Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly.

Location is very good, sadly the room we had on the 9th floor could do with some tlc. Curtains had rips in them , room could do with being repainted . Book for three people to stay but the room was only set out for two people so had to call to get this sorted . The bathroom light flickered but was resolved within 30 minutes of reporting this . Staff were very polite and welcoming .

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel was super efficient and made us very comfortable. My only criticism was there were not enough outlets in the room for our liking. We had a king size bed and pull out sofa for 3 people and it was a little tight but the bathtub made up for it. Would totally stay here again!

The place is super clean, smells amazing, and so helpful. Right when we came in, they took our bags for us to be able to checkin, when we checked out they brought our bags to the car and waited for the car with us. They were super friendly.

Very poor, overall. We had no housekeeping at all for the three nights/four days when we were there (despite leaving the light on asking for room to be cleaned) - at the end of the third night when I called reception to request new towels cups, glasses and water - someone left a bag into the room, and didn’t clear any of the old towels and cups away. Grubby. Breakfast was chaotic. Lovely staff, but inexperienced and lacking a guiding hand and management. The heavy metal side panel of the bath in our bathroom was hanging off and almost fell on my foot. In fairness, that was repaired pretty much straight away when I reported it. The hotel is in a great location but it’s getting the most basic things wrong……very expensive for what ot turned out to be.

The room was spacious with a nice view of the Thames. There was no soap in the bathroom. No biggie, called down and someone brought some up. Got in the shower, body wash was also empty. Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap. I went to the front desk to ask if I could get some and was told I had to go next door to Tesco to buy some. Went next door and they only sold full size bottles which I wasn’t going to buy for one load, so no laundry. There’s carpet in the bedroom which was filthy. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready (we were early), so we left our bags and ventured out. I asked the front desk if they could have the sofa bed set up while housekeeping was getting the room ready. Got back around 6, sofa bed not set up. Called down and housekeeping came up but appeared completely annoyed we even asked to have this done. I was literally getting a tip out of my purse when they “smacked” the bed with their hand, said “there you go” and abruptly left the room. I ordered Uber Eats however, I didn’t realize Uber Eats are not permitted in the hotel at all (even the lobby), so had to go down outside to meet him. Upon checkout, the front desk asked how my stay was, I said “it was just ok”, she replied “oh that’s good, have a great day”. The only person I encountered here who was amazing was the gentleman who brought up our luggage. Would not stay here again.

I found the hotel to be in an excellent location i.e. walkable to many attractions. Transportation and eating options are also close by. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The only negative worth mentioning would be the security staff. When returning to the hotel in the early evening, security staff members are inside the doors where they are unfriendly and look at you as something other than valued guests. They alone will cause me to pause before selecting this hotel on a return visit to London.

Breakfast quality varied depending on the chef/day. One day excellent poached eggs, the next day it was not good. They mentioned they had a chef in training.

Breakfast had a lot of options, but didn’t like that we had to pay extra to have eggs prepared the way you wanted. Breakfast potato options could have been expanded beyond hash browns or tater tots. I liked that they had a carafe of coffee instead of waiting in a long line to make individual cups, but it was only available one of the days we were there.

We had to wait a while for our room to be ready. Even though there were lots of staff on the front desk, it didn't appear that they there were all working together effectively. Our room had a large wet patch near the TV but after waiting to get the room, we couldn't be bothered to go down and get it sorted. The shower glass was very dirty but all else ok. We tried a few times to get in the pool and managed to get a half hour slot in middle of the day. Pool was far too small for the needs of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, a real treat. Really spoilt for choice. We only managed to explore half of what was on offer. Good location with polite and helpful concierge service staff at the front of the hotel. A good location, would visit again.

We stayed as a family and had the most lovely comfortable stay, the hotel and room was spotless, was easy to make room warmer or colder for preference. Nice and dark for a great sleep and don’t hear noise. Very up to date with remote pad for lights, curtains and room temp.

Never normally use the shampoo provided at hotels but with separate shampoo and conditioner I gave it a try and wow the scent is amazing same as the hand wash. I’m already looking for it back home.

The staff were so lovely and were great at explaining everything and would be helpful with any questions or recommendations of where to visit and best way to travel. Although my son is 11 so didn’t use it but they had a kids check in with activities on for the kids which looked lots of fun.

It’s central and great for sight seeing with lovely cafes, supermarket shops. Any easy access to trains and a bus stopping outside hotel.

We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend and return again, hopefully soon 😃

We had a family suite, which was excellent. A really lovely space. The breakfast was yummy had a good variety of choice. We chose this hotel for our kids to use the pool. It is a very small pool and you need to book in advance, which we didn’t know about. Fortunately a staff member did an excellent job of getting us in for a short session. Overall, an excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and walk to the London eye. Big Ben and Houses of Parliament. Staff were really nice and friendly.

I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5, as I found the buffet breakfast limited with options, Coffee was not nice and during the night in our room we would hear random knocking noises every hour or so coming from the inside of our room.

Overall highly recommended.

The hotel and room were clean. The check in staff were great. However, the shower had nothing to keep the water in so we had to use all the towels to mop up the flood which was annoying, even though we reported it. As a result we kept having to order clean towels. We couldn’t book into swimming till you check in but there was no space for groups of more than 1. There was also a problem with the curtain that no one came to fix so we had to climb and deal with it ourselves.

The location was perfect and near two bus stops. We walked to and from the hotel each day. The staff was super curteous and helpful. We did take a bottle of wine to skip the daily cleaning, but the room was not cleaned until late the night before we left. The breakfest buffet was great and the returant had fun appetizers and deserts.

Highly recommend staying here. Lovely hotel and room and a nice bathroom. Handy for Vauxhall Station and Westminster. Breakfast was nice. Few minor reccomendations for the room, a plug socket near the bathroom for ironing would be handy, one of the Control panels was not working. Air con despite being on coldest setting struggled to cool the room. TV and unit was dusty. Only minor gripes, would definitely stay again. Would have been handy if reception would have informed us about needing to book for the swimming pool. Luckily they had room for us anyway.

This was booked via Hotels.com for two nights on behalf of a friend in need. Because the guest never made it to check in on the first day (due to being in hospital) the second day was cancelled as a 'no show' on the first evening even though it had been paid for in advance and they arrived on the second day after an arduous period in hospital only to be told no room booked.... far from impressed.

We arrived very early and we understand that check-in is at 3:00 pm, but we felt no effort was made to accommodate us sooner. After a long trip, we were hoping for a bit more flexibility or at least some alternative.
We sat in a seating area of the hotel to rest for a while, but the sofas were taken away, supposedly for the restaurant, which left us without a place to sit comfortable.
Also, the air conditioning was not cooling properly and we were quite hot during our stay, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, we believe there is room for improvement in both customer service and guest comfort.
At least we had a safe place to stay, but for the amount of money we paid, we expected and deserved a much better experience.
