Great property, close to the beach.
Bruce
My $600 Mountain Bike was stolen from the back of my truck the first of 3 nights there. I was VERRY UPSET but the Hotel has NO outside security so to claim that they are and we’re not responsible for my loss!! I did enjoy my stay but it made for a very difficult decision to write this. I will not be staying there again due to the Hotel negligence on security measures due to my loss. The pool was clean and room was nice. I just did not expect the result from my loss. I actually bought the bike just for the trip. lol it had never been ridden and I still have a 1 year repair on it in which I simply cannot get. My bad. I guess is what I was told.
Karen
All wonderful
Heather
Clean, staff friendly.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The distance from the beach is what sold it to me. There’s a little bit of everything within walking distance. Highly recommend it.

$15 per day to “self park” on their property. WHAT? First time I ever had to do that. Park down on the street, it’s free. Breakfast, ok, but $$ was a bit high for this hotel, not a restaurant just an open area in front of hotel. Over all nice clean hotel, nice staff but I’d try another place next time.
Erica
It was great!!

While I am not sure how old this property is or if it has always been a Hilton Garden, but it clearly has undergone room restoration and renovation. However, it felt like Hilton took a band-aid approach with the renovation to the rooms. The room felt chopped and lack cohesion. Craftsmanship was lacking, especially with the tile work in the bathrooms. It did not have the aura of the Hilton brand. I had higher expectations.
Randy
The staff was amazing and accommodating
Angela
Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Had a great stay. Block away from the beach. Can't beat it!

Helena
The room was clean. All staff friendly. Even recommended restaurants

Another paid/only parking charge of $15. irritating.
Hilton hotel is coming all varieties, this one is near the bottom. Old, tired, and not inexpensive.

Great staff and location by beach!
Elizabeth
I was very disappointed that I had to pay for parking and that I had to pay for breakfast most hotels at a complementary breakfast especially a Hilton with the rate you charge for rooms that I really know better than any other hotel and charging for parking I think that’s terrible. I will never stay here again when I come to Saint Augustine I know I can do much better for the price with better amenities.
Vernon
The place was pristine and the staff were consumate proffesionals. My only issue was with the TV and phone service. The in room TV barely worked and the phone system was down. But if those issues were resolved, the trip would have been perfect. I would highly recommend a stay here if visiting St. Agustine. Also, I recommend the breakfast they serve.
Spencer
Room was clean. Air-conditioning worked well.

Have to give a shout out to Delaine at the Frontdesk. She went above and beyond to help us locate a missing item. Excellent Customer Service. Can’t thank her enough for the time and effort she spent locating our missing item. Well done - five star hiring.

I logged several concerns with our room (331). Bathroom door made horrible noise when closing. The curtains were all messed up and wouldn't close. We were near a light pole (outside) so the light made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The front desk staff was very sorry for these issues and waved the parking fee.

Clean, comfortable room. Accommodating to us and our little doggy. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will be staying here every time we come to town! Job well done, guys. Thank you. :)
Teressa
Excellent room for the price.
Shannon
Great overall. Treadmills were out of order and lobby coffee/tea were always lukewarm/cold are only negatives.
Robert
Clean room!
susan
Room was ok. Bathroom cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. There were some black spots in shower that were easily cleaned. I didn’t know if they were chips or not. Nope mold. Hotel location was great across the street from a great breakfast place and a block from the beach. Parking was expensive.
alejandro
All good. Nice place
Jordon
Clean, great location, staff is amazing, would definitely stay there again!
Claire
In the Hilton ad it said that the Hilton Garden offered breakfast BUT there was a cost. The offerings were limited. This must be new to your company.
Imus
We had a pleasant stay while in St Augustine

It should has rooms available were not allowed pets of the rooms are not well cleaned

Parking was convinient
Robert
Clean nice hotel, staff was great, definitely will stay there again,
Lauri
Very clean. Room as advertised.
Sedrick
Room was clean and staff were helpful
Harikleia
They charged us $15 for parking for one night , something unheard off, and they charged for breakfast. These paid services were not posted on their website when we booked the room. Parking and breakfast should be free. The room was fine and the shower had plenty of hot water. However, the shower curtain was too short and narrow, causing the water to splash all over the tile floor and sink. At night , it was too noisy with people going in and out , slamming the doors. We didn’t sleep well and woke up with migraines. We will not stay there again and we will not recommend it. Thank you.
Erica
The room was clean and spacious however it's not the beach and the pictures make it seem as if it were. Also the upgrade for the garden tub I picked because it was my husband birthday but it doesn't have jets in it. Hannah was very nice and accommodating just wish it had the jets for tub other than it was a nice stay
mary
very clean and spacious rooms, the whole hotel was clean and Staff was all friendly and helpful.
Israel
Rooms were a little tired. Could use a renovation. But the location was excellent with good restaurants in walking distance.
Dora
Big, clean room; nice pleasant and helpful; great hotel location

excelente atención..

This hotel needs an upgrade. Our room is not clean daily as promised. Our comforters were not clean. It is disappointing to pay for parking and breakfast when you are paying this much for a hotel room. We are Marriott people and plan to return there.
Mary
Very spacious and clean rooms
Amy
We did not order breakfast.
Debra
Yes, everything was as I expected.
My only complaint is, the water pressure of the shower was awful.

