The lobby is very pretty. The rooms are very basic. The ensuite washer dryer unit is great though for convenience. There are quite a few cute bars and restaurants around the area, which is nice.

The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake.

We traveled as a group of 10 but my family specifically was a family of 4 consisting of myself, my wife and our 2 children (15 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter). We had a room to ourselves with 1 king bed, 1 twin bed and 1 twin sofa bed. It was a tight fit but it's nothing we aren't unaccustomed to and we make it work. The room had all stated necessary amenities. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and polite. My son and I made use of the small but efficient gym, and my wife and daughter enjoyed the pool area. We did not eat on the property. There are 2 malls within walking distance for shopping or food. And there are plenty of places to eat or get coffee or tea nearby. It rained the last 2 days we were there but you may borrow an umbrella from the front door and can navigate the tunnels and covered areas so you don't really get wet. Or you can call a Grab to take you where you want to go under the hotels overhang area.

Quick checkin. Everyone was polite and professional. Room is spacious. Lobby is beautifully decorated. We were on the 23rd floor but could still hear the traffic noise in our bedroom. Living room and kitchen area had a mildewy smell. Not sure if that came from the washer/dryer. Hotel was far from the old quarters and there were limited restaurants walking distance nearby.

I was so surprised when I arrived in this hotel. Considering the cheap price I paid, I wasn't expecting a very nice hotel. I was very wrong. One of the nicest hotels in Hanoi, built with Japanese influence and attention to detail. This apartment-hotel is in the West Lake village, with plenty of foreigners (Korean, Japanese). Nice amenities (swimming pool, sauna, children room, golf simulator, yoga studio, gym). Studio size room is very functional. Can cook simple meals, and has washing machine-dryer combo. The area was quiet. Not too many local food choices around, but the Old Quarter is only a 15 minute taxi ride away.

Very grateful and appreciative of the staff being so helpful and caring after injuring my ankle while in Hanoi. They went out of their way to arrange me crutches and bandages on a Sunday... something that would’ve been very difficult to arrange on my own. Hotel and facilities itself are very good too.

The hotel is located in west lake area where only 20 min from airport. There are many shops and restaurants on the ground floor.

The room AC was not on when we arrived which is a very bad thing in always hot Hanoi. The room took sometime to cool down. The room was very large. Two bedrooms: one small room with twin beds; one large master bedroom with attached large bathroom. Another bathroom was attached to the living area.
The sofa and chair in the living area are too short for most western folks. The remote for the TV in the living room area was missing the batteries and it took nearly two hours to get new ones. There was no room service menu in the room.
The master bedroom do not have proper blackout curtains. It only has a roll down blind which was completely inadequate for the blazing afternoon sun and allowed too much light into the room at night.
The kind bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The single beds in the other room moved to easily when bumped and made a lot of noise.
There is still some construction on going so there was a bit too much noise for my taste.

The building is a new one. The room was well laid-out and had a nice set of appointments. This is a serviced apartment rather than a full-service hotel, but there is a pool, gym, \"resident's lounge\" and there is a Starbucks and a very good steakhouse (El Gaucho's) in the same building. The residential tower also has a restaurant that serves a basic, but good buffet breakfast. This area is a more residential area (many foreigners live in this part of Hanoi) so not much in the way of tourism sites and/or convenient access to CBD.
