We loved our stay here and will definitely come back. The location was great. The decor all very modern. But the stand out bit was the service which was the best that we’ve experienced for ages. The receptionists were human, welcoming and pleasant, the barmen too. We mentioned we were there to celebrate our friend’s birthday, as when he checked out with us he got a birthday card with a lovely message from the team! Those wow moments are so rare. The rooms were really nice, comfortable and well stocked with nice bathroom toiletries and coffee machine, even towelling robes and slippers! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Let's start with the good. We had an excellent view of the Thames. There are two grocery stores at hand. The rooftop Lebanese restaurant is excellent and a saving grace. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The showers are excellent.

On the downside the mattresses are hard and the rooms are cramped. They have Japanese toilets which normally would be a plus but they seem to have bought the child size. The breakfast game is weak, especially room service. And then there's the POTUS restaurant, yes, as in President Of The United States. This is terrible branding. No one who travels abroad wants to think about the President. But the food is solid.

In all an OK hotel with great views and a great Lebanese restaurant.

The hotel overall was nice, but it stated there was a spa and pool onsite. Neither one of those are at this property and when you ask them they say management knows and they’re working on fixing it. Also got a room with a courtyard view. There is absolutely no view and you look into peoples apartments. Location is good and safe.

Expedia/Hyatt advertised room as \"King bed, river view, high level\".It was a Queen bed on 6th floor of a 15-storey hotel. Hotel staff said \"In UK, a \"king bed is same size as US queen\" and refused to budge when I told them this is false advertising esp to US customers. They would not move my room. A surprise added charge of $100 for checking in early was removed after I complained. Disappointed with Expedia and Hyatt.

The room itself was amazing, but the bed was very firm, and the pillows were so hard and had a mind of there own. We were unable to get a comfortable nights sleep, and giving the price for a nighys stay, a comfortable bed would of been great.
My partner did find a coffee stained piece of paper wedged along the skirting, along side of dirty tissues under the bed.
I was not made aware of a £50 deposit when I booked the room, and on arrival I had to pay.
We Only had one robe one pair of slippers for the both of us 🙃

The property is super nice & it is so convenient to so many of the tourist attractions! We were able to walk to so many of the places.

There are 2 restaurants here. We've eaten at the POTUS restaurant for breakfast. They have a small buffet in the morning. They charge £26 per person, which is pretty expensive for what they offer. They do offer a small breakfast menu.

Absolutely LOVE the slower! The shower head is amazing, as is the water pressure!

I definitely recommend staying here!

Great location for Parliament and Westminster right by the river. The tube was an easy 10 minute walk away. Rooms were well equipped and maintained. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Romana who checked us in. For the price we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for our trip to London during our anniversary visit to Europe and had a great experience staying there for 3 days, 2 nights. They let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated, because we arrived at least 3 hours before check in. Our room was nice. We had immediate assistance when we needed support with our TV. On our first day, we ate at the American style restaurant downstairs, POTUS, and the service was great. The only thing to note is that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for food so you should not go when you are rushing to go somewhere. We did dine in eating for dinner and it was very convenient, though it took 30 minutes to come, which was the only set back. The food presentation and taste were great. The spread for the continental breakfast was also convenient and was very good. It may be a bit pricey but the all you can eat spread does make it worth it. It is about a 15-20 min walk from most of the buildings to see and we walked but public transport is an option. When checking out, we needed a place to store our stuff l since our train back to France was later in the day. They had too many late check outs to extend our time, but they did a complimentary extension of one hour and an additional hold of our luggage post check out so that we could have our final meal at the POTUS, which really helped us to spend time doing some last minute things and eating comfortably. If we go back, we would certainly stay here again.

Good Hotel to stay in London.

We arrived very early in the morning, around 8 a.m., after a journey of nearly 24 hours. A month in advance, I had written to the hotel to request an early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us for an additional fee. This option is absolutely worth it if you are arriving after such a long trip.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to London’s main attractions while still allowing guests to enjoy a quieter environment away from the city’s hustle and bustle. We stayed for four days and primarily used the hotel in the evenings to rest before setting out early each morning to explore everything London has to offer. Visitors should be prepared for extensive walking, so comfortable and supportive footwear is highly recommended in order to make the most of the experience.

Adjacent to the hotel, there is a small but convenient supermarket where essential items such as snacks, drinks, and water can be purchased. Although the hotel does not provide self-service laundry facilities, a laundromat is available approximately 12 minutes away by car, or about a 20–25 minute walk.

The rooms are small, but this was not an issue for us since we knew we would not be spending time at the hotel during the day. The property features a rooftop restaurant with a lively atmosphere, offering good food and drinks as well. Overall, it is a very good hotel that I would certainly recommend.

The water in the shower wouldn’t drain, the water barely got warm, and the lights in the room kept flickering. When I asked about room service, the front desk was not helpful at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is just set back from the river Thames with views of Westminster. Was surprised with how small the hotel is.the hotel it self is nice and modern and gives you a feeling of opulence as you enter the reception area. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff who explained everything that we need to know. We stayed in a standard room with balcony on the 3rd floor. The room it self is small but very well laid out. Again the balcony is small and has no furniture at all. Was very disappointed to find the room has no tv but it has got a ironing board!!.

We booked a high floor courtyard view room with breakfast. The room we were given faced the wall of the building next door, and the room layout was crowded. We requested a different room and got one on lower floor which was slightly better. The bed is more of an American queen size. Overall it was a good room.
When checking out, they tried to charge for breakfast which was already included in the price I paid. Breakfast is ok…we ate for 2 days and it was mostly the same menu.
It’s about 30-40minutes walk from the touristy landmarks.

our first room on the 12th floor was very small with no view and no storage. we were moved to a larger room on the 1st floor and the rest of our stay was excellent. exercise room is tiny but efficient. didn't know about the scenic elevator until we were leaving. quiet location. decent walk to the underground. not a lot to do in the area but so much to do elsewhere.

Staff could do with some training on how to welcome and smile at guests. Must have walked into that hotel 8 - 9 times during my stay, only 1 staff member ever greeted me with a hello the rest just kept their heads down.
And seriously, why are you charging £2 for a bar of chocolate? Is the price your charging per night not enough? There's a Tesco 2 minutes down the road and you're trying to scrap every penny out of your customers, not even buscuits with the tea.
Oh and another thing that seemed to have been too much bother for the staff was to take my bag up to my room when I dropped it off. When I've stayed overseas they've always just put my bag in my room for me. To be fair that's not a unique criticism of this hotel, but if you want to stand out and go the extra mile for their customers then try doing things like that.

They don’t ask if they can help you with something…like a taxi or recommendations. I have stayed in many international locations where the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a special one. This is not that kind of place…if you are looking for anonymity …this is your place.

Amazing location. However would NOT recommend roof top bar. Went mid week when there was no one there. The experience was so frustrating and ridiculous we ended up canceling everything and leaving before the food / drinks came to go to another roof top close by. Not an experience I expected from a Hyatt. That being said everything else was great ( room, hotel services, etc.)
