It was amazing experience from statrt to end. We got our room changed to a king size with a balacony. I believe it was the GM buiit he is a class act, remembered our names and through out the stay made sure we had a good time. Access to the beach, the tiki bar and restaurant are excellent.

The carpet felt sticky, the staff was very helpful after a problem with my room she was able to find me a nicer room with a partial ocean view and she always referred to me by name which was very kind. The pool situation was terrible, no one was monitoring the people drinking alcohol with children inside the pool, the adults drinking never left the pool to use a restroom while the drinking continued non stop. Children were not being monitored. There were not enough seats for the amount of people there. There was one gentleman walking around the pool area asking to see everyone's blue resort bands, all they did was point at their bags but he never saw the bands, the same gentleman walked over to the bar an alcoholic drink while working. He was an cranky looking older man with glasses and a mustache. There were many outside people at the pool with alcohol in the back of their pickup trucks. The pool restroom was a trailer in the parking lot with only two restrooms and smelled awful. The only great experience was the front desk woman and the restaurant, the food and drinks were great.

Our room had an adjoining room and we could hear every word, children being very loud, etc, it sounded as if they were in our room. Kept us awake til after 10 PM after a long day of traveling. For the price we paid to have a view of the parking lot and the noise from the next room it was very disappointing. We have stayed there twice before and had a great stay. So if they try to put you in the ADA room, just pass.

She had a lot of local suggestions and was just very nice. We were in town to see a concert at the amphitheater and the hotels location was convenient for the concert as well

Bathrooms for pool area was a portable bathroom.

our only *issue* was we asked mid-way through our stay for our front hall/bathroom to be swept. As far as i could tell it was not- not the end of the world. As the hotel is on the beach sand is expected. Staff was amazing, Bar area was very nice- bar area very nice. We only had breakfast our last morning and it was very good (as i am from New Hampshire i wish they had real maple syrup lol) This was our second time at this property and loved how they are pet friendly- sooooooo sooooo many dogs!!! Loved it

But other than that everything was ok.in room.
Also not having continental breakfast was a first for us . We really missed that. Most hotels now have very nice breakfast for the patrons.

Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Poolside room steps away from pool and beach. Clean rooms. On site restaurant was amazing. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner items...all were great. Trivia nights in the bar were fun, wish they had something every night. Only suggestions were keep the tiki bar open later, only had live music one of the four nights we stayed. And the gift shop had great clothing options, and stuff for kiddos, but wished they had a small amenities section...just for forgotten items. But minor changes, overall great time, great food, great staff!

The negative to me was it wasn't gated... saw a few locals making the outside/pool area busy. You get a wristband for pool access but no one ever checked for it.

My first room I had to move from, it had a horrid order, dirty toilet and a shower curtain that looked like it had been used as TP. My new room was beautiful, however it had fly’s in the bathroom sink, assuming they were drain fly’s I didn’t say anything until I checked out. The staff was very apologetic and helpful. My daughter’s room was perfect. We would go back! Beautiful area and trivia night was fun.

Totally right choice for getaway!! Really great all-around experience. Has everything you need and lots of great outdoor seating areas. People and puppy friendly. Dining area great and food fresh and reasonably priced. Loved the poolside entertainment for happy hour - just right music and volume to be able to socialize and still have live music. Beach is clean and easy access. We even walked on beach one night to local restaurant just 15 minute walk. Only surprise was from booking with Expedia - it was described as "full balcony" room when only partial balcony was available and what we stayed in but a great room with view of ocean still. Highly recommend this resort!

My wife and iwent restaurant to eat. Greeter took a while to come. A caucasian family came up and then she came out toseat us. Grant it, we were waiting for a while. She sat us and our server asked her who gets served 1st, she sent the waitress to their table 1st. I dont like to feel discriminated against. I told her never mind. I thought my money was green not black and white. Her excuss was they rotate their servers. If so, they could've rotated the server to my table. We got up and left. We will bot sta6 there never again.

Rooms are clean, but dated. I feel like I always get a less desirable room because I use this site. Our room was by elevator and a very noisy, much used at 6 am ice machine. And we were put as far away from the beach and pool as possible. Poor room assignment and/or poor layout happens so often I am reconsidering using third party sites in future.
Staff is nice. No charge to park car, so nice for a change since parking is. It usually included in overall costs. Pool and bar available and near beach. Drinks watery and pool smaller for the number people who were using it and it not high season. Best feature of hotel is that it is directly connected beautiful beach!! We did not eat at restaurant. Many lounge areas that looked nice.

This so called Resort was a big disappointment. Guy Harvey should be ashamed to put his name on this hotel. It is run down and dated. It's stuck in the nineties. Our room smelled some what like a sewer, the carpet was filthy. The bathroom was also dirty. The toilet did not flush. The maid service only replaced towels and tended the beds. They do not actually clean or vaccum the rooms. The lobby and sitting area furniture are worn out. The pool area was ok and you do not get poolside service from the bar. You have to go get your own drinks. On the plus side, the beach is beautiful and staff are friendly. I will never stay here again.

We stayed for spring break for three nights April 6-8 and unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities but the pool tiki bar and fire pit area all looks great. It was just way too windy and cold for us to really experience them :(

These rooms are very falsely advertised. The bathrooms are so gross. Our tub was not clean and had build up on the drain. There was also hair in the tub. We asked if it could be cleaned, they said they’d send house keeping up. All they did was take out the trash and make the beds. The toilet and trashcan were so gross as well in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom has been painted so many times (probably to cover up how old it is) the door would crack every time you open it. You can walk in and just feel how old the rooms are. Our room had leak spots on the ceiling. Lastly, the walls are PAPER thin. I heard everyone’s phone call business in the hall. We only came back to the room to shower and sleep so we made due. Parking was free so that was nice at least.
