was a plaque with \"Soggiorno Arcobaleno\" by the doorbell. There are several rooms on the 2nd floor of the house - and they seemed to be well furnished, spacious and modern looking. The owners were very friendly and helpful - especially during ever changing Covid rules. Breakfast was served at the nearby cafe - croissant, sandwich, hot drink and freshly squeezed orange juice - all delicious. We took it to go and ate at the park or back in the apartment. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby and refrigerator/microwave, tea pot in the room. I would stay again.

It wasn't a typical hotel, it's a guest house with a 4 floor walk up. I had a heavy suitcase and wasn't really expecting that. The room was clean and cute, again, there are 3 sets of keys involved and you're in a space that's more of a house with apartments. It was cute and clean and the owners were so nice and helpful. There isn't a door person and late at night you need your phone flash light to navigate to the rooms. Overall it was in a very walkable area, it was safe and I sent well. They give you vouchers for a croissant and drink at a neighboring gelato place with a beautiful garden.

The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating! Check-in was great...they let us check-in early which was fantastic. They also gave us a map and explained where the main tourist attractions were and had great food suggestions. The location was really convenient and within walking distance to tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel muito bom, a equipe sempre foi prestativa, cheguei fora do horário de funcionamento da recepção mas prontamente me responderam com os códigos de acesso pra entrar no hotel, quarto confortável, grande e ainda tinha um terraço só pra mim. Banheiro bem equipado com todos os acessórios. Guarda-roupa com cabide e Cozinha com fogão, microondas, cafeteira (e eles deixam de brinde cápsulas e biscoitos). A cama era perfeita e a iluminação excelente com muitos espelhos.
A única observação é que viajei só e achei a rua bem deserta principalmente a noite então não me sentia segura pra sair e chegar só.

Pésima experiencia. Nos avisaron por mail el día antes (mientras estabamos en vuelo) que no hay recepción y mandaron instrucciones para check in. La dirección no es fácil de encontrar (los números no son consecutivos y sólo aparece una placa pequeña en la puerta de un edificio) y el hotel queda en un 3º piso sin ascensor (hay que subir las maletas en la oscuridad si uno llega de noche). Además el desayuno es un ticket para un café local (que es bastante bueno), pero queda alejado 1 cuadra. La habitación es grande y cómoda, lamentablemente del baño sale un olor tremendo, como a alcantarilla, pero se siente también en esa zona de la calle. El check out tampoco es presencial, todo por WhatsApp y te piden que dejes el dinero del impuesto municipal y las llaves en el cuarto antes de irte. En toda nuestra estadía (4 días) nunca vimos a nadie encargado del hotel, sólo nos hacían la habitación diariamente.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale rispetto la stazione di Santa Maria Novella e a poca distanza dal complesso del Duomo di Santa Maria del Fiore e alla Galleria dell'Accademia. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta, ci hanno permesso di depositare i nostri bagagli dopo l'orario consentito permettendoci di godere della bellezza di Firenze senza l'ingombro degli zaini. Davvero disponibili e gentili. Le camere pulite e il letto comodo davvero non manca nulla. Torneremo senz'altro.

I am not sure why the number on hotels.com does not work, but the hosts sent us a message to help us find the place, so make sure you check your mailbox ahead of time. The room was spacious with everything we needed. We had two large suitcases, with them open, we were still able to extend the sofa beds(yes, there were a big bed and two sofa beds in the room.)The bathroom was also big and clean. There was cleaning srrvice every day. Although the apartment did not have an elevator, Lorenzo and Daniele helped us to carry the luggage to the door. The also kindly introduced the neighborhood for us. There was also a laundry store about 120m away. 8 would tatly stay with them again! :)

Good location. You can take the bus from Florence SMN station, just a 5 min journey, or you can walk to the hotel. The host is nice and welcoming. Comfy bed and clean room. Easy to get to the attractions and restaurants nearby.
Be noted that there is no escalator so you have to carry your luggage yourself for 3 floors.
