We loved our stay, we got one of the town houses that have two levels. I would stay here again. We had drainage issues with our jacuzzi and they were able to move us the moment I notified them. If you for some reason you need ground level request that because my two story started on the second level. There is only a microwave and coffee maker, you have to provide your own milk and creamer if you dont like powder. Breakfast is delivered to you, my family of 4 was alotted 8 items ranging in sausage biscuts to me only having a boiled egg and bagel. If you like more variety bring your own to store in the mini fridge. Those are my only bugaboos, there are plenty of restraunts around and yes the beach is in the backyard, there is a villa between you and the beach but I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is quaint and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's own private beach is awesome and because the number of patrons is low the place is peaceful. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. You only get to choose between a sausage biscuit, bagel, yogurt, boiled egg, and muffin. You only had one choice for drinks and that was orange juice. It was terrible. Aside from this, the place was great for me.

THE GOOD: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good...what you would typically expect from a \"free\" breakfast, and it is delivered to your door. We had a balcony, \"ocean view\" room, and our friends were in a \"regular\" room. The breakfast menus for the \"free\" food were different. We had a few extra and better choices. The pool and pool area were very clean and very nice with newer chairs and loungers. The grounds were neat and well maintained. We thought we selected a beachside hotel. It's not as close as the pictures perceive it. However, the walk on the boardwalk was not that bad. There is a miniature golf course next to the hotel. Very nice course...we played twice!
THE NOT SO GOOD: The only real complaint we had was with the room service. On the days we didn't have our \"do not disturb\" sign on the door (2 days out of 6), they delivered the towels, but just set them on the desk or TV stand. We've never been to a hotel where they didn't put the towels away on the rack. My wife had to go to the office on the other 4 days to get coffee restocked, toilet paper, and tissues. The hotel manager leaves a lot to be desired with excuses for everything. Would we go back? Possibly, but highly recommend the balcony rooms (there's only 8 - 4 up and 4 down.

Very clean budget motel on the beach. It has the feel of a motel due to the layout. The room was very clean, although it had a musty smell. I needed to go out to buy an air freshener for the room. I had a king size bed, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The coffee pot in my room did not work. But there was free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included and deliver to room at a time of your choosing. It consisted of Yoplait yogurt, a muffin and juice. You also had the option for a boiled egg or bagel. When I checked in the receptionist gave me a tour of the motel by pointing to areas in a map. This was helpful. I asked if they had beach chairs and was told no. I drove up the street to CVS to get a chair. On the walkway to the beach is a sign of a company that rents chairs and umbrellas with the phone number. I wished the receptionist had informed me of this option. The pool is nothing fancy, but there are lounge chairs and a shaded area with tables and chairs. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the waters edge. There are no bathrooms on the beach and 4X4 vehicles are permitted to drive in the beach. It’s an 8 minute walk to the intersection where restaurants are. I highly recommend this motel for an affordable stay in St Augustine, Florida.

This property is very much overpriced. They charge $25 a day for beach access, while there is free beach access a short walk from the hotel. They have a small outdoor pool. The rooms are very small, There was only room for one night stand, the bed was literally 1 foot from the wall on the window side. Breakfast in the morning was extremely limited and had to be ordered in advance and was delivered to the room by a very nice person, but a tip was expected. Each guest is offered 1 sausage biscuit,1 hard boiled egg, one small orange juice, and there was coffee in the room to make your own coffee. There was also the option of a tiny muffin cake or scone, however you could only select two items and one juice, so if you want a muffin or scone you can't get either the biscuit or the cold hard boiled egg.

Classic Florida beach resort that has been well maintained. Superb beach access via an exclusive scenic walkway. Well located for many activities and venues in St Augustine Beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We went for a concert at the Amphitheatre,about 10 minutes away and stayed for another night to enjoy the area. Will definitely stay there again when we return.

