I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was quite short. The upgraded room was definitely the highlight for me, and I truly appreciated that benefit.
However, I do have one concern. Although my room was prepaid, the upgrade was an additional charge. I believe the invoice (folio) for this extra charge should have been either sent to my email or provided to me at checkout, as it is separate from the Expedia booking. Unfortunately, I did not receive any folio or confirmation for my stay.
Aside from this issue, everything else was very good. I would certainly consider choosing this hotel again for a future stay.

Carpet in my room had a foul musty smell when I told front desk about issue the hotels solution was to have maintenance personnel spray a bunch of air freshener/chemicals on the carpet while we were in the room . The chemical smell was so strong we had to leave the room for several hours. Hotel didn’t offer any compensation for the foul carpet smell issue and huge inconvenience we experienced.

Great location, lovely room, a/c worked well. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The two meals I had in the restaurant were delicious. There was always a taxi waiting at the front door when I went downstairs which was quite convenient. The swimming pool was lovely, and it was great that you could reserve a time to swim so it wasn’t overcrowded. For some reason I was allocated an accessible room which caused some issues in the bathroom, mostly with water getting out of the shower area and soaking the floor. Also the battery in the room safe was giving a message that it needed to be replaced so it was tricky to use the room safe. It was great to have an instant coffee option (with milk packets) in the room — unfortunately housekeeping did not replenish the instant coffee packs so on my last morning there was no coffee for the room. Oddly we had the little Nescafé pods in the room but no related machine. Overall, I would happily return here — the location is very convenient for the City, Covent Garden area and Chelsea/So Kennif you want to travel by taxi.

The hotel is well situated and really nice inside. Staff were very helpful after we requested for a cot and was done immediately. However, as we were with our 9 months old we found it a bit difficult to warm up his food as there were no microwave and one staff even told us that outside food was not allowed. It’s not like a 9 months old will be able to have a steak obviously needs baby food and need to be warmed up. But we did receive help at the end. It was just this bit that has put us off.

Great check-in, very friendly and polite member of staff. Nice and well appointed rooms, the bed was a little firm for me, but lovely bathroom, plenty of amenities, I like the the array of buttons that controlled the lights, curtains and A/C. The sauna and steam room were excellent, the pool is a little small and ppl were not always sticking with the booking system, but very nice to have. The bar/restaurant have great views of the Thames, only had drinks and snacks, but it was a place to spend some time. Breakfast was busy, the tables are crammed in, so it was slow going and the selection was okay, but not amazing, expected a little more from the brand, but I would stay again. Great location and walkable to the main tourist hotspots.

Whilst very very noisy neighbours from 11pm until 2am is not the fault of the hotel staff, but rather the ignorance of the neighbours themselves, I would have preferred security to have been more intent with their actions when asking them to keep the house down, especially after multiple calls to reception due to them becoming excessively noisy every time the security left the floor.
No room to do weights in the gym, and the chest press machine was wedged

Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. The room was spacious and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better home base for my trip to London.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again.

The view was amazing and the staff was very helpful and informative. We stayed at the suit as a treat to my father and could see Big Ben and the London eye from where we stayed. We arrived earlier then check in time but the staff treated us to a complimentary drink while we waited for our room. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the abbey if you walk. London was in the middle of a heat wave and we walked everyday to see the sights. We didn't try their breakfast but there are small cafes near by with plenty of options. The room itself was great for the view and the amount of space and layout. However the floors were so dusty/ dirty and could have used a good vacuuming and mopping but that was the only issue we had. When we had trouble with the bathroom door the maintenance were quick to come up and fix the issue.

I stayed at Park Plaza London Riverbank and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent, right by the Thames, with easy access to central London and several key attractions. It’s also convenient for public transport, which made getting around the city very simple.

The room was a bit small, but modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained and felt quite upscale.

The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and any requests smooth and hassle-free. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and well-organized despite being quite busy.

Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the dining area was well managed. Overall, the hotel offers a solid balance of comfort, location, and service. I would happily stay here again when visiting London and would recommend it to both leisure and business travelers.

Convenient as short walk to London BigBen and love the area as quiet and not too crowded part.
The property generally is classy and clean however our room is not as clean especially the bathroom, there are missed areas uncleared under the toilet bowl etc.
I do appreciate the effort they did when I told them it’s my daughter’s birthday so we had a cake waiting in the room which was nice .

This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night.
We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for.

All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back.

My overall experience at the hotel was very disappointing due to a significant issue with the air conditioning in our room on the first day of our stay.

We discovered around 6:00 PM that the air conditioning was not working. A technician arrived between 7:20 PM and 8:00 PM and informed us that the issue was caused by dust in the filter. He cleaned the filter and advised that the unit was working properly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning never began cooling the room.

I contacted the front desk again to report that the problem had not been resolved. I was told that the manager would be notified, but no one followed up or returned to address the issue.

At approximately 11:45 PM, after waiting several hours, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. When I asked what solution could be provided, I was told that only a fan was available.

A fan was finally delivered to our room around 12:05 AM. This was especially frustrating because we had specifically chosen this hotel for its air conditioning and convenient location. To make matters worse, this occurred during one of the hottest days in London, after we had just completed a long flight from Orlando, Florida. We were exhausted and expected to be able to rest comfortably.

The lack of a functioning air conditioner, the delayed response, and the absence of an effective solution made for a very poor first impression & bad exper.

Broken AC (in a heat wave). 2am someone in fixing it. Gum stuck to table at check in. Had to call for towels everyday, room was cleaned once in 4 nights (requested daily). Took absolutely forever to check in with no explanation just disappeared for 15 minutes. We had to laugh it got so bad. Too bad, used to really enjoy his hotel and it’s just gone so downhill.

Just ok, needs some updates in the room with plumbing and bed linens, lumpy pillows and fitted sheets and mattress pad didn’t fit the mattress so always coming off. Bathroom had leaks from the shower so the floor was always flooded and the tub drain was gurgling loudly the entire stay. Good location but for the price I’d opt for more central next time

The cleanliness, great staff and perfect location cannot be beat. We could see Big Ben, the Eye, the Globe and Tate Modern from the entrance to this Park Plaza.
Also it is walking distance to a major tube stop and the imperial war museum. Also the neighborhood feels very safe and has several bus lines stopping right in front of the hotel.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall a solid stay — the property was clean and the staff was genuinely helpful throughout. The location is excellent, which made getting around easy.
A few hiccups worth noting: the elevator broke during my stay, which required some workarounds for at least one day. Drinking water from the fountain wasn’t always available, and coffee replenishment was occasionally missed. These are operational details that, if tightened up, would easily push this to a 9 or 10.
Good value and a comfortable experience overall. Would consider returning. 8/10

Fantastic hotel, only downside is we booked a river view room expecting a view of the parliament building and our room was facing the opposite direction, so no parliament view. The concierge was wonderful and helped us book a variety of activities during our stay and the gym/sauna/pool were great amenities as well. We also enjoyed the live music in the hotel restaurant in the evenings.

Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own!
Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant.
Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was not worth the cost.
Don't think I would stay here again.

Acoustics in reception could be better. The distance between me and the person behind the desk was quite distance, coupled with the fact that it was quite echoey and there was background music. I don’t class myself as hard of hearing but was really struggling especially when staff are quietly spoken and have an accent (I’m from Italian background and good with accents). Just something for you to consider (I checked in at 10pm if that helps)
