We enjoyed our stay at CR. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Sonja was wonderful. Our only complaint would be that the AC system was incredibly loud when on in the room. We would stay here again. Location was great!

This hotel was beautiful. The interior is so nice and the pool was great. Our room was okay! we did find a large palmetto bug adventuring our room late at night. Although my daughter and myself were both traumatized by its size, We have heard from friends that they are very common in florida. So maybe be prepared for such creatures of the area. 😅 other than that we had no issues at all! The facility in total was great. My daughter loved the pool! We spent a majority of our time in it.

Must pay too much for parking and thermostat is like a nightlight at night. Staff was nice and the hotel is comfortable and clean. Overall, would be a good choice for a week or less.

Mattresses were lumpy and firm. Hard to get a good night's sleep. We loved everything else but sadly we will not stay again - the mattresses were that bad.

At least for both of us. We don't have a lot of body fat so it might work for some one with more padding. And like I said everything else was terrific.

It was a great hotel if you are looking for that boutique feel. Not a large hotel, but great staff and amenities. Steps away from the beach and right on A1A where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minute drive to historic downtown area. Pool area was fine, but with a smaller hotel, not many guests were there the same time, making it great for our family. It was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was wonderful. No complaints about size, quality, or service. I thought the price was fair for the amount of food offered. The only complaint was the room coffee maker was broke and never replaced, although we only mentioned it once because they do offer free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, so it didn't bother us. Overall, a nice stay and would be happy to stay again.

Would be a full 5 stars except the shower water only got warm. Talked with the front desk about it an they were very helpful and talked to the maintenance crew. Unfortunately it never got fixed but we were only there for one night so one lukewarm shower wasn't too bad. Other than that hotel is beautiful and we had a massive room.

Room was very spacious, shower was great but no water pressure.
Thought breakfast was a bit pricey so 2nd day we went somewhere else for breakfast. Think we would choose somewhere else to stay next time.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.I would recommend it and will stay there again. The outside pool area could have been better maintained. The cushions on some of the lounges were quite dirty. It is Florida and it did rain every afternoon we were there so that definitely didn't help. Overall it was a good stay.

The restaurant seemed out of place and rarely open. We did not try it while there because of how many other restaurants were within walking distance.

The location cannot be beat. You are right in the middle of the touristy A1A area and have so many options within half a mile walk either directions. The beach is also right there - maybe 100 feet. The boardwalk is also only a few minutes walking.

I know charging for parking is common in St. Augustine but it felt excessive for the hotel to have a $20/per night resort fee and a $20 parking fee.

Very nice place to stay with good location. Very clean and well maintained. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have hot water at the bathroom sink. For some reason it only came in Luke warm although the shower was always hot.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with tissues. It would have been a perfect stay except for that.

The room was spacious. The pillows weren’t our favorite. The view wasn’t that intriguing but the worst part is spending over $200 for the room and being woken up by racket. Must have been the laundry room? Continuous noise followed by a bang occasionally. It was so annoying this am.

I would not recommend it to anyone. We sweat in our room due to the air conditioning not working properly. We requested our room to be serviced 4 times in two days with nobody ever coming. We had dirty beds, dirty towels, trash overflowing the whole stay. They did not keep beach towels stocked so we had to use our room towels that were already dirty. The spa did not work. Absolutely poor service.

Our room was newly but cheaply renovated. The washroom had a bad smell, there was no screen on the balcony door so we couldn’t leave it open, and the sink didn’t drain properly. Overall, it was not worth the money.

The overall property looks like it’s going to be very nice, but we had multiple issues. The main issue is there was no hot water for 2 days.

It was a cold week and them having no hot water was genuinely terrible and the hotel did not care. They had their maintenance guy trying to fix it instead of a professional which I’m sure led to the delay and they didn’t offer any way to try and make it right. Just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry about it.

On top of that, we found 3 roaches in our towels. The water pressure was low & warm at best the first day before the hot water broke. Housekeeping didn’t do anything to our room outside of swapping towels.

The last things wouldn’t have motivated me to write a review but the hot water was infuriating and the hotels lack of initiative to try and make it right.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast area great and the lobby, the room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea view.
The staff are friendly.
The gym was also a very well equipped gym.
Problems: housekeeping needs serious improvement, they don't have enough staff so rooms are not cleaned on time.
The restaurant does not operate between breakfast time and 5pm so you spend the whole day at the pool without any drinks or food. Kind of silly to expect your guests to order Deliveroo when you have a beautiful pool open all year.
Gym was never replenished with towels and some days had no water either.
The bathroom had a constant bad smell of drainage and water pressure was very poor.

Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back.