It was a perfect trip. The front desk person was so sweet and helpful. We loved our stay here and would come again. Location to the beach was amazing. Pool was great. We loved that the hotel provided pool/beach towels. Location was nice, everything we needed was so close. Oh and the breakfast was great. We loved the mini scones.

Let me start by saying the staff are amazing and very friendly. The pool was simple but lovely, with very nice lounge chairs. Easy access to a beautiful beach, mini golf right next door, short walk to great restaurants. The breakfast was better than expected, scones, bagels, muffins, arriving warm. Parking was easy and free.
The rooms are dated and very small, but they were clean. The air conditioning worked great the room was very comfortable, temperature-wise.

We had an amazing time and the staff was very attentive and allowed us to get a parking pass so we could swim in the pool and the beach while we waited for our room. We got checked in early also. The only thing that we didn’t like was the beds the are not very comfortable especially the pullout beds. But other than that it was an amazing quick Easter stay.

The property was very well kept, I loved the landscaping! The pool was warm and the breakfast every morning was perfect. The coffee in the lobby was a great addition as well.

The rooms were very clean. The pool is heated to 84° and open year round! We had a ocean view balcony, and never wanted to leave. Staff bring your selected breakfast to your room at a time of your choosing. Less expensive than other chains, and by far way better experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We felt like family.

Downside… we arrived early from our flight and asked to checked in early. They let us check in 1.5 hours early even though our room sat cleaned and empty since the time we arrived. Also asked to check out a bit late (offered to pay extra) but said they could only accommodate by 1 hour. Again, several rooms sat empty during this time.

The only good thing I have to say is the lady at the front was nice and the location was good. We didn't even wind up staying bc of the overpowering odor in the room. It wreaked of mildew so bad and i have severe allergies and asthma. We booked 3 nights and they wouldn't refund the full amount which i feel they should have considering we couldn't even stay one night. I do Not recommend this place!

This property is stunning! We had a deluxe suite partial ocean view. The room was immaculate! My only complaint was the AC/heat. Staff were amazing, Property was amazing. Everything was well kept and it was very quiet. We are definitely making this our go to when visiting the amphitheater. Love it here!

Coms:The delivery of breakfast in a basket is a quaint touch, but more than 2 items and 1 beverage choice per person is lacking, even for a continental breakfast. The walls are thin, so loud voices and TV’s in adjoining rooms can be disturbing when trying to sleep. Beach chair rentals and umbrella prices are too high for those who can’t bring those items with them when flying.
However, the overall price point is worth it for a place right on the beach and I will continue to stay when available.

Heated pool, a short walk to the beach, the only downside was it states “free breakfast included” that’s misleading!!!! They handed me a paper which included very very limited choices for that “free breakfast” you may choose 2 items each person and only orange juice. For example 1.bagel 2. Boiled egg 3. Muffin with nuts and coconut. 4.biscuit 5.scone NO milk No cereal (kids) NO fresh fruit. So for those traveling with kids or food allergies don’t book this place based on free breakfast :) also you get that delivered to your room:( NO restaurant or cafeteria:(

We booked this hotel because of continental breakfast & ocean view. For breakfast you had room delivery & could only pick two items per person. A bagel, 1-boiled egg, extra small muffin, or yogurt. Orange juice that tasted terrible. There was no ocen view & a long way to walk to beach. We pd ahead of time & ck in they wanted to charge more. Good thing I had my paper work with. Office wasn't friendly at all. Ck out didn't even ask if you enjoyed your stay or thank you. Floors dirty so you had to wash the bottom of your feet everyday. Asked them to wash floors but didnt. We were there for 8-days. Very disappointed! Wouldn't recommend. There's a lot of hotels down thr street to book besides this one. We felt fake advertising w/ocean view, cleanliness & continental breakfast.

Location, rooms were clean. Pool was excellent. Perfect walk to the beach, don’t even have to walk off property. Coffee, smoothie and wrap shop nearby. Loved walking out to the beach and being able to walk to other roads and establishments, could and did just walk down the road… but the beach walking was better!
