The room was clean and very simple. However, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. At one point, water was barely coming out of the shower head. A couple of the towels were stained. Overall, though, it was a decent deal for a last minute holiday trip.
Jennifer
When we checked in the room had flying bugs in there and multiple people we smoking out front of doors. The breakfast was going to be a small continental breakfast. The room was supposed to be walking distance to beach but it was not. We asked to cancel the reservation and the front desk staff said she would have owner do that for no fee which was great.
David
Basic clean rooms nothing fancy but worked.

Friendly staff, immaculate rooms. Location was great. Short walk to beach, great restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance as well. Will definitely stay again.

I appreciate the proximity to the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Pool area is well kept. Rooms are a little dated but nothing to really worry about.
Sofiia
Everything was great! The staff was very helpful with replacing our key card when my mom and I locked ourselves out of the room. The property is clean as well as the pool. The only thing that we were missing were some hooks for our towels and the towels had a couple long hairs on them. Can’t say anything in terms of breakfast because we were sleeping in pretty late.
Parking was free and we were able to park our car right outside where we could see it from our window which was pretty nice.

Close to beaches. Noisy AC. Broken flush on toilet tank. TV broken. Brought another one. Cleaning crew not to pro standards. Advertised breakfast poor quality and diversity. Not going again that’s for sure.
Rebecca
The staff were very nice. Room was clean. This is NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE HOTEL. My wife has alot of respiratory issues! Some stuff that doesn't trouble others can put her in the hospital for a week. The hotel didn't stink so that was not the problem. Anyway after we tried a couple rooms they said we could be refunded and go elsewhere. Then Hotels.com were unbelievable about the refund after the hotel had released it. That's the complaint part hotels.com.
Savannah
Pool was very clean
Christian
Les draps/couvertures n' étaient pas ce que j' ai vu de plus propre. La chambre sentait l' humidité. Un des employés m'a dit que c'était comme ça partout en Floride....
Je suis pas convaincu de ça.

Booked one night and ended up staying for three. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Nathan
Not the best place I’ve ever stayed but not the worst. Could definitely use some deep cleaning and a remodel. Our room had an odd and very distinct smell, and there was an envelope in the room welcoming someone by a different name than us. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for cheap for a night, but definitely not the kind of place to stay for a full on vacation.
Laura
Great place for a quick trip.

Kasey
The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed slept well. More, fluffy pillows would have been nice. Also, more than one washcloth would be good too. Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best.
Randall
Location was great. Within walking distance of beach. Was miles of pretty much anything you need as far as restaurants & shop. Staff extremely friendly. I just needed a place to sleep so it was perfect for my overnight stay
Christina

Room was clean enough, housekeeping was right on it when i asked for a small problem to be remedied. Staff was friendly and responded quickly! Parking was perfect! A/C was more than adequate.
Cherie
Right from the beginning the gentleman, who I assume was the manager was speaking so respectful and nice to his staff and they showed respect back. Very impressed by that!
He then was so nice as he checked us in.
Very nice and comfortable room. We think they have been renovating. New floors and pain. Not a lot furniture in room, but for one night it was fine. Would stay there again.

The room was fine. The staff was great. The breakfast is iffy at best.
They need to have a pancake machine or french, toast, or something.Eating oatmeal or having a honey bun or muffin is not much of a breakfast

Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable...What more could you ask for? (other amenities offered: Continental breakfast, blowdryer, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.)
Molly
My stay at America’s Best Value Inn Ocean Inn was enjoyable and convenient, especially for a quick beach trip. The room was great – super comfortable with a supportive mattress that made for restful nights. I loved the thoughtful amenities like soaps, makeup remover, and plenty of towels provided.
Location-wise, it’s a winner: within easy walking distance to the beach, and there’s a fantastic donut shop right across the street – perfect for a sweet treat!
Breakfast was on the lighter side, without hot options, but it didn’t bother us much since we had an early appointment and my daughter preferred the donuts anyway.
Overall, solid value and comfort – I’d recommend it for a no-fuss coastal getaway!

Great value! Good clean room - good bed-no issues. Breakfast was a bit sparse but expected at this price point!

Yolanda
The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk guy was very friendly and accommodating. He even gave us some recommendations for late-night dinner. Everyone ee encountered was professional and kind. The AC was not the best, the room was comfortable but not cold. The water pressure was low but overall, it was a nice place to stay, and the hot water never ran out, which is a plus for me. Overall, we had a good experience. I would definitely go again.
David
