Andrea’s place was an excellent base for a first time visit to Rome. It was close and walkable to all the key landmarks and neighbourhoods that we wanted to visit. The room was a little small but had a cute little balcony where you could enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. We will definitely visit Rome again and would absolutely choose to stay at the Casa Montani again.

Directly across from Piazza del Popolo so a perfect location for Roman restaurants and adventures (also a meeting spot for guide led Tuscany bus tours). Highly recommend private garage parking then strolling luggage to front door of multi-floor building. Nice breakfast delivered to room, walls are a bit thin so neighbors could hear romance/bathroom/etc. Would recommend for clean rooms, location, and friendly staff.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Charming accommodations with breakfast included. Walking distance to nearby historic sites. Electronic suite entry worked very well. Our host was wonderful. The elevator was memorable and quaint. We would not hesitate to stay here over and over.

The room was perfectly sized for a couple staying for one night. Everything was clean and organised, and amenities were readily available. Breakfast was included upon request, which was a nice touch. The gift of good wine was appreciated. Andreas is a true gentleman. The location is within walking distance of popular tourist attractions and is very close to Villa Borghese. Additionally, bus and subway stations are located right in front of the hotel, and there are many restaurants in the area.

What a diamond Casa Montani was! We only had a three night stay at this boutique hotel and everything about it was five star - clean, welcoming and friendly staff. The accomodation itself was central to and in walking distance to the major attractions of Roma.

Our room was super clean, quiet and well equipped. The location is supper convenient near the metro station, bus stop and right across the street from Plazza del Popolo. From there you can walk to all of rooms major attractions, restaurants shopping.

What a wonderful hotel room. Great location and beautiful finishes. Owner met us and was so helpful. He arranged a car to the airport for us early in the morning. He even answered an early morning text about our private driver. They have an antque elevator that has so much character. It’s very close to the Spanish steps and Borghese gardens.

얼리 체크인은 안했지만 다른 투숙객들 보면 무료로 짐을 맡아주는 것 같아요
체크아웃 후에도 짐을 무료로 맡아주셨어요
숙소 위치는 지하철역에서 3분거리라 되게 편했습니다. 보르게시 공원이 바로 앞이고 명품거리도 바로 앞이라 걸어다니기 좋았어요
숙소건물 뒷편에 까르푸도 있어서 이것저것 사기도 편했어요
들어오는 방법은 맥도날드옆에 파스타집있는데 바로옆문이에요.(입장방법 아래에) 건물들어오면 쭉 걸어와서 왼쪽(Scala C)으로 가신다음에 수동엘레베이터 타고 3층으로 가시면 됩니다.(수동 엘레베이터 약간 해리포터 느낌나서 재밌었어요)
숙소는 되게 깨끗했습니다 청소도 잘되어있고 화장실도 냄새하나 안나고 너무 좋았어요
에어컨도 잘나와서 밖에 나가기 싫을정도였어요ㅎㅎ
조식포함 예약을 했었는데 체크인하고나면 테이블에 아침식사로 먹고싶은 것을 체크하도록 하는 종이가 하나 있더라구요. 체크해서 카운터에 드리고 아침식사 시간(7:30~10:30) 사이에 방에서 전화드리면 트롤리에 아침식사 담아서 가져다주십니다. 진짜 이탈리아에서 해보고싶던거 다 하게 해주셔요 ㅠㅠ
그리고 안드레아라는 주인 아저씨 진짜 왕 친절합니다. 모든 편의 다 봐주시려고 하시고 요청하는거 다 들어주시고 물어보는거 친절하게 다 대답해주십니다. 맛집도 추천해주시는데 짱맛..ㅠㅠ

Incredible place to stay in Rome! Far superior to a traditional hotel room, and adding the breakfast option was an incredible bonus to our stay. Great location near Metro, bus, taxi and all that Piazza del Popolo has to offer. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Rome - 5 star in every way!

I can not say enough positive things about this property. The location is great. Not as close to some of the main tourist attractions as other hotels (which we liked since it was our second stay in Rome) but still very convenient if you want to see them. You can easily walk to many restaurants and shops. It also has a taxi line close and the metro is right outside of the building. The decor and extra attention to details are remarkable. The owner was wonderful and you get breakfast delivered to your room. If we make it back to Rome I will try to book with Casa Montani.

The location was perfect and the checkin was seamless. Andrea is wonderful, so kind and he (and the rest of the staff) went above and beyond to make my trip comfortable. I hurt my foot on a post in the bedroom and had to rest it for a day. Andrea kindly went to get me medicine from the pharmacy and food from outside as i couldn’t walk. I found this so thoughtful and I was very grateful. He also has excellent chat. I will definitely stay at Casa Montani again next time I’m in Rome.

Just got home from 3 nights in Rome, and the hotel was magical. The rooms and building were beautiful and so clean, the comfiest bed and great service with breakfast delivered to the room every morning. The location couldn’t have been any better, just a short walk through Piazza Popolo to the shops, restaurants and iconic Roman monuments. Would 100% recommend this hotel, will definitely pass on to relatives and friends looking to visit Rome

Casa Montani is a hotel/apartment combo- the room feels like an apartment and was very comfortable, and there isn't a lobby per se like at a hotel. The room was unbelievably quiet considering the location (Which is on a busy street with a bus stop adjacent)- if you are taking the Metro it couldn't be more convenient--and you are outside the walls of the city but right by the Borghese gardens and Piazza Popolo. The proprietors were extremely friendly and the woman who delivered the breakfast was so cheerful and kind. Great and comfortable place, especially if you want to be in the campo fiori neighborhood. Do note that there aren't a lot of charming places right near by-- you have to walk back into the city walls.

Wonderful guest house, beautifully decorated room and very clean. Andrea and the house cleaning staff made us feel very welcome. Probably the most comfortable bed we have slept in so far in Italy. Wonderful breakfast that was brought to your room. Andrea’s recommendations for site visiting and restaurants was spot on especially the restaurant Babette which is a must. Location was perfect with the tram and the subway right outside the door which we used to go to the colosseum, Olympic Stadium for the football/soccer game and the Train Terminal. Also within walking distance to the Vatican City and away from all the crowds. Andrea and Charlotte were very helpful too when I lost my phone/wallet in cab before we left and would like to you again for all your help. Will definitely stay here again.

A fabulous boutique hotel in a great location near Villa Borghese. Every detail has been considered, from the huge, comfy bed, sound proofed walls and Diptique products to the delicious continental breakfast delivered to your room every morning (we ate ours on the room’s balcony).. The staff are attentive but discreet and give local tips on restaurants and sightseeing upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel/guest house was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived Andrea and the house keeping staff made us feel welcome and were very friendly making us feel at home for our stay. The staff here is perhaps the friendliest group of people I have ever encountered in all my years of traveling. They took 10-15 minutes to go over a map of the city with us after check in to show us all of the places we should eat, shop and sightsee. It was very helpful and thoughtful.

Was blown away by my stay here. Not only the level of friendless and service, but also the room accommodations and location. The location was just far away from the center of tourists but literally across the street from the Piazza Popolo. One of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I loved the intimacy of the town house, the comfort and modernness of the rooms, and especially the breakfast service. Now I see why Casa Montani gets such high marks.

The street outside was noisy but the moment the window was closed and the AC kicked in, it became a cool, calm haven.