Upon arrival, we were given a room that had a warning tag on the door that said that an ozone machine was being used to clean the room. Rather than change your room, as we asked for, the front desk agent, removed the sign and removed the machinery, but did not let the room ventilate. Immediately upon entering, one of my guests had an asthma attack. We were told if we let it vent for a few hours, that the smell would disappear and everything would be fine. After spending a few hours in the city, we came back to our hotel and nothing had changed. We had gone to a new front desk agent who immediately changed our room with urgency, as this seems to be a concern to her.
Our new room had no concerns – however, I did reach out to Hilton customer service to share our less than appropriate arrival experience. They shared that the property offered a one night refund for our inconvenience. However, the Hotels.com customer service team reached out to the hotel on my behalf, as I had not received any compensation, and their team shared that they did not issue a refund.
Overall, a very disappointing experience from a customer service front, but the room is suffice if you’re trying to get to downtown St Augustine and the beach during your trip.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was not free but available at a cost. Girl at check in was less that enthusiastic but the rest of the time they were great. I even had a maintence employee help me out with a situation that he was more than pleaset with.
Armand
room clean
Chante
The first room smelled of mold/mildew the AC was running but the room was hot. Moved to another room and it was ok. I paid for a second room for my parents. The toilet had to be played with to flush and the shower wasn’t clean. Front desk said they would send housekeeping up the next morning. They never arrived.
William
Clean room and convenient location
Melissa
Staff was very helpful. I left something behind and they mailed to me. THANK YOU!
George
The hotel needs improvement. Short staff rooms are outdated, not worth the money we paid to stay at a Hilton.
John
Good room, comfy tub. The night audit woman was very kind and helpful. Due to everything being inside it felt very much like a home away from home.
Michele
Room was clean, garden tub was AMAZING with the cooler weather. It was our first visit to St Augustine and the beginning was a bit bumpy but the manager Joe and his staff made our stay an incredible one!!! The guys making the fresh “made to order” breakfast were great and the front desk people were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personally stay again if we come back to St Augustine!
chris
Clean room and very nice staff.
Norman
Did not eat breakfast in hotel. A/C unit worked good.
Darryl
Room wasn’t ready on time. Had to wait over an hour in th lobby past check in time
Kendall
Staff was friendly. Great location
Ashley
Hotel is definitely in need of some TLC. Did not feel like a Hilton at all, but more like a motel. Bathroom has no ventilation and smelled of mildew with signs of issues around the baseboards. Check-in began at 3:00 and we arrived around 3:45 to allow a little extra time to avoid other arrivals. I was 2nd in line and waited in line for 25 minutes to check in only to be told our room wasn’t ready. Then waited while front desk worked with housekeeping to figure out if it was ready. The line behind me formed to around 20 more guests and the lobby was full. I was told I had to wait and allow everyone else to go ahead of me. My family and I waited over an hour and the entire lobby cleared out to finally be told our room was almost ready and they were waiting on linens to be finished. Front desk did wave the parking fee, but overall the check-in and overall hotel experience was not what we expected out of Hilton.
Angel
Room good is good and clean but the checkin was horrible, we did a late checkin and the person there do no had a good day for sure.
Nancy
Walked into reception. Very friendly. Received 2 keys 2 bottles of water. 1 room key didn't work. Wanted to pour water in cup in room. ZERO cups. 2 coffee lids only. Went to dry hands. 5 wash clothes 2 large towels. No hand towels. 1/2 roll of toilet paper only. Bed sheets were not even put on bed correctly. Pillows were flat as pancakes. For the price we paid for our room is was definitely not worth it. I've stayed in many hotel rooms. Never again a Hilton. Some type of refund should most certainly granted.
Location was good. Nice restaurant next door.

Gianmarco
Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable room, safe environment.
Dave
Outdated. Bed old and hard Phone to downstairs not working. Told breakfast was 9.99 and was 12.99. Not what expect and used to at Hilton property.
Dayana
Room not clean and really bad smell
Sterling
Front desk staff at check in were not friendly
Venus
For the price per night, breakfast should be included. Paying to park in standard parking lot around the hotel is ridiculous.

The staff is very kindly and welcoming. The room smelled damp and the air conditioning did not cool very well. On the other hand, the adjoining rooms are not even remotely soundproof—you can hear people walking right in front of your door. The gym is well equipped and clean, but the air conditioning was not working.

Room was not clean. You could see the carpet was not clean and dust in AC vents. We were not able to close bathroom door.
Mike
Clean rooms and lobby. Have to walk 1 block to beach but no problem

Out of the five days we stayed there only two staff members took the time to smile at us and say hello. Upon our arrival I was met by Matthew who was not in a good mood and was less than nice. The hotel itself was older but the carpets were stained and the walls dirty. We had an issue with our fridge and Shelby the front desk clerk told us that it’s more of a cooler than a fridge and ignored me. I had to come back the next day and a different clerk helped me.

The room was clean, however there was no bar of soap on the bathroom vanity. And when we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor all you could smell was a strong odor of marijuana as you went down the hallway! Other than that, everything was good! Desk clerk very pleasant!
