My room had no soap and toilet paper was not full. One wall light didn't work and fire unit on ceiling hunged loose.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed at. We arrive and at check in the receptionist was rude. Did not tell us any info for wifi etc. The bathroom was full of black mold. The room was musty. The sink broke during our stay. We made them aware we were unhappy but there was nothing they could do for us. If the city wasnt fully booked we would have moved hotels and took the loss. Extremely disappointed.

I have booked the stay with wrong date due to Google issues with the hotel reservation. I have been at the hotel 1 month earlier. Staff couldn't move the date resulting in me paying 3 times more than I paid for online. Not to mention the money was wasted. My card that I paid for at the hotel was then used to pay for a stay that I had said to cancel via e-mail. Sadly they couldn't do that for me either. Hotels.com doesn't pick up calls from my country.

The hotel is brand new and very nice looking... It is a little bit away from the center...but you get there in 8 to 10 min by bus.. Which stops right in front of the hotel... The rooms are super clean and comfortable... The breakfast is amazing and only 6 euros... At this price... (55 usd) it is a great bargain... Enjoy while it lasts....

We chose a wheelchair accessible room thinking it will be a bigger room....but maybe due to less frequent use age, it was absolutely filthy and almost uninhabitable.

Once we set our expectations to a 'budget' hotel, we enjoyed our stay (three stars seems generous - two stars seems more accurate). The room was clean and quiet, but minimal. There was no place for luggage other than on the floor, soap was available only in the shower pump dispenser (no other toiletries), only two bath towels (no hand towels), extra pillows were available from housekeeping, a blow dryer could be obtained from the front desk by leaving ID, breakfast was okay but chaotic.

B&B was very clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was served from very early so the 2 hot food items looked a bit stewed at 7 am in the morning. There was a fair selection for breakfast but it didn't vary from day to day. It was great that there were alternative places to sit, eat and or drink and relax apart from room.

On the plus side: A clean room with basic furniture, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fast WiFi and perfectly okay breakfast. Good value for money.
On the minus side: there is no luggage rack in the room (had to keep my suitcase on the floor) and the desk (or rather wall shelf) is extremely small. Also, I didn't like the idea of writing down and keying in door codes - I much more prefer entry cards.

Félicitations à cette équipe qui peut paraître de prime abord non accueillante, mais franchement j’ai été très bien reçu en soirée quand je suis revenu pour récupérer ma valise à la conciergerie et j’ai été reçu par un agent lundi soir hyper serviable.

Wir haben im Parkhaus geparkt und als wir mit dem Aufzug hoch fahren wollten hat der Code nicht funktioniert. Als mein Mann dann die Rezeption erreicht hatte wusste diese auch nicht weiter. Er hat dann den Fahrstuhl von oben genommen und hat mich im Parkhaus abgeholt. Später hatten wir das gleiche Problem nochmal.
